Long post.Pros:1. The Red Carpet Car Wash has been around for decades I heard.2. They let me know ahead of time there would be a long wait.3. The car looked good when finished.Cons:1. A price difference from a phone conversation vs. being there which was 50-60 more.(They did remove the extra cost but it was a battle).2. I waited 6.5 hours to get the services needed. A little frustrating.3. Someone in the process of cleaning, broke the passenger side mirror on the visor. I didnt know til a day later.Summary:Price differenceBroken mirrorSuper long wait.This is why Im giving them a 3.

Super nice service got here right before 6 and they didn’t huff and puff, were very courteous and paid attention to detail. Unfortunately i couldn’t do the $50 service because that takes them an hour, but it looked like i did after the $25 service. They had 5 sets of hands at one point in the process.I was looking for a place that didn’t use the brushes because they scratch and get stuck at times in the crevices of my car and i hates them for a car that would cost an arm and a l leg to fix paint. This is the place to take your well cared cars to.Don’t forget to tip! Tips are shared so just put them in the box outside.

A long time established landmark in West Fort Worth, this is the place to take your vehicle. Awesome staff will transform your dusty tin to pristine goodliness, and you can purchase a purse and a greeting card while you wait. If hungry, walk next door and eat at the Italian place. I love Jenni at the front desk.

It was worth the money and the services what I have received was completely satisfied. When I dropped in my car for interior cleaning service and when I received it was looking a completely brand new.

Everyone very helpful and sweet. They have a long walk to the front with a ramp for kids to get up to see the car go through the conveyor.They have also have free coffee (espresso, cappuccino, hot chocoloate) from a machine.They thoroughly cleaned my van, Im very satisfied with their service.

I remember on weekend my mother would have me go to red carpet car wash to wash and polish her Red Cadillac convertible DeVille plus fill up the gasoline tank.that was in the Early 70s do you know I still go, not as much as I would like to,I believe the same owner and I know Great service that has not changed since the first time I started going to Red carpet car wash.if you havent been you really should stop by and I am sure you want be sorry you did.

Have been a consistent user of this place over the last 5 years. The service has always been top notch. However the price has been steadily going up this year. They removed the basic exterior wash and bumped up the regular wash from $11.99 to $16.00. Getting a bit pricey for the value at this point.

2 hours before they close. There wasnt much car maybe 3 ahead of me that are being worked on. I asked for the super clean and he said come back at 8 tomorrow because they wont take anymore. I do have an older car but lol they discriminate

I come to this location for the brushless was process. My first visit was amazing, my vehicle was clean and there was a extreme attention to detail. This was on a Saturday at 8am. But the last two visits have been after 2pm on Saturday. Terrible quality. I have a black vehicle and you can see the lack of detail and see areas that were not dried. I usually have to go over my car again with detail spray or rewash.

I have been coming here for just over 20 years. The employees have always been courteous and some are quite comical. They rarely miss anything. But, when they have they always make it right.

Not worth it. First time I gave this place a shot and it was disappointing to say the least. Have yet to find my go-to place in town, but this place definitely isnt it. Took way too long for there to be spots all over the car that couldve been taken care of if they didnt speed through trying to get to the next car. If you want to have to spend some extra time cleaning spots yourself on an incomplete job, by all means. Even got the ultra wash package which you would think would equate to them spending a little more time to try and do a good job. Go get a cheap carwash if you want the same level of service.

This place does a fine job and everybody in town appears to know that, because there is no quick in and out here. It is a long-term commitment. They do a good job and it takes time. Just be prepared to be there a while.

Got an oil change, a heads up on an important repair need, and a thorough car wash while enjoying a complimentary hot beverage in a lovely outdoor seating area in under 40 minutes at a convenient location AND the emergency $20 we keep was still in its hiding spot. Feels like $40 plus $5 tip well spent.

Good job good price but takes 4 hrs to do a detail

Used to be such great car wash always did such great job but last two times the interior was barely wiped down dust still evident and today when I got then to re clean a window the outside supervisor practically yelled at the guy redoing window that just get the cars out of the way to hurry and shoddily do more cars very disappointing and its not cheap 26 $ you would like to think the interior would at least not still have couple pieces of trash left on floor and be somewhat dust free

The towels they use leave little red fibers all over your vehicle including the inside of your windows. They don’t pay attention to detail. Too pricey for the job they do.

I called to get a quote on a detail. They tell me a price and then wont honor it after I drove from Burleson within 40min to get the service done. Unacceptable

I got a full body wash and a full interior clean INCLUDING the trunk which I specifically said to clean . I open the trunk...dirty af .And they broke a piece off on my dashboard and didn’t say anything about it, just threw the piece in my glove compartment . What’s wrong with y’all ? Anyways other than that the clean was nice . Never coming here again tho.

My car has water streaks and water marks over it after paying for the Super Works car wash with the interior wipe down which comes out to $26 and $30 total if you include the tip. Tried to communicate this to the works but there was language barrier so that was no luck. Will never use this place again.

Ive been coming here for years. Its the only place in town I trust to wash my 2016 Corvette Stingray. Sometimes I opt for the hand wash ($35), yet other times Ill go for the automatic touchless wash plus the wheel add on (maybe $12). Ive watched their work on many occasions. Details matter to them! Here today for a handwash after all the rain 😎Edit: Stopped by 5 mins until close (I didn’t realize) but they still took care of my filthy car. Also I found out they have a new fancy coffee machine. It was too late for caffeine but I’ll be back!

I see people get in your car at the car wash and no mask there is no way I will take my car there for them to get in it clean it and dont have a mask on I have seen it and I cannot do that they are good at what they do but when you do not have a mask on that stops me from coming

Very unprofessional. Talking about customers in Spanish when they shouldnt be. The wash was barely decent. It didnt even remove any of the dirt or paint splatter (which DOES come off with water, as I demonstrated to them)1/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

August 21, 2019 I left my SUV (GMC Acadia Denali) for a complete detail. I had driven it from Washington (state) to Fort Worth with my border collie. It was in desperate need to be thoroughly cleaned. Red Carpet Auto Detail did an OUTSTANDING job! When they were finished with it, it looked new. We also got an oil change and inspection and were assisted by Kevin. The service was exceptional. Our experience with Red Carpet was so good that if 6 starts were possible, thats how I would rate them. Will definitely be back.

Used to love this place. They’ve gone so far downhill. Just went for the first time in a while because I was disappointed with my last few visits. Not busy at all and yet the vacuum job was horrible I don’t think they even wiped down the inside of which I paid to much for, and they didn’t dry it very good. Save your money. You could get the same job just going 6 dollar car wash and save over $20

My first time going worst experience ever my right side on the back door had some kind of black Gunk on it Windows werent clean right inside detailed was with Lent of the towel that they used I paid $59 for that I had to take it somewhere else where they had to be clean the inside get all that bed length off and get that black Gunk off my car and I paid another $50 for all of that I dont ever go to Red Carpet ever again

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! My go-to place for a good car wash for a great price. the even hand dry it for you! They have a great big sign with the prices in big bold letters/numbers and the staff is well educated in what the rates are I had some questions on what a 10.99 wash included and was satisfied with the answers. If anyone has a terrible time here they probably still drive a 91 civic.

These guys did a great job. Car was very clean and fresh. They even got all the dog hair out of the carpet. I look forward to returning for future cleanings.

I’ve come here a few times and they do a decent job.The last time I was there, I asked for an interior and exterior car wash, and they told me that they didn’t feel like going through the trouble because they wanted to close early. This was at 3pm on a regular weekday. I was treated like they were doing me a favor by just speaking to me.

Excellent service from drive-up to drive-out. My car was very dirty, and after being through the wash once the guys wiped it down, then one came into the waiting room and asked if it was OK if they run it through another time (knowing they would have wipe it again in 30 degree weather). I really feel like its important to them that I leave with a clean car, not a clean-er car. Excellent service - 6/5 stars.

Pretty busy up on first opening, my wait time was about 45 minutes, not too bad for the amount of cars they had upon arrival. Got my vehicle inspected as well! Prices are very reasonable, Ill return

This is was worst experience I have ever had with a car wash. One that was over priced at that. You’re stuck in the car port before you figure out prices. $10.99 for a basic wash. Took over 40 minutes before anyone came up to my car. No instructions on what to do. They just kind of walked around. Two different people asked what car wash I wanted before giving me a “ticket”. Went inside paid. Watched my car get washed. NO ONE INFORMED ME IT WAS DONE. After 1 whole hour of it being finished I found my car parked behind the building. I literally asked 4 people if my car was done. First guy said if my keys are in some spot than it was done. He never checked for me. Second guy rude as hell said no. Third guy said he would check, never came back. Finally the forth guy said yeah it’s done. But he didn’t get my keys. Some other guy got them and was shady as hell.I hate this place. Wasted 3 hours of my life, on an over priced, disrespectful, rude employees car wash.Save your time and money avoid this place.Only decent person was cashier who was friendly but my interaction with her lasted 2 minutes.

Its often difficult to review a car shop. I know from experience that you read the the reviews and wonder how legit they are. I have a secret for you. Ask for Kevin. Hes the best manager, mechanic, and representive I have ever worked with. He shoots straight. Hes extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Trust in these guys I promise its a damn good idea.

Infinite stars. These are some really good, honest people.The oil change people explained several things to me ahead of time with no sales pressure. I also overheard an employee talking to a customer. When asked, what would you do, he gave a thoughtful answer that was a cost compromise and seemed to be the wisest solution for the customer.A small mistake was made on my wash (wheels didnt done). I noticed when I got home, drove back, and kindly presented my concern and my receipt. The counter person didnt even look at the receipt before walking outside and having the problem corrected.Everyone seems to enjoy working here, and the services reflect that.

They left some water on my window

They were happy to help, when they thought I wanted a wash or oil change. But all I needed was one seat shampooed, they wouldnt do it TODAY because I didnt want a wash with it because their car wash was too busy. But suggested I bring it back tomorrow, when it would be more important to them, because they wouldnt be as busy. If I would be spending more money, Id be more important.

Absolutely awesome. Today was my second time to come here for an oil change, after my first experience was so great. The first time I came in was around 8am on a Saturday in June. It took about an hour, but they were courteous, helpful, and did a fantastic job. $40 gets you a conventional oil change, vacuum and a wash through their automated tunnel. Once your car is out of the wash, multiple workers hand dry your car top to bottom, clean your windows inside and out, and wipe down your dash and console. Its wonderful! I went this afternoon, a Thursday, around 4:30 and left shortly after 5. Same friendly service, same happy customer. Highly recommend this place

This is a great touchless car wash place.My car was dirty wit lots of dead bugs from weekend trip. They did a great job of wiping it down after wash. My car was clean inside and out. 👍Awesome job!

This is my go to car wash. The car wash has ZERO brushes (brushless) in the wash which can scratch your paint and eventually grind it off. Havent you seen cars missing paint on the hood, roof or trunk? Its usually caused by using car washes that use large rotating brushes in the wash over and over. They always do an excellent job on all of my vehicles! They also have detailing services which I highly recommend if youre going to sell your vehicle. The managers special is the best value to wash your vehicle, get the inside cleaned and your tires shined. Employees are always friendly and helpful. The place is clean and so are the restrooms.

Its a great place but the customers should tip everyone instead of placing the tip in the box cause the employees doesnt see them at all like they come in.

As others have said, this place has really gone downhill lately. I paid $180 for a full detail, and they told me that price did NOT include a carwash—that’s an extra $11. I’ve never had to pay extra to get my car washed when paying for a full detail. That’s literally what a detail is and it’s on the the first line of inclusions on their website. After paying over $220 (they added another $30 bogus charge for “hourly labor rate” because apparently labor isn’t included in a detail either) I got my car back and it is one of the worst details I’ve ever received. Windows have streaks throughout, wax spots everywhere that hadn’t been wiped off, handprints all over the exterior, etc. To their credit, they wipes down some of the wax spots when I asked, but there were too many to keep pointing out and the place was closing. Watch out for this place. Shady charging practices and low quality work. Used to be better.

I Have a convertible top so its really hard to go through any automated car washes but they do an amazing job since its touchless. I drive 30 minutes just to come to Red Carpet.. they take really good care of you here. It looks like new when you leave. Great job!

Pretty hit or miss here. Ive been a handful of times, and the quality of wash can go either way. Obviously on the weekends, their volume is higher so they may miss things. Early week seems to be the best days to go. Now, if we could just go 5 days without rain....

I had my car washed ($10) and the interior wiped down (an extra $5). They did an awesome job for $15! My car was really dirty with dog hair all over and they cleaned it much better than I ever could!I got a state inspection done here at the same time. They were very busy but managed to get me in and out in around an hour (about what I expected mid-day) with friendly service.I will definitely be coming back here!

This is an excellent, service-oriented family business. Spotlesslessly clean, it is a car wash that makes your car the same way. If your car comes out and is not completely clean, they send it through again for no charge. My car recently was covered with tree sap from sitting under Pecan trees during the fall. They worked on it and sent it through twice until it was all off, all for the price of a basic wash, in addition to drying and wiping down the inside in a great way. Their lube shop also does a great, thorough job and you get a free car wash with an oil change. I always see a lot of expensive, high-end cars there, people who need to have their cars cared for carefully, so they bring them to Red Carpet.

I paid around thirty dollars for this wash that’s the managers special. I had already cleaned all dirt off my truck at a self serve car wash so the dirt wouldn’t scratch when ran through their wash. The ONLY thing I really needed done was to wipe down the dash, console, door panels, and clean the floor mats! None of that was done, and the carpet wasn’t vacuumed hardly at all either. They didn’t even remove mats to vacuum.About the only thing they did decent was the wheels and tires, but I expect the rest of the stuff I mentioned to be wiped down as well. Especially when I went over it all with the advisor I first talked to. Any other car wash I take my cars to does these things for around $25.00, very disappointed about my experience here.

Spent $38 on a car wash & after it was completed I had to go home and clean the car.Be very careful with this place they will try to add more to your bill and not even complete the services.

Cool spot, they act like they dont want to detail your car at the front, but it comes out so nice at the end. Many of the people there could use some versing in customer service. I assume they deal with a lot of ride customers because some of them are out rude unnecessarily, but hey, theyre consistent.

Sometimes they do a good job and sometimes they dont... You will need an hour or more for a basic wash at this place... always slow and dont seem to care!

Today my wife and I went to your Red Carpet on Camp Bowie in Ft Worth. A young man named Marcus helped us with an inspection and a wash. You should be very proud to have such an employee. He was courteous and very professional. I almost forgot a Dallas Cowboys coffee mug and he even went out of his way to find us and bring it to me. What a pleasure to find someone like this. Quick and efficient. Reasonably priced. Normally busy but the employees are numerous and efficient and getting you in and out and still have a vehicle that is properly clean. Bathroom area was very clean heres even a free drink service mostly coffee hot drinks and a place to sit as well.

Dont bring your car if its dirty. The touchless wash is not worth the price. They up charge everything. I prefer to ride to Plano, at least I would have been on my way back home by now.
