Boy Howdy, my truck is so much cleaner. Best roll through car wash I have been in lately. First time, but not my last. Friendly greeting all around good customer service. Only thing to make it better would be free burger and shake. Ha!

Cancelled my 2 car membership immediately after having bit of my door window frame pulled up an it completely wasnt loose yesterday cause I clean my car daily an I noticed it instantly from the gap it leaves now... take your own chances with this place....AFTER THEM REPLYING AN ME CALLING ITS BEEN OVER 3 DAYS NO RESPONSE BACK SO SEEMS LIKE ONLY REPLIED TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE THEY WOULD TRY AN HELP SO STILL DONT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH UR BUSINESS OR TAKE THE CHANCE OF GOING OUT OF POCKET TO FIX A PROBLEM THEY RESPONSIBLE FOR.. SO IF U HAVE A NICE CAR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SURE OR HAVE IT DETAILED

I have been coming to this car wash for years and it’s really gone down hill. The prices have went up, they got rid of their cute lighting bolt air freshener, and the dashboard wipe was dry. The most expensive wash didn’t even clean my window. Definitely not coming here again..

Good wash, friendly staff, the equipment is well kept and property is well managed. At first I was nervous to go through the tunnel but the workers assured me I was okay and guided me through, it was easy and quick. Thank you, my car is clean, and I will definitely be coming back soon.

Please be careful with your roof molding(those little black strips) the water pressure here doesnt play. They mean clean. When youre looking for a good scrub and rinse they got you set. AND the vacuums are strong, point at the debris and its gone. Again watch. Your. Molding. Almost lost one. Not their fault.

Very quick, and the vacuums do not cost extra. I have been here many times and if my vehicle wasnt cleaned up to par, they have always sent my cars back through. Always pleasant.

I recently started using this car wash, I’d say about 4 months now and never had an issue with them until Nov/5/2020 I came out the car wash with my bumper halfway dragging on the floor mind you my car was in perfect condition before this. Since the guy working at the time (didnt catch his name) was so helpful, generous and even made me sign paperwork regarding the accident that had occur I figured I was going to be helped since he also said I should be getting a call from the manager “Mark” within 5 days which btw I’ve never received a call from. I’ve had to call this place numerous times and every time I call it sends me to voicemail, I’ve left a voicemail with my name, number and a brief explanation of what happened and yet I haven’t received a call back (I understand they may be busy but do they even check their voicemails? Or answer the phone because from the look of other reviews it doesn’t seem like it)I will now have to pay out of pocket to get this fixed because I need to use my vehicle which is a drag because I know my car was perfectly fine before this and they have the footage to prove it.I will also no longer be coming to this car wash and will let everyone know about their negligence towards this matter.I attached pictures I took at the car wash the day of the accident.To anyone reading this review please be careful coming here, from my experience their customer service is good but when it comes to matters like this they could care less to help you. That 6 dollar car wash was really not worth it if I now have to pay $300-$700 or more to fix this.

Decent car wash, not fond of the fact that it doesnt really clean the rear of my car and the person with the scrubber to help usually misses the rear plate area. Most car washes do miss this area.

Great vaccuum pressure and they have air compressors to blow dust out. Plus they give you a free air freshener and towel! The monthly pass is a great deal, i got both my cars on for 30 bucks a month.

Fast and friendly service. Their vacuums are pretty amazing. I also like the air hose at the vacuums to get rid of any excess water.

I have a membership its quick epically for a busy parent with youngens and the vacuums are always strong. Most other places Ive been to before vacuums suck.

Make sure with all this rain you don’t drive through any muddy puddles that May hit your step boards. Shannon will tell you to leave. Was a willing paying customer with a truck that wasn’t even that muddy and was turned down.

After the big snow storm, everyone had dirty vehicles. At 10a, it was a long line. Was able to get in and out quickly and my car looks great. Always good and quick service.

Seems to do automatic good and thorough job cleaning and waxing with full contact brush, spray and blow system.Nice free and strong vacuum self service with plenty of slots..Also many options for contracted monthly go as often as you like fee for vehicle, and add additional family vehicles for $10 each, also unlimited.However, Ive seen pieces of several vehicles laying there that were ripped off during travel through the wash channel.

Average partially automated carwash. Did well on the tires and sides, not well on the front or rear. Vacuum stations work well, though.

Staff is very friendly! Been going to this car wash for 2 years now. The new wax they have is amazing! The passes they have are very reasonably priced, and you can get unlimited number of washes! Just be sure to watch for any lose exterior parts because they are not responsible for minor cosmetic damages (like most washes)

Paid 10 dollars to get a wash. when exiting noticed the car wasnt clean. manager refused to rewash car. i asked for my money back he sad no, call the cops. rude. dont waste your time or money at this location

Love quick and clean. Theyre going above and beyond with social distancing guidelines and are always well maintained. Their staff is friendly shout out to Ray who has helped me a couple of times. The price is right and very convenient.

Im a member. I pay $18 a month for unlimited washes. Free vacuums. What more can I say.

Take a moment to look at the reviews. They only respond if you give them a good rating. Does anyone know the owner? The “manager” Mark refused to tell me who it was. If I need to update my account, there’s a nice way to say. I pulled up to the second lane all the way to the bar, not expecting a problem since we were just charged our fee on 6/12. Mark started YELLING at me that “I need to listen” because the machine told me my account expired. I told him that he didn’t need to yell at me, and I came around to the front lane to ask if I could talk to someone else. There’s a nice way he could have said everything he needed to say to me. He told me to leave, and wouldn’t wash the car, update the info, or tell me who else I could talk to.

We got a flat tire on Boat Club Rd, and this was the first place we saw to turn into. We ended up in their drive though lane on accident, and felt so bad we were blocking business. Shannon came out and asked how she could help. She was so helpful and never made us feel that we were burdening her. She managed the drive though lane very well and kept the business running. Thank you Shannon for being such a great manager!

Nice staff but they didnt really scrub to get bugs off even though I got the really good wash. Very disappointed. (Did say no one scrubbed! Said they barely scrubbed it.)

They are pretty good. Dont always get everything clean.

Matt took such good care of me!!! I had a ton of bugs on my car. He not only took the time to make sure it was double scrubbed before going in he told me to come back around to back sure it was done right. He sent me through again to make sure I left with a super clean car!! Thank you!!!

Not very pleased with the car wash. I paid for the best wash but my car really needed to go back through. The one on Hwy 199 does a much better job.

Paid $8 to wash our car that has been in the garage for 2 months. After the wash we lightly vacuumed because it was not super dirty. But while looking at the car it was still not clean. Didnt have time to contact with the staff on duty. When I got home I hand washed the car.

Bought the plan and added two additional cars. My F350 with full size bed, No lift or extra large tires fits just fine. My truck has never been cleaner.Definitely would recommend the plan. it pays for it self after a few washes per month.

Been using this car wash since they opened I go throu there least once a week I have a pick up had a 10lb weight and 2 metal bars (heavy) in the back the guy asked me to remove with a attitude and if I dont he gonna cancel my services. So I go clean the weights and the bars and the guy still had a attitude I just simply ask him y today is a problem he says Im gonna cancel ur membership. Then go head. Place needs to find a better employee that guy was rude and it wasnt his first time. Needless to say there better car washes around!!

Theyre alright, just a normal carwash. Gave 4 stars cause whenever i am there the trash cans are always full in their weird circle shaped trash can.

Really recommend this place! The car wash Ive found does a better job of actually getting my car clean and Ive tried multiple ones around me. I bought the monthly membership form both my wife and my car and its so convenient that if Im praying by while running an errand I can just stop and keep my car clean well worth the money.

Everyone is nice and its nice that they give you cleaning cloth but I always have to wipe down my entire car because it doesnt even knock the basic dirt off. And why do they think blasting Christian music at a thousand decibels is any less offensive than any other music at a thousand decibels? It was like listening to the same song over and over and over again at top volume. Maybe their point is to get people out of the vacuum area quickly? Turn it down.

Absolutely love this place. Really enjoying the new monthly paid plans. We show up and get our air freshener and the car wash smells really good. Love how it cleans out car.And the vacuumed cleaners are really powerful.

Update.... Had another interaction with the mgmnt and he was very friendly and nice!!!!Previous review below...So most of the staff at this location are amazing and very friendly!! I enjoy seeing there smiling faces!!!! However, the manager is not so great! He is a Hispanic gentleman and the only time he has been nice is when the owner is beside him!!! I have actual canceled my membership twice because of this manager but I have gone back and reactivated due to the rest of the staff!!! So good job to 99 percent of you and it is time for new management!!

It was alright the wash didnt totally clean my car but did take less than 10 minutes.

I have had my truck washed there almost 3x a week and on the monthly plan. I went in today and was told that they wont be doing trucks like mine anymore....Really??? I have a lifted truck with wide tires, but theyve measured them and passed. Thanks for no heads up on your sudden change, and Ill be contacting my bank for a very quick refund and stoppage of payment! I will NEVER BE BACK!

So much more than a car wash! The staff is GREAT! Grounds are always clean and everything is always in great working condition. I feel Mark and his team go ABOVE AND BEYOND! I am on the unlimited wash plan with my husband for a great price! I pull in it reads my barcode and I am in no issues! car comes out clean even the back end cuz they have a person there with a brush to scrub the front and back end. I really enjoy it! Vacuum have great suction cleans the inside of the car quick. And I so enjoy the music they play it is calming and enjoying. I have been to place where cars have their own music blaring and the language on some of those songs I hated it. This place don’t allow that and like I said the music they play you can sing to and enjoy.

I went through this car wash on boat club road 04/25/2020 and me and another vehicle’s bumper was ripped off from the automatic machine! I was told i would get a call back from the general manager! And i still have not received any information, i now have to come out of pocket to pay my insurance deductible for the auto body work on my vehicle !Update: I received a call from the general manager mark who was rude! He straight out said he’s denying the claim because out of 5000 cars two cars got damaged so something must have already been wrong with the cars. Keep in mind this happened back to back to my vehicle and another. I will never go back here and i will be speaking to an attorney.

The best part was after the wash!I pulled in a spot where the free vacuums are and when I got out I heard. Christian music playing from the speakers on the wall. I have been a monthly subscriber for months. I went through payment bay 2 and did not get air freshener or drying cloth. When I pulled in yo actual car wash I asked if I could have one. I was told I can only get them at bay 1 and would have to go through car Wash and get back in line to get them. I said that makes no sense as they are right there behind the guy. He said fine, he will cancel my membership and did so immediately before I could even say a word.I appreciated the reply from management and felt the issue was resolved.I went back a week later and got my truck cleaned, no issues, great service as usual.I go again a few days later and told my account has been cancelled and can not re-new.

This is an excellent car wash! It is super clean and well maintained, and the uniformed staff are friendly and helpful. The wash is well-designed and does a great job washing and drying, and really quickly too., The vacuum area is spotless, with extremely powerful central vacs, one hose and nozzle on each side of the car, and little air jets for detail drying. They also give you a a high quality, lintless, paper towel to dry the few left over drops, and a sachet to make your car smell fresh. The prices are very fair for all you get. (You can use the great vacuums for free if you want, although you might as well get a wash since the price is so fair.) I stop here whenever I am in Lake Worth it is such a fine business. Although it is a different kind of car wash, it is comparable in quality to Red Carpet in Fort Worth, although less expensive. (To give you an idea of their great customer service: One time there was a slight malfunction with the machines in the wash. After sincerely apologizing, they gave me the most expensive wash for free and had me go through again.) They play Christian music and appear to operate under Christian principles of service, respect, and generosity.

These guys are the greatest. I asked for help with my antenna, and three guys came out to help. One of them was the manager. He helped me decide which wash to clean off all the tree sap. He even said if it didn’t clean it the all one time around, I could go through the second time for free. I definitely will be back. My truck came out sparkling ✨ clean.

I appreciate so much the courtesy and the good job thats done every time I go through this car wash. The guys are just wonderful and the machines do a great job including the vacuums all of it, its in a A-1 place to go.

Tried to clean too fast, not that well. They did not vacuum the back part and did not remove all the stains outside. I understand that they are not that visible when wet, but some of them were really easy too see.

Worst job done. Horrible equipment. Never rinsed it all off and was still dirty. Paid for the best wash available and left my truck dirty and didnt clean the wheels very well at all. I ended up going g to finish the job myself down the road. Never going again. 1st and last time. Yall are ripping people off.
