I was gifted a wash & wax from my friends for my birthday today and they sent me here. Had just gotten bumper damage from a hit & run last week so I was a bit embarrassed to get my car done, but everyone in the shop was very friendly, laid back, and assured me it was fine. I didn’t expect them to fix my bumper but they generously popped it out for me and finished the service—it looks great! My car is old with lots of scuff, rust, and paint damage but despite all that she just sparkles now! Couldn’t be more grateful for all their help, thank you so much for the wonderful service!! Will definitely recommend to others. Y’all made this an awesome birthday. 🖤

I have very high standards and havent found a single car wash or detail shop I was really happy with.I just recently returned from a LONG road trip (over 4k miles) I desperately wanted my truck clean but my schedule wouldnt allow it, so I gave these guys a shot.I was beyond impressed!! I will only call these guys going forward, and they made it so easy I will probably be using them more often.

The amount they charged ($300)is not worth the service they provided. I found hair still on the carpet, windows was still dirty, trunk was not vacuumed, ceiling was still dirty. I do not recommend this business.

Great customer service, attentive and willing to make an effort to make you a happy customer. Isaias did an awesome job on washing and detailing my 2004 Toyota Corolla. He handled my Baby with care. This place is great! They got my car so clean I didn’t even recognize it! I had so many stains and they got them out no problem! They were all very nice and we loved my new car look! A little pricey but worth it.

There are so many reasons we’re unsatisfied with our experience. Our detailer was 1 hour and 40 minutes late. We didn’t get the detailer we requested. No one called us until AFTER our scheduled appointment time to notify us they were going to be late. If I know I’m going to be late for an appointment, I call ahead of time, not after the fact. When Cindy in the office did call to notify me of the detailer running late I didn’t receive much of an apology which was even more upsetting. What happened to customer service? A sincere apology can go a long way and in my opinion that was a perfect opportunity for her to try and make the situation right. When Antonio did finally arrive he did not notify us, he just began washing the truck (WHO DOES THIS?! Especially when you’re almost 2 hours late you should definitely let your arrival be known, right?!). Completely unacceptable in my opinion. At the end of the detail, Antonio was putting all of his equipment away and preparing to leave until I pointed out areas that were completely missed on the interior of the truck. And the rims that didn’t get cleaned, how does that even happen with a professional detailer?I’m attaching photos that speak for themselves. This is not what I expect after paying $300 for a professional detail job. We will not be recommending this company, terribly disappointed in the customer service and the quality of work.

Such precision to detail. When our truck was dropped off, it was dirty and smelly. Later that same day, when it came out, it was looking like a new truck and so shiny, plus smelled great too!! They were also able to get out the outside door scratches from the dog too. THANK YOU!!

Price is up there but worth every dime for the work. they dont play games and are serious about taking care of your ride. they enjoy it so thats why they are good at what they do.

These guy did a amazing job my car never look better

I used the mobile service they came to my house and did my car, they did great on the inside my car was not that dirty but they did not clean the inside of the windows, you can tell cause you can see where they sprayed the windows cleaning the dash. I used them for the reason I really needed my windows cleaned because I cant do it. I know I was to remove everything but I left my window shade in the car and its gone. They forgot to pull down the back seat cup holder and clean that. I will not use them again.

My Detail Guys really came with the detailing today. I will definitely be making them my permanent detailed I the DFW area. I came in with a large stain on my passenger seat and a group of stains on my back seat. My Detail Guys were able to get them out and made the interior look brand new! They did an awesome job. Very satisfied with the results.

We were selling our camper on October 30th. The buyer was driving from Georgia to pick it up. We hired this company because of their reviews.We scheduled it with Cindy for 9am. They started calling the day of at 6:30am. We do not wake up that early. When i woke up i had several missed calls. I was able to reach the first detailer and confirm the appointment. Apparently they were concerned we would cancel the full interior cleaning and exterior wash because of rain.Why not address that on the initial call if its a common issue?So we said it was on and the detailer didnt show up until 11am. This is on a tuesday and the Camper was located an hour away from where we live. VERY inconvenient start to this. I was unable to return to inspect the work for the day. Also the detailer didnt contact me to let me know when he had finished. I had asked if he could address some scuffing on the gel coat of the body of the camper and buff it out. I said i was willing to pay extra for that. That was not done. Infact it was a very poor job.When I called Cindy to discuss it she repeatedly told me that I had ordered an exterior wash, not a buff/wax. Which i told her i was aware of because the entire thing did not need that. It was in fantastic condition. She pretty much made it out to be my fault that the detailer was late because I didnt read their minds and know that rain was a cancellation issue and that I didnt wake up early enough to address their 6:30am calls. She was very combative and not very apologetic.Nevertheless I requested someone come and finish that many untouched places on the camper. She said she would send the same person but that he was not available until Saturday the 31st. Not only did i have to drive to Louisiana that day, the buyer was coming the day prior, so that was not possible. This was a $47,000 sale and i didnt want to lose it over cleaning. Plus i didnt want the same person, he had already shown clearly that he didnt have DETAIL in his skill set.I have had SO many details done and it is basically return to new condition work. That is why we pay so much. This was not even a basic house keeping.She said no one was available until Saturday so i demanded a 50% refund, and she balked at me and said I was unreasonable. Really? I was going to have to hire another company to do the entire detail again and there wasnt enough work done to get them to do it for less! Even the exterior still had water spots and had not been cleaned well. I was prepared to contact my CC company and cancel the transaction.So she said another person was available the following day but he only does interior work. Great! I just wanted it done. Unfortunately this meant another 2hr drive for me the next day and then another 2hr drive to return to check on the finished product. Apparently our time is unimportant to this company.Next guy shows up and he has a very good attitude. Very understanding and very positive. He redoes all the work of the previous guy and even buffs out the scuffs on the exterior. Really great guy and I think he really meant well. Unfortunately he missed the same drawer the previous guy missed. He broke the shelf in the freezer in half (these are actually really hard to get because they come from Canada and the company will only ship them to dealers with new units, etc) But worst of all. He left TWO OF THE BURNERS ON FULL BLAST and when i returned the camper was FULL of propane.I mean HOLY COW! If anything had caused ANY kind of a spark, the entire camper would have burned to the ground. This is just absolutely UNACCEPTABLE behavior. I had just filled the propane tanks ($40) and now they are empty. Everything is closed and the buyer is coming early in the morning. The camper REEKS like propane and i still had to finish the damn job i had paid so much money and time for. Just imagine if this thing caught fire. I lose the camper. I lose the sale. Possibly other things would have been damaged. Maybe someone would have been hurt. What if i was a smoker and walked in with a cigarette in my hand?

These guys are GREAT! Took my poorly taken care of work truck that I inherited and they made it like new. Only reason for 4 stars was they forgot to clean out inside the console. Great guys and will use them each year and on my personal cars.

These did my Atlas CS (exterior) and Q3 (interior) definitely recommend for both.. I even bring my own Ceremic sealant (TLC2 and Amp) and they were able to accommodate it..

They cleaned fairly well, not all stains were removed that I went over after myself and cleaned. They cleaned my mats and put them to dry on the windshields which made them very dirty and had to clean the windows after them. Overall, decent cleaning but expensive for what I had to after.

I had the interior of my boyfriend Tims car done this weekend. I was very happy with the service from booking the appointment with Cindy to getting the detail done. My boyfriend was very happy with the results! Everything was top notch! I would definitely recommend their services.

The lady over the phone was very rude when I called to tell her nobody showed up for the appointment. She said they called and left a voicemail when they arrived. I had one missed call around out scheduled time but it wasnt from this customer. She said I was calling her a liar and she grew very argumentative. As if they never make mistakes. She didnt even apologize and ask me if I want to reschedule. I paid a 100 deposit so basically she just took my money and didnt ask how we can resolve the problem. Very unprofessional company. I have a fleet of 10 trucks so its their loss not mine.

I had my car cleaned before I had a baby. I had an oil stain in my back seats. They got the oil out and my car still looks brand new! I was totally impressed and I didn’t have to spend an arm and leg to get it done. Thank you so much!

My Detail Guys did a great job on cleaning my Toyota RAV4s interior. I had staining on all seats and my extended warranty covered the cleaning. They even cleaned areas not on the claim such as the floor mats and carpet. Appointment was handles to the letter and car was ready when promised. Perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism. All service businesses could learn a lesson from them. Much appreciated!

Ez and Tony just left my husband and My place cleaning our Dodge Ram Dually for us. We are really happy with the work you two did for us and will be having you all back out to service our Ford truck. The Dodge looks brand spanking new, they took out all of my sweat stains from work, got all of the dog hair out, took off the tint front the front window (looks like it was never there). They got to us in a jiffy and got the truck cleaned inside out out in about two hours. They even cleaned under the hood to get that cleaned out too. Thank you again for your help on the truck, it’s beautiful cause of you all.

After giving them my car to do a full detail service inside and out and giving them quite a bit of money to do so, I received my car back to find my GPS/Phone mount has been broken. I informed the guys working there that they broke my mount and I only asked for them to pay for it but they kept denying that they broke it and that it was already broken when they started working on the interior of my car. This was simply not the case but they kept arguing that they did not break it. After speaking with who I am assuming was the manager or owner, he agreed to give me a complimentary detail next time I came in. I understand that he did not have to do any thing but its still the point. I do not want to even go back to the wash in fear of them breaking something else now out of spite.

My car looks wonderful now. After a crazy New Years Eve out, my car was destroyed. Now, it looks better than when I got it. I didnt have take off work and they worked around my schedule. The guys were funny and professional. I will definitely use again! Thank you so much!

We were so amazed at the quality of their work! They are truly masters of their craft. We purchased a used truck for our son’s first vehicle & they made it look like a showroom truck. They were able to clean the stains on the seats & floor mats, which was above and beyond my expectations! My only regret is that I can only give them 5 stars; I would give them 100 stars!!!

I only gave them 3 stars, heres why. Had the RV washed and waxed. I paid for the full exterior detail which on the site states this: Wash & Rinse the entire RV, including the roof, awnings & slide outs. I also asked while setting up the appointment if the roof was washed, I was told yes. The whole reason I paid for the service was because Im a bigger guy and am not comfortable getting on the RV because I dont want to break anything. A couple days after the service I looked at the roof and it hadnt been touched. I called the next day and was told they dont clean the roof, they only rinse it off... It rains every other day, it gets rinsed off often.. For $300+ I really expected the roof to be cleaned. The sides, windows, tires and everything else look great. They did do a good job cleaning and waxing the surfaces. I understand if you dont want to do roofs, they are sensitive. Make it clear on your site and when you schedule a cleaning though. Just know, if your using the service to get your roof cleaned, do it yourself or find somebody else.

I was looking for a place to have my car professionally detailed, because I am tired of the mom-and-pop detail places not doing a thorough enough job. After reading reviews and services offered, I chose My Detail Guys. The detail work is not at all worth the money I paid. I selected the deluxe detail package based on the services outlined on their website. The detail job was crappy, and although the lead guy was professional, all the services outlined in the package details were NOT completed on my car. There were still dirt and spots on the inside, my leather seats still had a residue on them after they were conditioned, and the inside of my car smelled liked it was cleaned with a dirty rag. The vents remained dusty (although the service package stated the team uses q-tips to remove all dust) and the windows still had residue from the dirty towel on them. I could go on and on, but let me just say...At least at the mom-and-pop detail place, you get what you pay for. With My Details Guys, I DID NOT get what I paid for. Oh and to top it off, I got all the way home and realized my floor mat covers were not put back in my car. When I tried to call the number listed on their website (which by the way is the head office, apparently I went to a satellite office and that lady was rude). The staff and website appear to be professional, but as I know looks are very deceiving.

Wow these guys did an amazing job on my car. I had just returned from a week long camping trip with a teenager and my car interior was a total mess...food, dirt, spills, etc. I did the interior detail package at the Lancaster shop and my car looks brand new inside. They did a walk through with me before finishing up to make sure everything looked okay. They even take appointments as early as 7 am, which was more convenient for me. Will definitely use them again for a yearly detail!

Odds are, if you are reading this review, it is because you care about your car, and when you dont have time to wash and wax it yourself, you want it taken care of by a team that also cares. These guys are not that team. Its quantity and $ over quality, and they seem to be getting even more complacent and caring less.Today they were late, they didnt finish the job, and they charged me $20 more for the same job as just a few months ago.They have me in their computer, they know Im a regular, so blindsiding me with an extra $20 is pretty disrespectful, specially considering that the last team that came to me told me regulars will be getting the old price.They should also use that computer to make and give their guys a basic checklist for each of the services, and the customer should receive a copy of that completed checklist so they know what they paid for. They didnt even touch my wheels, and the inside windows were covered in spotted gunk like they sprayed it and forgot about it.Perhaps its my fault, because I didnt meticulously go over the whole car before paying, but for the price, that duty should fall on them. In the end, I suppose I should have been less trusting. Fool me once, shame on you. I wont be fooled again.It should be noted that the previous employee, Sebastian, that used to take care of my car on Saturdays every couple of months always did a fantastic job, and always walked me through everything that him and his partner did.

Today, Deandre and his assistant on truck three cleaned the front of my RV. The brown fiberglass was heavily oxidized. The oxidation was removed and the entire fiberglass cap was cleaned, polished, and waxed. Caution was taken with the rubber decals. It looks great. Thanks for a job well done. I look forward to service when needed in the future.

Check it. I had my appointment set for Monday and I had to reschedule that bad boy and Cindy (the one who answered my call) was more than helpful with helping me do this. She was super quick in doing so and had an extra clear voice. I will definitely do an updated review after my car gets done to see how these guys get out overspray paint from my house off of my black paint.***update they managed to get all the over spray off my vehicle and made it look good with a high gloss showroom shine. Although it was rainy as heck. The owner told me to take it by for another hand wash n hand wax. 5/5 for customer service. They seem to really take pride in they work!

Got referred to this company through a co-worker, they came to our office and had all the equipment and did a really nice job on my Lexus. Ive owned this car for 5 years and outside a simple car wash every hear and again have never had it detailed. Needless to say its like a new car today. Took about 1 hour 45 minutes total for them to complete it (it was really dirty), but am very impressed with their work, service and communication... 5 stars from me!

Raymond did an awesome job waxing our boat and making it look brand new again. He came to my husbands job and we didn’t have to do anything. I would definitely recommend them and we are going to schedule to have my car detailed soon also

Great clean! I spilled soup in my car and they were able to steam clean the interior. Made my gti look brand new again. I might get the touch up next time!Price was around $125. But it might be different depending on what you get. Mine was kinda a deep clean.

SCAM ARTIST! Tell you one price, then up it when they arrive! I told them my daughter threw up in the back seat... She said it would be $25 extra for the enzyme for it. I agreed. They showed up & said now they will have to deep clean it & it will cost a lot more. More than the $185 they were charging already. When I talked to the lady about it, she yelled at me & said theyll do the extra work & have to take it out of THEIR pay! I confirmed they would clean up the vomit. She said yes. She then told the cleaning guy NOT to deep clean the vomit up. The guy said she told him not to clean it. They are liars & scammers! You WILL end up paying much more than the quote! DONT USE THEM!!!

I recently relocated to Fort Worth from Southern California. I had my car (13 Focus ST) shipped via an open car haul trailer. Needless to say it was a hot mess when it arrived here and needed some TLC. I happened upon My Detail Guys thru an internet search. All their reviews were solid and the pictures posted of the cars they did reflected the same. After having my car done I completely agree and would recommend them to anyone! Professional and courteous with an exceptional attention to detail. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

You know its going to stink when you have spilled milk cooking in our TX heat!! Gross🤢🤢🤢They did a great job in cleaning and polishing the inside and outside. It still smelled a bit gamey but it went away after a few days!! Thanks for saving our nose!!!
