Clean gym. Great coaches with varying workout programs for however many times you want to commit to each week.A few months in and this is the first time since high school I’m actually motivated and look forward to my workouts.
I was looking for a gym close to my apartment and came across this gym online and decided to check it out. I’ve been going almost 5 days a week since I joined and have loved my experience. I decided that not only did I want to lose weight but I wanted to get stronger and transform my body, so i signed up for their training program; which I think one of the best deals you can get for one on one training. Ive been training with Felicia and she has made the experience so easy and so much fun that it feels like working out with a friend. I was very intimidated by the gym but she has helped me feel more confident and she always keeps me motivated. I’m already almost one pant size down, i’m stronger, more toned and I feel great. Its a small gym so it has a family feel to it. All the trainers are great, super friendly and so helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough if you want to start your health journey.
Love this place.I am still new, but I already feel like I got in and have been here for a when.They also have a ton of offerings from classes, training plans, and even offer mean prep at really good prices.Very happy I was introduced to The Lab.

It took a full year for my friends to pull me in. Finally I went...... Why did I wait so long?!!! Brian has helped formalize a plan to help me achieve my fitness goals and help me shape my body. I’m motivated when I show in a positive atmosphere. The environment is supportive and the other members have become people I look forward to seeing! Coach K does meal prep and all I can say is abs are made in the kitchen! They are affordable, good, and it helps to have healthy meals available!Also it’s CLEAN! I went to LA Fitness for years and was grossed out by the conditions of the equipment and facilities. It’s always appreciated when I see Coach B cleaning!Thankful for these coaches and I’m so happy with the results in my body and mental health :)
I love training here! Such a great, supportive environment from all the staff and my training with Mikaela is exactly what I needed to get moving toward my goals. In just over a month, Im already seeing inches lost, Im gaining strength every week, and just feel better! Mikaela is dedicated to creating workouts that are just right for me and my goals and is extremely encouraging in every session. Im so thankful for this opportunity to be at such an awesome gym and highly recommend Mikaela and The Performance Lab to anyone ready to improve their fitness. You will love it! Its the best training experience Ive ever had!
Great gym, I always feel like I am working out with family. The gym and the classes are not intimidating like some of those big gyms where you can get lost and you are just a number. Everyone is so friendly and the owners and trainers care about you and your workout goals and can create a specialized workout just for you. Not only is the gym accessible 24/7 but its cleaned on a regular basis, each client wipes down the machines and/or weights after use, and the staff regularly cleans and sanitizes the whole gym as well.
The Lab is amazing and one of the best workout environments Ive been apart of! Mikaela is fantastic and works hard to provide workout programs that fit your personal fitness goals. She is very encouraging and always challenges you to increase weight. Within 2 months she has already made me stronger and more toned that I couldnt have done on my own. No matter what your fitness goals are, she does what it takes for you to achieve them. 10/10 recommend!
The Lab is the best place to be! I have been to many gyms in the Fort Worth area, I fell in love with this place instantly. Kristin is amazing with the HIT training sessions, she never lets you give up! If you need healthy food, Kristens meals are so good for meal prep. I explained to Coach B what my fitness goals were and he customized an strength training plans just for me. I have been with the lab for almost a year now. I have lost over 20lbs and stronger then ever! The lab is family oriented and has positive energy! #COMETRAINWITHIS, Coach B has best 90 day challenge. I am currently in my 2 months and loving every bit of challenge.

🙌🏽I want to personally thank my Trainer and his Colleagues for providing the most professional and user friendly gym in Ft Worth. I have gotten a lot more confidence and proficient in my form and the proof are in my stats. Whenever I began back in January I was barely able to do 5 push ups and chin ups were out of the question. I am to say that I have increased weight in all categories and cannot wait to see what 90 days brings and then the Year!!! Love this place! Coaches Bryan and Kristen really work to customize workouts to fit your personal fitness goals. All that they ask for is hard work and dedication! I love that it’s kid friendly and overall family like atmosphere! I highly recommend this studio to anyone trying to get fit an have a one-on-one coaching experience!
The Performance Lab is a FANTASTIC place to get in new and exciting workouts for any fitness level! The facility is always clean, workouts are updated daily, and there are experienced coaches there to help and motivate you. I have worked at (and worked out at!) several gyms in the past - this is by far the most unique experience I have come across. The coaches have great relationships with their clients and go above and beyond to make anyone that walks through the door feel welcome! Great job, Performance Lab... 2 thumbs way, way up!!
This gym offers more than just your average workout routine. The workouts change daily and the one-on-one training that is provided is unlike any other studio! Ive tried multiple different workout routines and studios over the years, and I can honestly say that these workouts have given me quicker results than any other place. I also love that I can go in at any time that best fits my work schedule. Not only are the workouts great, but the encouraging staff and members motivate you to want to get in the gym daily! 10/10 recommend this gym for all fitness levels!
Im a parent of an athlete. I bring him 5 days a week. This is the place to bring your child if you want to improve performance, speed, and agility. Brian takes the time to train and explain things so that the kids understand why they are doing certain things and how it helps their body. I have seen so much improvement witb my son in just a matter of months. His one on one training cant be matched. You will not be disappointed.
The Performance lab has a great family/friendly environment. whether you have never worked out before or just trying to get back in shape this placed hands down is amazing. If you have any fitness goals they will make sure you achieve them. My PAT time for firefighter physical have improve from working out with these great people
Honestly, I have been hopping around to different gyms for a while now and inconsistent with my workouts...Until I found The Performance Lab in Fort Worth! From the moment I walked in, I felt like a regular. Brian and Kristin are fabulous trainers...Always encouraging, making sure I’m using correct form, and pushing me to give my all! I love it! Love this place. awesome equipment and the trainers Brian and Kristin are awesome. they always push you, encourage you, and also get along side you to finish and complete a workout. They will for sure challenge you and get a great work out having you ask for more. There is never a dull moment, new exercises, daily challenges, and a differnet experience every time. I highly suggest everyone to check them out!!!
As a very busy Physician Assistant, I highly recommend this phenomenal gym!! The amazing trainers provide a 30 minute HIIT workout that regularly pushes me as well as an additional strength training exercise if you desire to go the extra mile. Over the course of 4 short months, I have grown stronger and more fit than I have in years, and I have gained an amazing family that I would not trade for the world! 10/10 recommend!
This place is LEGIT. If you’re having problems with staying consistent, coming up with workouts or just gaining muscle, the trainers here have your backs. For what you get with your membership it’s well worth the investment. Check em’ out

The trainers are really great and make you want to come everyday. They have built an atmosphere the supports people at every level of the work out journey - beginner to advanced. Whole heartedly recommend this place to everyone.
High quality everything. The 30-minute format is what has me coming back. Brian and Kristin are probably the most encouraging trainers Ive worked with and they have me doing things I would have never thought I had the actual strength to perform.
Such a great gym! The owners/trainers are super helpful and their workouts are TOUGH.They offer a HIIT class every half hour and after you are done with that, you can stay and do one of their designed weight workouts. I love having the trainers there if I have questions but the weight training is all self directed.It’s also super clean (which I have def been to many facilities that are not so I really appreciate this!)Definitely if you are FTW based, you should check it out!

I cant say enough about how quickly I fell in love with this place. The trainers challenge me in ways I struggle to on my own, and I am grateful for the personable environment that it is. I cannot wait to continue becoming my better self!

I selfishly do not want to leave a review because this place is INCREDIBLE and I want it all to myself.But seriously, Im on the other side of 30 and wanted to get in shape. Ive been to all the Big Box Gyms and have worked out on my own (post athletic career) for many years now. I stopped seeing results and knew I needed someone to kick my behind (g-rated) in order to get where I wanted to be.I tried cross-fit, one class, and knew it wasnt for me. Plus I didnt want to be counted among the slew of walking wounded that regularly participate in cross-fit activities. I was looking for something different. Something that provided functional movement, high reps, and high intensity.A much doughier version of myself called The Performance Lab 10 weeks ago and I havent regretted it one iota. Over the past 10 weeks Ive noticed a distinct difference in my physique. The wife is noticing as well...which is plus plus.The workouts are 30 minutes long, but intense and tough. Be ready. Theyre no joke, but thats ok. Theyre well worth it. All of the movements are functional and familiar. I now work out 1.5 hrs a day 5 days a week and have never felt a muscle pull or any tenderness. I can honestly say I am hooked to this gym and these workouts.All the gym goers are friendly. There is a solid level of community here that is hard to replicate.Last but not least, the owners Brian and Kristin (sp? e) are extremely attentive to you. They are alway around to coach and encourage you to be your best self.This is by far the best gym experience Ive ever had and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a better fitness experience.
