Great car wash. People need to realize it’s an automatic car wash if you come with a baked on dirty car it’s not gonna be as good as a had wash. I get the unlimited washes. I go pretty much for touch ups between my hand washes or after a long day of driving through dirt roads and construction. The staff are nice. Vacuum are free. Your not rushed in and out. If your car still has some dirt tell them they’ll let you go through again.

Used to love this place... until I got a new vehicle. It took more than 9 months before they stopped charging my card (canceled the card). I got so frustrated with dozens of promises to fix and refund me, that I no longer go there. After 9 months, I got my refund by blocking the wash and refused to leave. Amazing that they cant fix my problem for 9 months and then when my problem becomes there problem, it gets fixed in under 10 minutes. The service has gone down hill the last 6 months. (Broken equipment)

Normally a good place to wash you car. Not on December 8th. The two boys present were too busy with their pizza order and playing slap and tickle behind the wash to take care of business. They started me through but left abruptly to get their pizza order. I, and others I saw, had to go through twice because the equipment was turned off. Also there would be four cars deep waiting for an “attendant”. Today wasn’t their best day.

Great place to get your car wash & such - one star off because the ad says $5.00 but when you come to the main drive thru - it is $6.00! The ad is bold ass lie!

So I decided to try this drivev thru car wash near my home. The wash facility did a poor job of cleaning my car. I had a little bit of bird mess on the hood of my car - it didnt get cleaned. The rims on my car still had road dust on them as if the rims never got wet. The brushes hit my side view mirrors so hard that they turned 180 degrees. One good thing is that their car air dryer does a good job. Its set up with two stages. I gave this place a 1 star rating because of the poor cleaning quality of the facility. Very disappointed.

Right side of my car didn’t even get washed, due to some of the wash the spinners weren’t even spinning.

Bought the $17 wash and pulled around to wait for the Assistant as the sign said and nobody came. The attendant clearly knew I was there and just ignored us. Unbelievably poor service and they clearly didn’t care.

Im one of those automatic monthly payment customers and their is a lot of moments they close early for no reason. I might change my mind and go somewhere else...

Car was damage in the carwash in one of the Kevin Morris (owner) locations Wash and Go on McCart Ave. Horrible customer service, and car has not been fixed. Its been 2 months. Kevin is avoiding me. I will never visit or do business with any of his associated locations again. Be aware!!

Took my WIFES Truck THROUGH HERE, PAID FOR THE HIGHEST SINGLE WASH, AND STILL HAD TO WASH DIRT OFF THE LARGE, FLAT SURFACES, WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEANED TROUGH THIS CARWASH

I was slightly disappointed because parts of my car were still dirty. I was charged 19$ for membership but after the wash I didnt think it was worth anymore.

This place damaged my car today 5-19-2019 and when I went to the manager he told me my car went through the car wash the way it came out which is not true I have photos and they have video footage of my car being damaged in their car wash and the general manager also went around telling people and also the staff that I was lying and my car went through the car wash this way and he also refused to let me see or even give a copy of their policy I will not be back and I do not recommend very unprofessional
