It sucked today. No teacher for scheduled class. We knew sheβd be out but I guess the sub forgot. What am I paying for? AND THE CLUB IS FILTHY! SOMEONE NEEDS TO POWER WASH IT! INSIDE AND OUTSIDE! Sorry you asked???
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. Same blonde man employee kicked my brothers guest out because they changed his membership and altered it without any approval. Blatantly disrespected over the phone asking the same employee if he could check the womanβs locker room when the gym closed, and his response was I might forget. Proceeded to tell me the next day, I told you I was going to forget. When I clearly told him to write it down if he thought he was going to forget. They need to teach theyβre employees to have better customer service.
This place is pretty okay. Staff is friendly enough and there is a ton of equipment. Pretty affordable for everything there is to offer. My main issue is I like to use the treadmill, and there is always at least 2 that are completely broken/unusable and 1 or 2 others that have SOME issue, like the buttons not working correctly or the tread catching. Itβs really unfortunate. Otherwise, I think itβs worth the basic membership.
Been a great spot for awhile. Always clean and check in is easy. No fascist covid policies.
The thing about working in customer service/sales/management your whole life is that you learn to very easily recognize when itβs good and when itβs bad. And at this place here- it is horrendous. Itβs not even worth my time to describe what happened because I will never be back, however, just know I received the worst customer service both of the two times I stepped foot in here. The funny thing is the second time the person I spoke to was a manager lol. Do yourself a favor and join *any* other gym in the area besides this one.βΊοΈ
Service super trash. Came in here 3 times. 1st was for a tour. Couldnβt get a tour without an ID. 2nd time with a guess pass. Canβt do cardio on the basketball court with a guess pass. 3rd time with a guess pass. Canβt use my out of state ID to come in. This place is a complete joke. Itβs always something to get you to βjoin.β Or pay the 20$ day pass. I would recommend just going elsewhere. On top of that itβs super overcrowded. Itβs a no for me.
No stars if i could. Tonight I signed up for a free 3 day pass at 24 hour fitness.I lost my ID not too long ago, but license department is taking forever with the appointments, so the manager wouldnβt let me in even though I showed 3 forms of identification; with address he even asked me if I was here visiting. I showed all that and they still didnβt let me in.The only way for me to get in was if I sign up for a 2 month free of commitment. So I said I can sign up with my passport but you canβt let me in right now with a free pass.
Been going to 24 hour for 6 years now the one on 820 shutdown so I just started today at the one off 35 and its way better cleaner and the pros seem nice and friendly cant wait to make some good relationships and progress at my new gymπ
I love the classes here. Great equipment
Never been before so I tried the free pass. When I walked in, the guy at the front desk was having a very public conversation, with a visibly embarrassed customer, about a late bill. I felt bad for the guy. Then he tried to shake me down for $20 even though I signed up for a pass. I didnβt pay him. Had an okay work out but it was crowded even at night and seemed kinda dirty.
Unfortunately I pay for this membership and I work until 1 am and this I never open anymore. Should be known as 18 hour fitness. I know its harder after covid but this makes it where I can never use this membership anymore.
Good experience overall.Need more classes, though.
When you guys gonna be 24 hour fitness again and not close at 11pm..
Too many people not enough equipment work with need to open 24 hours thats what I signed up for not 1 18 hours everyones price should be reduced until it is open 24 again
First time to this location, as the one I was using in NRH has been permanently closed. The rowing machines here are still the Concept 2, which was nice to see, and they seemed to be much newer than the ones the NRH location had. Also enjoyed the fact one of the rowing machines gives a look outside, from the 2nd floor, as Im not fond of staring at myself in the big mirror while I row π
I dont have a membership but they allowed me to check in for free as a guest. I was able to get what I needed to get done in ample space. Everything was clean and everyone was wearing a mask!
Wearing your mask at the gym is absolutely ridiculous. U need to breath when getting your heart rate up. Gm is terrible
We donβt even have to wear mask anymore but still theyβre not opening this gym over night it should be 12 hr gym not 24 hr . We still paying full money for them to open half time π€·πΎββοΈ
I signed up for the 3 day pass online. Walked in and showed them the confirmation code and email. He said that we are no longer doing the 3 day pass because of covid. The obvious question why is it still offered online?. He said it would be 20 bucks for my son and I to train. I said ok because my preworkout was kicking in and I really wanted to lift. He asked us to go to a kiosk and sign a waiver. When we were done he asked if I wanted to charge for both of us on the same card.. red flag!!!! So I ask is it 10 each or 20 each? He said 20 each... There were about 5 other people in the gym and he wanted 40 bucks for a 15 year old and a 44 year old to train for an hour and a half...really? We left and joined planet fitness down the road. Had a great workout and they never had to ring the lunk alarm on us.
Its always crowded. Its not a convenient location for me personally.
The name of the company vs the hours, wow discount people or figure something out, how long does it take to come up with a solution for your gym goers
I normally donβt complain because I get it. My issue is though, the customer service at this location and more specifically, the upper management of this location need to get on the same page. I came in with a specific situation. Put all my cards on the table and Conner was nice enough to work with me. Honestly, I canβt say enough good about Conner. The guy is professional & represents the brand well.Thatβs where the compliments stop though because when I returned back the next day, Conner isnβt there & I get treated like a sub-species by Mario. I shake it off & get my workout in. Next day, Mario from the day before basically kicks me out & says Conner made no notes about the agreement and that he went to the GM about it & the GM said no to what I had already been agreed upon with Conner. Guys, it was two more days & you wouldβve had my membership and my money. Now I get it, Iβm just one person and at the end of the day losing one isnβt a big deal. Itβs simply my hope that this is an isolated incident and you guys start communicating & get on the same page but I somehow doubt it, simply based on Marioβs manner in which he carried himself & addressed both myself and the situation.I said all that to say this. You lost my business. I found another club that was all to happy to value my business.
Never a problem. I always enjoy my workout and have many options for entertainment as I do. Staff and members always polite and helpful and gym is clean and functional with ample parking. Pool and sauna clean and always operating when I go and never over crowded.
If youre going to be a 24 hour gym you need to sell product at all times of the day. Staff is always on their phones and not as lively as gym staff should be. The manager at this location is a wonderful person though.
During this pandemic they allow 20 to 50 people playing basketball without mask while everybody else in the gym has to wear a mask theyβre gonna make the gym shut down because of the Super spreader basketball they allow to happen and theyβre very disappointing and I brought this up to them and they say that they donβt care
Pretty decent gym. A little bit crowded at times and some equipment is broken but overall a pretty decent place. Staff is friendly and facilities are always clean. Go when itβs less busy and it wonβt be so crowded
Ive been a member of this gym for about 5 years now. I actually just left the Gym a minute ago. I like to give Credit when Credit is due. This morning a customer passed out upstairs and the staff did an excellent job responding to the situation! They jumped into action very quickly, everybody knew exactly what to do and had an ambulance there within 5 mins. Thank Goodness, the lady was alright but I was very impressed on how the situation was handled.GREAT JOB 24HR FITNESS STAFF!!
Ive been going here for years. Location is perfect, and staff is awesome!
Even during the covid epidemic, the 2 employees working are to busy trying to pick up a date and not paying attention to the people who dont bother to wipe down the machine after using them. You need to be shut down again if you are going to allow this.
They only have 3 squat racks while most 24 hours have 5-6.
This gym is a very popular location and yes, its busy at peak times. But just put in your headphones and go to work. People are nice. Locker rooms are decent. It has every machine I need. I do like the Lake Worth gym better than this one but the location of this one is better. Staff has always been real nice to me.Do what I did: Avoid the monthly memberships of $30 plus initiation fees and the annual fee. Go to Costco and get 2 years for $369.99. No tax. So for just a little bit over $15/month, you have a good gym.Maybe thats why I am more forgiving with my review considering I am only paying $15/month.
Ive been going to this gym on and off for years. Only reason I still go here is because its open 24 hours. Equipment is not maintained properly and if you pick the wrong bench you can kiss your shoulder good bye from all the wobbling. I cant recall ever seeing them mopping the floors which explains the lingering odor. Wish they would read the comments because I am not the only one who feels this way.
Nice size gym and great workout classes! However, there is poor ventilation upstairs and very dirty as the ceiling hasnt been dusted im years and falls from the fans.
I personally love it here. The classes are awesome and if u cant make it to one class u can find another gym that has the class. But instructors are very nice and helpful. The best part about it is that they have child care.
One of the worst gyms I have ever been to. Had a simple question about my membership and no one could answer. Poor membership hot line and poor management. I really wanted to like this gym because it was so close to my house.I thought they could match LA membership fees but couldnβt and they want to lock you in to a year long membership.Do not recommend this gym to anyone.I gave it two stars because the cycle class was awesome and the instructor was great.
After speaking with Mario when I signed up in November he assured me that I could cancel my membership February 1st 2019. I moved out-of-state and they do not have a 24 Hour Fitness. Ive called for 11 straight days and nobody has returned my phone call to cancel my membership and then they took an extra $54 out of my bank account for maintenance fees. I would not do business with these people. Nobody honors their word. The only decent person up there is Sam
24 hr fitness has something for everyone. Great gym with lots of variety. When done with your workout has a nice steam room or sauna to take advantage of or hot tub and pool.
Been a member over 3 years and the gym hasnt at all improved in how to manage the broken equipment. The Leg press machine is out of order since a month - missing 140lbs pair dumbbell over 2 years. Currently the hand sanitizes are empty - on BOTH the doors. A member posted earlier about the water fountain. One of the fountains by the basket ball court is not working and the other one has a tub filled with black water underneath.Complains have been made so many times but no action has been taken. Compare to other 24 hour fitness locations - this gym has the lowest rating. it took over a month to fix 1 calf raise machine.
Run down showers and equipment...many guests come here and not have to responsible for the facilitys cleanliness
Easily accessible, good customer service. Wish they had decent basketballs. For the monthy fee they charge, it only makes sense theyd have one decent ball.
I like 24hr fitness. Great gyms. It would be great if other members would put their weights up after use.
My younger brother and my son always go to this gym everyday to workout. They have really changed interns of fitness.Recommended.
If it wasnβt for an excellent location this gym would have closed years ago. It is filthy and I donβt mean a little, I mean fecal matter and urine on the floor filthy. Who can blame someone for hovering over a toilet that is covered in urine.According to my wife the womenβs bathroom is just as bad as the menβs, blood on the toilet seat and filthy floors. I stopped getting ready for work here years ago for fear of infection. The equipment is old and never updated or repaired.... or cleaned. I havenβt seen anyone clean near the equipment in months.Fly machine has been broken for months... the AC is never very cold, this is the hottest gym I have ever been to... in the winter they blast the heat to accommodate the staff that isnβt working out.I have finally begun looking for another gym. Itβs expensive and dirty.
I was worried about coming here because of all of the bad reviews about it being dirty and the staff being rude. Everyone has been so nice and welcoming. And I see the staff cleaning all the time. My treadmill was clean. The gym doesnt smell like anything.. idk about the locker room. I come in to workout and leave. I dont hangout in the locker room. Overall its a great gym for me and super close to home.
Great place to work out!
I will say this... I used to love this place. I still like it.That being said the menβs locker and shower rooms are horrific! The stench is over powering. I canβt work out there any more until I know for sure that the floor I walk on isnβt covered in urine. Frankly that is how it smelled last time I was there two weeks ago.Mikhail is a great trainer and Iβm sorry he may be suffering in client business due to the conditions of the menβs locker room. Iβm not sure about the ladyβs but if no one is tending the menβs room, Iβm certain the womenβs is not being tended to either!
Great gym. Staff is nice and helpful. Equipment is decent.
Well, there is a nice selection of machines and it does have a wet and dry sauna, hot tub, lap pool and shower room. Down side, nastiest dirty locker room and showers Ive ever seen! The sludge on the shower room floor, band-aid and chewing gum says it hasnt been cleaned (or at least correctly) in over a month. Oh, and that we sauna is out of order with nastyβ caution tape forming an X with an open door.I brought it all to the managers attention, he claimed hes only been at the facility since 9am today as it is his first day at this location and promised he would have everything up to par by me next visit.... We shall see what happens in the next few days.
This place totally blows. A good 1/3 of the cardio machines are either non-functioning or in desperate need of maintenance, bathrooms are always a wreck, paper towels/cleaning spray are always empty and youll find better gym etiquette at a kindergarten. If you ever go upstairs, just look up at the rafters...it probably hasnt been cleaned since the gym was built. I live literally 1 minute away but Ill drive the 10 minutes to lift at the Lake Worth location.
My husband and I have had a membership here for about a year. We previously had a membership at Crunch Fitness in Dallas but when we moved to Ft Worth this was our only option. To be honest, I hate this gym. It is always dirty and crowded. The equipment is old and I have seen equipment be out of order for over a week. It is simply just not spacious enough for the amount of people that workout here and far too expensive in my opinion. We paid less than $30 for the two of us at Crunch and pay over $60 at 24 Hour. I am determined to find a better option, even if it means driving farther. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because it is open 24 hours and gets the job done. My husband also loves the basketball court, so Im being generous in my rating here.
Staff is great, super friendly and helpful, however the machines are very outdated... cardio machines are always out of order - they recently took out all but like 4 of the bikes, then a few weeks ago I watched 3 people fall off a Stairmaster bc the belt kept giving out before I ran to tell a manager, since none of them did-, a lot of the weight machines are rusted and its really hard to adjust the height settings on many of the machines because its rusted so bad. They did just add new cable machines which are really nice, hoping more new equipment is coming soon! Its the closest 24 hours gym to me, and i workout late at night, so I stay.
Good size gym - but it is the only 24 hour fitness that Ive come across that locks their dance room so people cant use it...strange.
The have excellent aerobics instructors, all of them have boundless energy who push you to exceed towards your goals. My only let peeve is the Janitorial staff not doing their job. I hate going into a nasty restroom with piss on the floors every single day all day or a dirty gym floor.
I visited this gym only because I moved and itβs slightly closer than the location I originally joined. Staff is pretty rude and not welcoming at all. They donβt have courtesy towels but after what I witnessed Iβd be too disgusted to use them anyway. Floors and equipment are pretty dirty (I donβt think they clean daily, eww) but the restrooms are FILTHY!! According to my boyfriend the menβs restroom smelled like hot trash and looked like they hadnβt been touched in months. Itβs disappointing to say the least because I did like their set up. Needless to say, I donβt want to pick up a virus or ringworm so I will not be returning to this location.
The girl with glasses is mad she at work. Lol staff could be more friendly.
There is no bathroom on the 2d floor where all the cardio machines are! I have seen this issue where other 24hour Fitness facilities have had to go to 2 stories to fit into a space. Its always been awkward, bathroom only on the 1st floor, crowded feel. I guess if all you do is weight and circuit training, you wont have a problem here.
Iβve been a member of 24 Hour Fitness continuously since 2006. I originally joined at the Overton Ridge location and now I use the Old Denton Road location due to relocating to north Fort Worth. The gym is clean and well-stocked, but some of the staff members act cold and disinterested, as if theyβre doing you a favor and youβre interrupting their smartphone time.
Awesome team of employees! The personal training is wonderful and the group fitness classes are a blast!
Cardio equipment is dated and falling apart, weight machines are outdated but function, essential pieces of equipment are lacking in quantity (only 2 squat racks), no WiFi (itβs 2019 how do you not have WiFi), locker rooms are not clean. Only reason Iβm staying is I ignorantly signed a one year contract for a reduced price.
Action-packed gym! Good people and the gym is kepted very clean! For a service-member like me, I love 24 Fitness!
Where should I start? Lets see theres been a dirty band-aid in one of the showers for at least a week and a half. I reported this a week ago and nothing has been done to clean the showers. The locker rooms are moldy and smell awful. The equipment, especially cardio equipment is often out of order. One of the bikes has had a piece of chewed gum in the cup holder for years. The water fountains, may or may not work. Ive seen a cockroach living in one of the lockers. The gym is severely overcrowded. Individual lights go out and remain out for many months at a time. Management clearly has no interest in properly maintaining the facility as it is incredibly run down. I would avoid at all costs.
Not my favorite 24hour but not to bad. Had cleaning staff there during lunch time and it was pretty busy, machines are pretty outdated but still in working shape, wasnt dirty which was nice! Showers werent dirty, friendly people for the most part.
Great location but the staff specially management and sales peple are rude and smug. A friend of mine quit there and told me all they do is make fun of people and I could tell when i went in there that they have nothing better to do.
Horrible gym!!!! Where do I start? Overcrowded; they have to many members for that size facility. Constantly waiting for equipment, hard to focus on a workout. In the evenings you cannot even find a parking spot and have to park across the street. Incompetent staff, never friendly and always playing on their phones rather than focusing on their job. I will be switching to LA Fitness which is a little farther of a drive but worth it. Dont waste your money on this place. I truly believe the only reason they are successful right now is the large amount of growth going on in this area and not enough competition. When another competing gym builds in this area I am sure a large number of people will leave 24 Hour and go there.
This gym is by far the best 24 hour fitness in the DFW area! Great service staff and always clean and courteous. Now under new management so i never experience anything wrong with the machines.
Good facilities to get the job done but thereβs a lot of people and the bathrooms are not always clean.
With several clubs not open or not opening again there are a lot more people in this smaller club
Have you ever wondered what its like to work out in an ICE detention center? The wait is over! At this location you will get to experience a BladeRunner-esque dystopian street scene of eaten lime slices in the showers, prison tattoos, people sleeping on the pool benches, and aggressive youths with ankle monitors in the locker rooms. Remember, when no one speaks your language, it feels like you have a private gym all to yourself!
Not liking the current covid-19 restrictions.
Staff is nice, but lets talk about maintenance. Theres been a loogie in the water fountain for weeks, mold (or algae) is growing out of the urinals, and the rubber on the weights looks like it has been chewed and spit out. Idk if this is the standard for all clubs, but you guys should invest in some maintenance staff.
No customer service what so ever. I printed out a 3 day pass from the website but when I took it in to redeem it, the front desk said that I could only use it for one day. I explained to him that I printed it off their website but it didnt matter. He said I could come back for $15/day. Really? Ill never be back if thats how they treat people.
Im a former firefighter; my husband is a former Marine and was on the US powerlifting team. Fitness is no stranger to our family.I arrived this morning to sign up; they werent even going to have to sellme anything-I was ready to sign up for a membership. I have an enthusiastic 4 year old; there was absolutely no reason I should have been treated the way that I was. I signed in as a guest and waited for someone to come and help me sign up for a membership. The front desk attendant brought over another team member who stood and stared at me. He didnt say anything; just stared at me for 30 seconds and then walked away. I sat there for another 5 minutes or the front desk guy ignored me. This is absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing. I will be filing a complaint.
Busy, but great, nonintimidating environment. Great staff that maintains the cleanliness as well as can be expected.
Got a guess pass that said I could come in if I didnt have membership within the last 6 months. My membership ended 2 years ago. And the sale manager just basically didnt let me in because he told me that company policy doesnt allow anyone that has membership before to take guess pass. Is it my fault that I have that email and spend 20 mins to drive to the gym. There is literally a mistake from their end... now me and my friend have to drive back home. Showed him the email, he still said no ...
***DO NO GIVE REAL EMAIL ADDRESS - Give them a burner email address!! They sell your email to spammers!!***Connor was great to work with and made my guest trial access happen with no pressure to commit. I am military so they did offer me a no contract option which is nice considering the hectic schedule.A lot of the equipment is beat up but still usable. If you are a serious weight lifter, you will want to go early morning when it is not busy. They only have two squat racks. They do have plenty of cardio equipment and have not had an issue getting on the treadmill during peak times.I would have given 3 maybe 4 stars for the worn out equipment. However I am giving 2 stars for the email address being sold. They will not take the quick gmail workaround of adding a + symbol in your address.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facility. Hot showers. I enjoy working out at 24 hour fitness
The instructors are amazing!!! They also have a great variety of different types of classes! All classes are included in membership! Delia and Lillia are my favs!
Its okay. Some of the machines and cardio are in disrepair and go unatended. Same with the locker room. Could definitely keep up on that more. Lastly, and it seems like a smaller gripe but in reality it is just super lame that this gym does not offer WiFi. π When I ask about it, I get some really odd excuse that they cant get it because of something to do with the city? One worker said, yeah, it is something political. Huh?Does that mean the owner does not want to pay for Wi-Fi? No way is the location somehow being denied by the city to get WiFi.So, patrons have to use their data connection on their phones if they are streaming music. The gym is okay only because of the location. Otherwise, I would go somewhere else.
Are you open after 25 hours?
I signed up at the 24 hour fitness on Golden Triangle in Keller and really enjoyed my experiences there. I now live closer to this 24 hour fitness and it is, unfortunately, deserving of at least some of the negative reviews. Many of the bikes, elliptical machines, and treadmills are either broken or missing buttons. Some of the weights look like theyve been dragged down the road a few miles; didnt really effect their use but still curious how it got so messed up. I only spent a minute or two looking but found just one safety clip. When I went there a few days back, two of the water fountains were backed-up and no water fountains have that handy water bottle filling attachment that is present at first 24 hour fitness I went to. This 24 hour fitness also does not give out hand towels, theyll only sell you one for $4.00 which speaks a bit to the level of service they are willing to provide. The gym was fairly busy when I went, but thats to be expected especially this time of year.I was able to get done all I wanted to do after hunting for an open, not broken machine but for $44 a month or whatever Im paying, I hope for a little more in terms of quality.
Never thought that for a great experience to visit this location. 1st I greeted by very friendly employee Stephanieπwith brightest smile; 2nd is the Crystal clear pool water π! Excellent experienceπ
So glad my one year is up, I joined LA fitness this place is suck a dump. Every time I go it is over crowded and I can never find a working treadmill. I originally signed up for the group fitness classes during the day since I am a stay at home mom. The instructors are great but everything is so run down and the employees are lazy. Thank heaven I have switched I live right next to 24 hour but id rather make the drive to LA fitness just for the service. La fitness has a higher initiation fee but it really does pay off. Never going back to 24 hour....
Very inviting gym great classes with Awesome instructors equipment in good condition friendly staff
Working out at this location since 2009. Urinals and toilets are always in need of cleaning, low water on sinks and many times the equipment is out of order especially the cardio equipment. But I pay $35 a month, can work out whenever I want, take a shower afterwards and get on with my day.
Clean gym - No complaints. I wish they had a big squat rack instead of the TRX A-Frame thing.
I love 24 hour fitness but this is one 24 hour fitness I will never go to aging in my life it was just horrible .
This gym needs a major facelift - Iβm speaking in terms of the ENTIRE facility. All equipment outdated; and mostly broken. Cardio machines from the late 1990s/ early 2000s. I canβt speak for the womenβs restroom but the menβs looks and smells like a dump (pun intended). All the big 45lbs wheels are damaged because of folks deadlifting and letting them drop and slam into the floor. No fault on them but why are there no rubber powerlift plates to allow for that? The entire gym floor needs to be replaced as it smells like a giant sweaty sock. And Iβm paying $35+ for this?I know its a gym however, several people I have spoken with share my exact feeling in that weβre willing to drive further to go to a gym with up to date equipment and facility as that alone gives us the motivation and want to go workout, rather than just going because this club is convenient. I know this wonβt get read and if it does, no action will be taken.
One of the better 24 HR gyms. One of the cleaner ones aswell, most 24 HRs are not kept up aswell as expected, Maintance is lagging, Saginaw location is the one to go.
Great set-up and good people but it gets way too crowded
I love zumba class of instructor Al . He always updates new songs and everyone is easy to catch up his moves. I enjoy his class the most here
Equipment needs a lot of updating. Half their ellipticals dont work and treadmills are dirty and old. The classes they offer give them the extra star
Heavy Fox-News users.Men bathrooms poorly cleaned.Equipment poorly maintained.Pool Chicken broth flavor.
I been a member on 24s California since 06 and Ill like to check California clubs!.. this is a insulted to the franchise I been on two different locations here on Texas and both of them are in bad shape!.. this is bad image of 24hours fitness
Extra dirty, saunas are creepy nasty, equipment old with creeking noises, 1/2 of the cardio machines are broken & the customer service leaves much to be desired. Atmosphere is similar to muscle beach.
The staff is great!
Signed up for a free pass on their corporate website, went to the gym and the manager in charge did not accept it,he told me that this 24 hour fitness does not accept those and constantly shoved questions down my throat asking why I am holding back from becoming a member and saying that I should just stop worrying and sign up, he didnt even offer to let me see the gym or just give me a free day to workout and make sure I like this place. These gyms are corporately owned which means they are supposed to accept it.Next I had to pay 20$........you read that right,20$ for a day, what gym charges 20$ for a day pass, thats crazy!!! This gym does not have a very big selection of machines or weights and a lot of them are old and broken down. Definitely found it to be uncomfortably hot! Also if your into swimming......they only have two lanes and they are not even close to regulation size. So all in all poor employees(or at least that one manager) and if your actually looking to get a good workout dont go here! The only thing convenient about this place is that it is open 24 hours! If you want somewhere that has everything you need and a great selection of weights and great and friendly employees I would recommend LA Fitness.
Expensive as hell and most the machines are in some state of disrepair. Great variety though, I rarely have to wait to use something
Very nice place to work out but I suggest to check Googles popular time before going, it get very crowded.
