Tried here again and got the same results. Very poor wash and only 1/2 the services of what I pay for. Got the bundle for wash, interior wipe down, vacuum, undercarriage & frame, wheels, etc. Got a poor wash with streaks and water spots everywhere. Looks like it was sprayed off and thats it. Did do a good job on the Interior for what was included. Windows were not cleaned at all. Specifically Got the better wash to get the bed washed out and degreased and that did not happen. Asked before leaving and they sprayed out the bed and that was it. It was $100 extra for what I got instead of a basic wash and it feels It was just a basic wash with vacuum. Very unsatisfied.

Company sends me here for trailer washouts. Cost is $41.00 for a standard washout. Usually takes about 30 minutes or less. They do good work and for the prices they charge, they better.

Several of our drivers have actually caught them spraying Armor All over dirt. This is the poorest quality detail shop I have ever used.

Quick and easy for our conversion van. Didn’t know exactly what I was pulling up into because of the aesthetics and location. Just wish I could’ve gotten a quick dry on the van.

I spend here an hour and I wish never stopped here for my truck wash spend $84.00 for truck and trailer Ill stop by at the other truck wash to get it fixed. People avoid this place as much as you can. Here some pics how bad are they washing.

Truck wash is mediocre at best, truck was still pretty dirty after the wash. Didnt get the bugs off, didnt clean the wheels, just didnt do a very good job.Update: Did return and took them up on the offer for free wash. Completely satisfied with the results, and will return here to get my truck washed again..

I came here for a trailer washout after hauling fresh chicken and they did a great job. In and out in about 40 minutes total. I paid extra for the sanitizer and you couldnt tell I had nasty chicken juice all over the trailer. Will definitely use them again if Im in the area.

This place is top notch. Leonard, though new as a manager is very friendly and if he doesnt know something he will find out quickly for you. The girls behind the counter are kind and curtious. I love the way they walk you around your vehicle to make sure youre satisfied. Ive been there when its been extremely busy and also somewhat slow. Its always been a great experience. The owner is always involved and ready to make sure your experience was a good one or he will make it right. You couldnt pay me to go anywhere else.

Too long a wait. Quality work takes a lot of time. Only 2 workers cleaning truck. Holy crap. This hour wait has cost me a load. Ill stick to Blue Beacon Truck Wash.

Good place for getting a washout... a little hard to see where the exit is to north side drive due to the never ending construction mess. A lot better than having to go all the way over to Dallas . Also it helps if you KB drivers would pull in & park instead of parking right in the travel lane of the street right before the driveway.

I went here for a simple reefer washout. There was no line, I got backed up and by the time i got done paying, i waited about 2 more min and i was done and on my way! Will definitely be back if my loads take me in that direction again!

Great service every time. Ive only had washouts done here. I liked the fact that they are always focused on the quality of the washout. Never felt rushed out the door. And always left with a trailer that was spotless. And, since theyve got 4 bays. In the three years Ive came here time has never ever been a problem. And the cost is around $31.

Did a great job everytime on my trailer washouts.. Not a hint of blood to be found! And wonderful freindly people on top of that. Been trying to get my boss to open an account with them but hes just being lazy hahaha.

Great customer service, very detailed work. Very courteous. Quick in and out. Parking lot is a little tight backing out, no pull through garages but not too bad to deal with over all and the crew will guide you back if needed.

Definitely not the quality it has been over the last few years. I got there highest level detail and it had to be redone. 2nd go around was better but no where near the quality it has been in the past. I have Been a customer for over 14 years and I will no longer get a detail from them again.

These guys are good. Quick too. I had an exterior spiff up done, which includes steaming the engine and undercarriage. They even steamed the toolbox/auxiliary fuel tank in the bed, and all for less than $60.00. Theyre green too. Reclaiming the wash water.

Great customer service, great products, knowledgeable about their products. They even give you tips and tricks on how to do things.

Although they require masks on customers, the only employees I seen with masks on was the cashier, behind a plexiglas window. NO MASK NO SERVICE. When I explained that I have bronchitis, she thought its was a contagious disease that I was going to pass to her. When are companies and corporations going to quit pandering to fear mongers such as our government.

Absolutely the worst truck wash I have ever and I do mean ever received. I was hoping for so much more after hearing good things about this truck wash. I will make sure from now on to go find a blue beacon at least they get all the soap and dirt off my truck. Do yourself a favor and just stick to getting a washout at this place. I will never be back...$44.00 down the drain.

They do really good work here. Standard reefer washout is $37. It costs more if your trailer is really bad. Sometimes they can get busy so there have been times with a fairly long wait, but typically 30 minutes in and out.

Steamaway is a business that my company is now using to wash out our trailers and combos. Very professional and friendly..the office staff was very knowledgeable and friendly..the washers are very hard workers and they did a fantastic job on our trailer..good prices and we use steamaway for our washouts..

Absolutely the quickest Reefer washout. In and out.

Well I know its hot and breezy last few days, but when you spray soap on a truck and trailer it dries pretty quick if your not on top of your game. There were 5 guys, 3 washing red buckets, in the shade, and two, the supervisor and one other, on my truck and trailer. So, while Im sympathetic to heat I know that if the 3 guys washing red buckets would have accommodated the other two they wouldnt have had to go back over some of what they had already done and I would have been gone earlier. Soap streaks on chrome & wheels & unwashed areas . Then just about the time they were finishing 3 more guys came out to what? Rinse?I know the supervisor has been with you for awhile and is pretty low keyed, but this really was problematic today.Yes well come back, but t I will require better service when Im the only truck on yard.

Decent truck wash

Be sure that you give yourself plenty of time as this place is swamped with locals. I came in and it took them a little over an hour to even start on me but the wash job was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this place much better than driving all the way back over to Dallas and going to the Streakin Beacon

Excellent place 2 get a washout 4 ur trailer. They have some new employees but they will try 2 please u in their work.$35 for a washout is reasonable.

Wasnt to sure about trying this place. Granted only a washout and didnt appear to be super busy in that department.If you expect curb side service and allergic to excersise this is not a place for you. Plenty room to park and walk up for service request. Sent me a text when ready for me and one when finished. With 1 in the dedicated washout upon arrival I was there approx 12min from the time i pulled on their lot to the time I left. Trailer had quite a bit of blood and a few places where forklift mashed meat and fat on the floor.Only complaint I would have is the part of the lot you back into to wait for service is dirt. Not a big deal really if trucks entering and exiting are considerate to those having their truck washed and proceed slowly, i would assume anyway. Other than that i wish they had longer hrs as i seem to usually be finished unloading when they are closed.Nut shell I was very happy with my experience. Very quick in and out and a good job to boot.

Got my big truck washed. Stopped at store 5 minutes later. @ front windshield still had dirt ring on It. ( No soap used) all my hubcaps and tool boxes still had road scum... When youre asked. How does it look Right after they are done with it..... Of course it looks okay right after its wet!!!! Its when its 5 minutes after you leave, and you still see dirt all over the place which makes you really mad means they did not scrub it with soap😒. And also when you call and they say their manager will get back with you and never does its a Poor,,, way to handle business.. almost fifty bucks wasted. I could have done a better job spending four bucks at the carwash,,Because the end result looks like it😡
