Every employee is incredibly inconsiderate of anyones time besides their own. Extremely unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if I could

I seen them on 4th of July watching and waiting for ppl to leave there cars to tow them even a retired veteran smh I will not ever do any business with this company

I had accident 07/09/2018 and Bivins Wrecker service picked up truck. I was unable to get all my belongings out of it. Tried to get belongings the very next day but it was picked up and taken to Coparts in Haslet. So much was stolen out of truck. Im a single mom and they literally cleaned out my truck except trash. Some of kids things were even taken. They have to have cameras or something. Called both places and both deny any of their people taking anything.

My fiancé sister brother and I were on a bad wreck 8/25/2018, and my fiancé best friend and I went to get belongings including id’s and medical cards for my sister who was sitting in the icu. We were told not take anything out. Had lots of paperwork needed missing change was gone personal belongings weren’t found anywhere. We were constantly hung up on and told we deserved it the guy was rude and wouldn’t give the car key. Horrible place to go to and needs a law suit against them because it is crazy ridiculous and the worst service you could ever receive. We almost had to call police out to the location to retrieve major necessities and leave because the guy said he wouldn’t let us put to leave. HORROBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
