I really love blink fitness .I have been a member since 2014. This is a great gym except for one big problem for the last 10 days at this location.The owner of the gym is not cooling this location at all. In the back of the gym it is at least 75° all day long. Everyone is sweating in this gym it’s even hard to breathe sometimes. There is no air circulation at all. When you are exercising in the gym your body temperature rises rapidly and you definitely need a cool gym in June . I am so fed up that I have Decided to cancel my membership. The owner is not adjusting the thermostat to cooler degrees. He is saving money on electric bills over the member’s sweat. I have spoken with the management and no one cares about resolving this issue at all. I have observed two other members complain about the heat in the gym in front of me. I really hate writing negative remarks about any business but in this case I was really compelled to do so due to unbearable sweaty conditions especially when you have about 50 people working out in inadequate temperature. Once this issue is resolved I will delete this review immediately

Two (2) months and counting regarding the same Strength machine being Out of Service. New Business Model for the Blink location (Beach Street) is....If you want to pay decent price for a Gym that continues to struggle with Equipment Management then come on down to Blink Fitness. We buy out our Competition, continue to take your money and then place Out of Order signage on Equipment while saying Part Shortage is the reason why Equipment still broken.Yet, Home Depot or Lowes has parts that can be used to fix Equipment.I should go around the Gym and start a Pool on when the Equipment will be fixed.

Originally signed up for a month to month membership.In my mind month to month means when you no longer find the gym fit to your needs you can cancel.When I called months ago to cancel the person over the phone told me I was actually in a contract till June and I could either a) pay up until June or b) finish out the contract I never agreed to. I avoid contracts for this specific reason- which originally was a perk about this gym.Today, I called to cancel and was told I actually did have a gray membership and could cancel at anytime.So, I have paid essentially for months thinking I could not cancel until June for a gym I am no longer attending.Then when I go to cancel online it tells me my membership will end in July...... we are in the merry month of May......Interesting.Poor communication. Unprofessional. Regardless of how much it is a month (the price is not bad) the principal should always be to be informative and honest upfront.

This is Adam. I am very disappointed at this blink fitness location . The air conditioner does not work here. It is hot in the gym. Difficult to breathe during workout. The management is negligent in repairing the ac system. I prefer 24 hour fitness. They have cold ac in their gym all the time. Beside the ac I never had any problems with blink fitness at North beach and basswood blvd.

Great gym! Staff is awesome, really informative .I tried a training session and would highly recommend their trainers.Especially for someone new to fitness. Fernando was my trainer and for the money is definitely worth it.

I was in the gym exercising a few days ago, and it was sweating hot there. There is non sense of cool air at all. The air pressure from the air conditioner’s fan is very low and warm. You don’t even feel air coming out of the vents. It would be much better if there were some high velocity pedestal fans in there. The fans would do a better job than that pathetic AC. The air conditioner’s performance is zero. I had never seen anything like this in any other blink fitness. One star for this location for cooling temperatures. I am going to other blink locations now and they all have cool soothing temperature in their gyms.

I’ve been a member of Blink for about four years. I started out in NYC and was so happy to see them expand to other states. Always super clean and modern equipment. There is plenty of space and it is never overcrowded.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been trying to cancel my membership for OVER A MONTH. I called customer service to cancel and they gave me an email to send my request to, and provided me with my member ID. Then I sent an email with my member ID and requested to cancel, and they replied back and told me I had to submit an online form through my member portal. So I logged into my online portal and the FORM DOESN’T WORK. It will not move forward and the “continue” button doesn’t work. So I emailed the cancellation email again, and I said the website didn’t work and I would like to cancel my membership manually via email. And they replied and told me to submit my cancellation online via my member portal......I WOULD IF I COULD. Believe me, I want nothing to do with this company.Customer service doesn’t even listen to you, they kick the can down to the next person. Oh, but they did tell me I could also cancel my membership another way....via CERTIFIED MAIL to their corporate office! I like that my options are 1. Don’t cancel forever because none of the cancellation options work or 2. PAY for certified mail to cancel. DON’T JOIN THIS GYM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED $10 FOR LIFE.

UPDATE: 7/29 after calling again for the 37291939503th time, I just got ANOTHER voicemail to make my “overdue” payment or they will cancel my membership. PLEASE DO💀I moved out of state THREE years ago. Had to mail in confirmation to cancel which was an entire issue in itself, we’ve had to call every 5-6 months with the SAME ISSUES of them charging us. We reported fraudulent charges but I guess they somehow got our bank to believe it wasn’t, forcing us to call and get it in writing ONCE AGAIN that our accounts were cancelled. Then, today I get a voicemail (over a month after the most recent cancellation email) that I have an overdue balance. THREE YEARS LATER AND THEY ARE STILL SCAMMING US. DO NOT TRUST THIS GYM. DO NOT give them your bank account information. This has been a NIGHTMARE.

Great place had a lot of equipment and room to stretch. Customer service is top notch kind and very respectful.

I can’t believe they are getting away with this. I too was screwed over by Blink Fitness. I had been a member with Fitness 2000 for around 3 years. In February 2020, I canceled my membership because I was moving across the country.I now in August of 2020 realized I had been being charged monthly $9.61. I went into the gym to correct this and stop payments, only to be told I had to pay $42 (including the annual fee) in order to stop the payments and RE-cancel my membership. They couldn’t find any “documentation” of my original cancelation, and unless I could provide my receipt back from February.So I went in to get my money back and had to pay an ADDITIONAL $42 to cancel.Absolutely absurd. I was told that the “system doesn’t just lose that information”, but apparently it’s happening to a whole lot more people than just me and my husband.

Great place to work out. The equipment is cleaned very often and they provide cleaning methods and promote the use of these items!!!

I have been a member of this gym since Fitness 2000. I once was going to cancel my membership, but never got around to it as I had to write a letter and mail it in. Long story short, I didnt cancel. I now am a proud member of Blink Fitness. Initially, I had a fear to go to the gym due to the coronavirus. I went in to cancel my membership. I spoke to a young lady who reassured me that they are cleaning the gym multiple times on the hour every hour. In fact, she said it was safer to workout there versus going to Wal Mart. I wanted to see for myself on how clean it was. My initial visit was amazing. I walked on the treadmill and I took witness to the amount of employees taking care of the gym. They went above and beyond. I have interactions with Sam and Daniel. I have a personal training session with Sam on Friday, and Im super excited about it! Thank you for every employee at Blink Fitness. I always feel welcome every time I go in there. There is also a young lady that works the front counter with lots of energy. I wish I would remember her name, but nonetheless, everyone is super welcoming and they treat you like family. I am so glad that I am a member of Blink Fitness. Thank you for the great work and again thank you for keeping the gym so clean and sanitized.

Same experience as the recent reviews. My wife and I moved away from this location, cancelled and continued to be charged. Went back today to stop those charges and was again charged a cancellation fee. The manager had a “not my problem attitude” because i didn’t have a copy of the receipt given with cancellation. It is not my responsibility to keep a piece of paper for months, because I don’t expect a gym I cancelled with to continue to take my money. Together with my wife in the last four months have been charged almost $200 including the $60 we had to pay today just to stop the charges from continuing. We never give bad reviews but its seems this is a pattern of behavior.

After canceling membership and signing termination papers due to the coronavirus. They been charging my credit card. $42.22 I just caught it. I will be disputing the charges. After I go over all my statements. Check your charges and call the credit card company. New management is suspect!!!I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this is terrible during a difficult time for our Great Nation. Now one more thing to deal with. Absolutely dishonest and you will reap what you sow.

Thieves. There should be laws protecting people from organizations like Blink Gym. You cancel your contract, then discover months later that they never cancelled. They feign ignorance about the cancellation, talk in circles, deflect and defer. All the things that polished thieves well versed by repetition do. In the end, they will be happy to RE-cancel for you....for a fee, and 30 days later just to get one more billing cycle from you. These people are unconscionable, do business with them at your own risk.

Yoga. That’s what I’m here for mainly. Tiffany is a mainstay if you want a no-judgment, fun yoga session. Rachae (sp?) is challenging too! You will be challenged by as much as you put into the stretches. Currently, Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:30. Arrive early to get a spot. Call to see if yoga is going on. There’s no schedule online as far as I know.The redesign of this group fitness room was done right. They kept the walls closed so outside noise would not disrupt yoga sessions. I’ve heard that Blink grandfathered in the group classes from Fit2k and it’s not typical of other blinks. So props to them for that.It’s still a reasonably priced gym compared to other taj mahals in Keller/NFW. Staff is helpful and more attentive than former Fit2k staff. Maybe they’re paid well?

Was a 24 hour gym and then cut hour and closes at 9pm!?!I cant wait to see how fun the cancellation process is going to be. Disappointed for sure.

Thank goodness I read the reviews lol. I will not be getting a membership here. They open the doors late... leave people standing outside. Make you mail a certified letter in order to cancel membership...then continue to charge you months after you’ve canceled the membership. That’s enough to keep me away. Lol.

I had one year contract with fitness 2000. But before expired my contract blink fitness bought this place and they close for maintenance after that COVID 19 start. So I was gone. Again they took my money from July. I send email they didn’t respond and I went to the office and talked about my case my membership expired on April 2020 why did you took my money?I need refund my money but they denied to return my money and took extra money for my cancellation charge. So think about this company

Although this is a small gym, I love it. The classes are amazing worth every min. I’m so excited about my weight loss journey. So many different things to do and classes to take. Along with being 24 hours. Thank you Owen for all your help. I truly appreciate it. And the classes with Carol and Natalie was amazing. Thank you fitness 2000!!!

Small but has what you need

These guys took over for Fitness 2000 and I thought it couldnt be worse than them, I was wrong. Im not sure about the employees that work here but the company that owns Blink Fitness is terrible. Make sure you check everything you sign and know who you are dealing with. Actually, pay a little more and go to a gym that isnt owned by an awful company. Just look at the reviews...

So on a Saturday 1/18/2020. “Saturday” the gym is suppose to open at 7. The girl with the keys was running last so she gets there about 7:10. That’s fine. But with 12 people waiting outside in the 50 degree cold we all wait for another 8 minutes with their lights on inside while they just stand at the desk. Finally someone opens the door..” one of the guys standing outside”. And they look at all the people like we where not even there... you know we where waiting.. you could have came to the door and let us in.. she “couldn’t see us”... it’s not dark out. Come on now.

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!!! They were super nice to me when I joined and bragged about their affordable membership, never did they go over my membership details, they have hidden fees that are non refundable that happens without a notice. Everything is taken out automatically and they assume you want to continue working out there. I have been trying to cancel my membership and its impossible unless you have proof for a medical reason to cancel!

I entered into a 2 year contract without my knowledge, my membership expired in April during the lockdown(during this time all charges were placed on hold), on the 24th of July my card was charged with $42 maintainance fee and the monthly fee of $9.61 after my membership expired, as if that is not enough, I was told to bring a documentation to back it up that my membership truly expired, how insane right? TBH this people are thieves in gym clothes. Honest advice, just workout in your living room. Choose wisely.

I am new at fitness – 2000 but I like to share that I never enjoyed dance fusion yet as much I enjoyed here. It enhances my energy level to next heights. This studio is amazing I love to spent my free time here only. Just one week is going and my fatty stomach is loosing slim. I suggest you to join Fitness-2000 as all instructors are having deep knowledge about classes. And one thing which likes most is here each class has separate expert trainers who are highly passionate about their work.

Thieves...Pure Robbery!!! I canceled my membership back in November and out of the blue start receiving collection calls for monthly fees. The club manager is rehearsed and did not take care of the issue. Please DO NOT obtain a membership here...Dont believe the month to month hype or anything. While I was trying to address the issue she walked away and started talking to an employee..very rude and unprofessional!!

The problem is trying to cancel. I have sent certified mail and emails to corporate and they are still charging me 5 months later while Im deployed.

Do not join this gym! I hesitantly signed a one year contract with this local gym after being pressured by a manager that they typically only sign two year contracts. Who signs a contract for two years anyway? Then, after I signed all the paperwork I found out I would also be charged a $20-$30 equipment maintenance fee that he conveniently did not mention before I signed, but apparently was scribbled in small print somewhere (which no one reads anyway). Then, after 10 months of using this gym, I unexpectedly had a job relocation to Dallas (thank goodness I didnt sign the 2 year contract). I called the gym to try and cancel my membership early, and was told that they do not deal with cancellations but instead use a third party agency called ABC Financial and I had to talk to them. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes to talk to an ABC representative in Arkansas, I was told that in order to cancel early I had to send in proof that I had moved further than 25 miles away and that it would take 60 days to process. 60 DAYS?!? At this point I was willing to pay through the rest of my 1 year contract but was also informed that my membership would be auto renewed unless I sent in a certified letter requesting cancellation, which also takes 60 days to process. However, since I was calling about 45 days ahead of my renewal date I was informed I would be charged for at least an extra month or two and they could not auto cancel over the phone. I HAVE TO PAY FOR ADDITIONAL MONTHS EVEN THOUGH I ONLY SIGNED A ONE YEAR CONTRACT AND I WAS CALLING 45 DAYS BEFORE MY CONTRACT ENDED?! I even tried calling Fitness 2000 directly but no one would help me and I was told that I have to go through this third party company since they pay them to do it. There is absolutely no reason to use this gym, considering their cancellation policy and the fact that there are many other gyms in the area that have the same to offer with more open hours (this place isnt open on Sundays). I have told all my friends in the Keller/Fort Worth area to steer clear of this business!

I have been attending Fitness 2000 for 7 months. I feel great Physically and mentally I feel much better. My fitness levels have improved tremendously and everyone keeps asking me how has this transformation has been achieved. The truth is by regularly attending the boot camp three times a week. The staff will help you in any way they can so that you can achieve your targets. The sessions are great fun and the fact that your not on your own makes it a lot easier.

I have never been to this gym... I was looking at the reviews and noticed that all 5-star users have reviewed basically the same companies. Click on the users photo and you will see that all the 5-star users have reviewed the same companies and given all of them 5 stars. Coincidence? Dont think so... Makes you wonder how honest these companies are...

I would rate this Gym/company a zero but it wont let me..... Do not ever sign up for a membership here. You wont ever be able to get out. This used to be fitness 2000 and I stopped going over 3 years ago because it wasnt worth it whatsoever. All of the sudden when they switch to Blink fitness i started getting spamed with calls and text msgs about my account being passed due....I cancelled over 3 years ago! I dont even live close to it at all and definitely havent gone but they keep harassing me about a balance and they wont leave me alone until I pay it and send a certified letter to an office in NY stating i want to cancel!? This company is a joke!

Fitness 2000 is awesome gym. I have been there for almost two years now and always manage to meet great people and network with them. Their staff is supremely down to earth and encouraging. The opportunities at this place are endless… Jake is an AWESOME personal trainer.. thanks Jake!!

They are crooks! I came in and signed up for one membership deal and signed my paperwork electronically. After I signed up and went home the deal was not what we talked about. They said they would not charge me for first month but did and now stuck me for another $50.00 that I never agree at the onset but it was in the agreement. I trusted them and I should have known the were crooks and make sure you dont trust what they say. Read the fine print.

Ive been a member for about 3 years. Its a great gym for the money. Lots of space so you dont feel crammed. I see constantly updated equipment and things are well-maintained. My experiences have been great and wonder why anyone would join anywhere else. Would recommend them to join Fitness 2000!

It shouldnt be strange to me that some people will troll a gym with negative reviews, but this place doesnt deserve to be labeled with petty little gripes. Heres the truth. Its a gym, and it comes with gym problems. I see a machine down sometimes but not every day, so they obviously fix it. Every thing about the contract that I chose was explained to me in great detail when I signed up. And as far as too many people, really? They have free group classes in an adjacent building so during high traffic times they are going to be busy. This is not a big shocker, especially not after new years.The staff is friendly, most of the members are too. The machines are fine, the free weights are plentiful, and the personal training is superb and reasonably priced. It meets my needs, budget, and expectations perfectly.

My day never ends without workout. I would like to share that I am part of Fitness 2000 since 2011. I was so fatty and look ugly but when I joint its personal training program – miracle happen. I lost my 30 kg weight in 3 months and again got slim and attractive figure. I suggest you to join for fruitful results.In my personal training program trainers split training session into weekly sections. For first I started with three simple exercises that reflect results within three days. The best part I noticed in whole session that I was losing weight but not strength. Each routine part was improving energy and decreasing stress.My Gym is affordable too. Its economy price, tasteful environment, and friendly trainers all these things attract me.

DO NOT SIGN UP HERE! I had a month to month membership and you still can’t cancel it. They won’t let you. They have you call a 3rd party collection company to cancel and the number you are supposed to call doesn’t help you. They’ll send you an address to send a certified letter to, and then YOU have to pay for it and hope it goes through which it didn’t for me. I then moved cross country and got a call from collections that FITNESS 2000 KEPT BILLING ME. EVEN IF YOU GO THROUGH THE RIGOROUS CANCELLATION PROCESS THEY WILL STILL BILL YOU.

I love this gym. I see so many different types of people here working on their individual goals to get stronger, healthier and fit. You don’t have to look perfect to come to this gym, which is why I would highly recommend Fitness 2000.

The gym is spacious. Lots of equipment. It does get packed during peak times but thats to be expected. Hours have extended which is great. Monthly fee is not bad at all. I rate 4 stars only because of a recent experience I had with the gym. When trying to get help, no one followed through. I also asked to be reached by manager and manager failed to return call or could be that maybe the message wasnt being related. Not sure. In the end someone was able to push me in the right direction and everything was resolved. My only issue was the lack of knowledge that I feel all who work there should have. They should all be on the same page to be able to give out the same information. On top of that it still wouldve been great for manager just to call and say hey our apologies. Part of customer service is following through. You should always keep your customers happy. Not just at the time of sale but all the way through to continue to keep them as a member. Again in the end all was resolved.

Terrible company. They make you send a letter to the HQ to cancel your membership after your contract expires or else they just keep charging you. Well I sent the letter to the HQ and they’re still charging me.. and they won’t even answer the phone when you try calling...

They charged me the yearly fee of $54 twice in one month plus my account was already cancelled and they told me corporate had to accept the refund and it’s been 2 weeks already and they just charged me the monthly fee of $10.81 when I already cancelled my subscription. THEY ARE FRAUD

I love the Zumba classes. I’ve lost ten pounds in the last two months and look more fit and athletic than I ever did in my entire life. Awesome!

The personal training facilities at this gym are just outstanding. The personal trainers have routines both in and outside of the gym to keep exercise exciting. The gym itself not only has all your necessary equipment yet is a combined health club as well. You really must visit if you are serious about your health and fitness.

DO NOT SIGN UP!! This gym has some fun classes and enough good equipment, but it is impossible to cancel memberships and its hidden fees!!!! I have been getting the run around and trying to cancel for over a year!!! I would never sign up for this gym again!!!

SCAM— They make it very hard to cancel your membership, even if you’re not in a contract. It will cost you a lot of $$$$. You’re better off paying more for a reputable gym. If I can keep one person from wasting their money here I will feel writing this review was worth while. You shouldn’t treat customers this way.

Haven’t had the best experience. The staff is not very customer service friendly. This one guy is always on his phone and not even looking up to greet people as they walk in. Free weights are scattered everywhere which makes it difficult to get my workout started. Restrooms are clean which is cool. Super crowded mid day but equipment is good. I hope things improve because I’m stuck for a year.

I havent been cheated for a long time and this place broke that record. Salesman Jonathan Pena, lied to my face last year when I signed up for No contract, month to month account. I have a major heart surgery coming next month and now stuck with a two year contract that I never signed up for, its very discouraging at this period of medical time.I called the customer service since the gym said you need to call the corporate office because we dont have any authorities in cancelling membership. And when I explained that I wont be working out for a year because of my surgery, they said the only way out of the contract is if I can prove that I am permanently disabled, and a surgeons note wont cut it. Pretty damn inhuman.At the time of the sign up, my wife and I, we were given the oral presentation of the account and we just signed it on their electronic pad. I will be looking for physical copy of contracts for the rest of my life, thanks to this place. My lack of awareness still doesnt excuse the fact that salesman lied to get that commission, that is a personal matter which will come around in his life sometime in his future. Hell get what he deserves. Stay Away from signing anything from this place - electronically. You have been warned. Look at all the 5 star reviews, they havent dealt with getting out yet.

Do not I repeat do not sign up for this gym membership. 2 years ago I signed up for a membership. In over the 2 year span, you can count how many times Ive been to the gym. I called to cancel since I wasnt using the gym and advised that I would need to buy out my contract.... plus you must submit your cancellation within 30 days.... plus you must mail it in as certified mail.... so now im out of about $70 more plus using snail mail... these are the loopholes they get you in so they can get more money out of you.... please do not go to this gym... there are better options trust me.... you will regret it.

Have been going here for over a year now and loving it.

Just returned from the gym and was disappointed in the music playing over the speakers. The language was offensive and not what I expected to hear. I have been there a number of times but listened today and would hope they could play songs without all the cussing.

8.88 is not worth it! It stinks like mildew because it’s over crowded! The manager is rude! I left my MK watch on the treadmilI and it was stolen. They could of just looked at cameras to see who took it but refused! I was told I can cancel agreement if I moved more than 10 miles. I bought a house 20 miles away in a different town and now they tell me I have to move more than 25 miles! They’ll find away to get you! Stay away! Many more gyms in the area to choose from!

I always knew that I should be exercising and was looking for something different and challenging. Ive now been training at Fitness 2000 for one and a half years and its an integral part of my life. The trainers at this gym have been amazing at pushing me and Ive become much more passionate about exercise. What I love about fitness 2000 is the camaraderie and support from other people who train here. Working out and staying fit is no longer a chore or something I know I have to do, I actually look forward to training each week.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My wife was a member for about 6 months and then we moved to a different state. They refused to cancel her membership even after telling them we moved and providing documentation. Kept charging for months that we were not living in the area. None of their customer service will help. They keep telling us they bill through a third part company. Very fishy gym and company. We are taking our case to the Better Business Bureau to get our refund. Do not get in service with these people. Go to LA or 24 hour fitness.

Possibly the worst gym experience I’ve ever had I went in to work out had my Earbuds in and could not even hear my own music over the loud explicitly screamo music whatever it was that they were playing. I asked them if they could turn it down they turned it up. Apparently that’s the music that Skyler likes to listen to the manager that was on staff. Count me out after 3 years .

This is a pretty solid gym. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I had always great conversations with trainers during my workout. More importantly, I love being in a gym where guys and girls are making it happen.

I have been a member of the Fit2k gym for 3 years. I will sign up for my fourth year in February. I like everything about working out there. Each member has the opportunity to have a personal trainer as well,but I have been helped by many of the Team members on the floor during my workout. They always offer advice and tips that improve your goal of weight loss, toning, and overall health.

I like this place. Trainers are nice and so is the front desk. The sales people could use a little more interpersonal skills. they can be smug but ill let it pass since they are usually young kids who tend to be cocky

Whatever you do...DONT sign an agreement of any type with this club. It is such a daunting process to get a cancellation completed and there are much better clubs in the area. The main reason we changed is because the kids club is not acceptable...definately not a safe environment...$8.88 may seem great but think again...

I have got to say that this gym has given me the biggest run around I have ever experienced from a company. I will not only NOT recommend this place to my friends and family, but tell them to run for the hills.I called with a concern that I was being charged $29.11 a month instead of the $8 agreed upon in my contract, with one charge in December coming out to a whopping $90. When I called to address this, I was told that apparently my card had been declined and a late fee of approximately $20 was tacked on. This is absolutely ridiculous and unheard of. A late fee is one thing, I can accept that. But it shouldn’t be MORE THAN DOUBLE my monthly membership fee.When I raised this concern with the person I spoke to he literally responded “I don’t make the rules” and directed me to the finance company. This irritated me enough. Just handle my issue and don’t make me jump through hoops to find resolution. What he neglected to tell me was that they are closed on Saturday.I will be cancelling my membership and telling others to do the same. There are too many options for gyms in the immediate area for me to have a mediocre workout experience (there’s ALWAYS a wait for every machine and weight) and terrible customer care.

This is the first gym i have belonged to that requires a 60 day notice of cancellation sent via certified mail. The 60 days does not begin until the notice is received. Complete SCAM! Of course you will get charged that last annual service fee before it is cancelled! Even if you move they want something via certified mail for a 60day notice.... Better make sure the cancellation letter is detailed enough otherwise they will try to call you can say it wasnt good enough, which voids that 60day time frame. You also have to go through ABC financial service via the phone to get anything related to billing or your account done. You cannot accomplish anything related to billing or your account in person at the gym. There is no way to get in touch with local management.STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! Look at their BBB rating and reviews if you dont believe everyone on here. ITS A SCAM!The equipment is in poor condition. The facility is dirty, especially in the locker areas/bathrooms. Stuff is always broken and out of service. Even the water fountain has been out of service for weeks at a time before. Very bare bones...Nothing is provided. Which wouldnt be a big deal if the price was low enough to compensate for the cleanliness issues along with having nothing provided. But they charge damn near as much as many nicer gyms. Stuff is always broken or out of service. The staff is terrible, they could care a less about anything that goes on there.IF you read all these bad reviews and still decide to sign up...you will regret it. Pay the extra few dollars a month and go to a reputable gym that is clean with a good staff and good equipment.

Absolutely Horrible!Horrible, Horrible Horrible!Felt like a complete bate and switch. We have 2 children and were looking for a gym with a short term daycare while we worked out. The manager completely lied to us about this! Every time we go (and I mean EVERY), their is only 1 adult providing supervision, and the daycare is always FULL, so we would have to wait 30-45 minutes before the kids would be let in. Then after 10 min, we would get called over the intercom to come pick up our children because the one adult couldnt keep up with them. Complete waste of time and money! To top it all off, we were not told about the additional $35 fee we would have to pay twice. When we complained about it, they said but you signed the contract and it states the additional fee! Meanwhile, we were told the up front price would be all we would have to pay!STAY AWAY!

I have really enjoyed going to this gym. Unlike some of the reviews mention, this place doesn’t smell at all and the all the times I have gone it hasn’t been too crowded. The staff is also friendly and the bathrooms and the gym is very clean. Also, unlike one review stated, the free weights are never scattered when I am there.

Best gym Ive ever been to. I honestly feel spoiled because it is never crowded and the equipment is top notch. It is very clean and then trainers are all experts and very friendly. The Spot is not a huge gym; it has a private feel, with all the equipment you need and more. Lastly, it is not overpriced and there are no pretentious or obnoxious people. Definitely a hidden gem for serious fitness enthusiasts.

Three cheers for my gym – Fitness 2000. Being a regular member of the gym I must say Fitness 2000 has built confidence in me. I always afraid to face people because of nasty figure. Yoga classes made me confident and calm. I look pretty after taking regular yoga classes.

Go literally anywhere else, this place is an absolute joke. I have so many problems with my account. They have caused me so much extra stress I’m sick of this and I have met some others who used to come here that experienced the same issues. Screw this place.

BEWARE. I signed a two year contract after some high pressure sales. Two years later I want to cancel because we are moving out of state. They require a 60 day written notice sent certified mail. Any other gym I have ever used was just a 30 day notice.

Very Nice! Fitness 2000 have the best quality equipment and have very friendly and helpful staff. They push you to your limit and you feel so much better after your work out you just want to keep going.

The gym has cardio and complete set of weights, but I mainly do the classes. The instructors are fun and encouraging and it doesn’t really feel like work, if you know what I mean. I truly cannot speak more highly of the gym and the staff. Really fantastic.

Love this gym, but it has been WAY too packed lately. Hoping it thins out a bit here soon. Other than that its great. Awesome equipment.

Hear me out ! So you made up your mind to get membership at Fitness 2000, you go for a week and you dont like the gym. Reasons you dont like it: Its Crowded, Gym is small, and stupid. You wanna cancel your membership. Good luck with that! I dont know how am i supposed to say to connivance you guy, Just dont get a membership here at Fitness200. Canceling membership here is NIGHTMARE . I wish i could give a zero.

I recommend joining Fitness2000 to tone up your body. They have instructors who are experts and really know their stuff. Zumba is awesome, I love to dance and get a workout in all at once, Catalina is the bomb!

By far the friendliest gym I have ever been to...! Busy, fast-paced and fun. Management always works to make sure that there is a nice atmosphere and that everyone is comfortable.

I found workout very convenient and affordable at Fitness 2000. The center is packed with the best cardio and fitness equipment. I dont like big gyms they give me the creeps. Fitness 200 is just right for me.

I really like going to this gym and the staff is very friendly and listen to your concerns especially if a piece of equipment isn’t functioning the way it should. I’ve been to other gyms in the area and still end up coming back.

Best gym in town. Hands down! The gym is very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Ive been coming here for a year and I love it the management and the friendly instructors and the FUN music!

Absolute worst thing to get out of, pay bills or anything financial, DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM. Its $10 a month until the day you die. Seriously. I moved to the other side of town and it is impractical for me to drive 40 minutes to get to the gym, but turns out, their radius is the entire DFW area, and, though they could (because they absolutely can) they will not allow you to get out of your contract if you are 1.5 miles inside of said radius.

They do everything in there power to prevent you from canceling your membership. This includes having to sending certified mail. They are happy and willing to sign you up but wont help you at all when you need to cancel

I joined Fitness 2000 about 2 weeks ago and Im loving it… I am happy with this center: great equipment, comfortable, friendly &helpful staff... its all there!

This gym is amazing the people are so nice and kind the price is so cheap only 8.88$ per month and 10$ for membership it has all the equipment I need there is a trainer that even helps us at that gym it even has tanning beds.Truly love this place oh and did I forget to mention they care about your goal.

Good atmosphere and everyone is friendly. Also a good range of equipment. It’s my favorite gym. Overall one of the best gyms Ive been to for a good price.

Being a member here since December 2018, Ive loved coming here, love the positive atmosphere, and the trainers and fitness advisors are amazing and work with you to reach your fitness goals. I %100 reccomend this place if youre looking to reach your goals!

This is a decent place to work out and the prices are reasonable, but if you ever decide to cancel your membership, get ready for a headache. You will need to call the financial office which will then require you to send a certified letter to their office and they will cancel your membership 30 days after receipt. You may not think youre signing a contract when you join, but you really are...never again.

This gym/company. Is awful my husband and i got told there was no contact. Pay as you go. Low and behold they signed us up for a like 3 yr contract which i didnt even know was a thing. The gym is small, crowded, hot. The bathroom is ALWAYS DIRTY iv had my membership for a good yr now and they have yet to fix the toilet paper holder in the big stall so there is always toilet paper on the floor. Some of the younger employees are extremely rude. And dont get me started if you forget your key card one day .

Been at this gym for year and some and it’d be more stars but I just hate the hours. I wish it was 24hrs every day or atleast to 12/1 am. Think it’s time to look for a gym that will fit my life style better.
