This is the best towing company I have come across! We use them as a service at the apartment community I work for in Grand Prairie. They are always very polite and professional. They help us with any parking issues we have when it comes to towing. They respond on a timely manner and are very good at what they do. Henry and Mary are amazing and I highly recommend this towing company.

My suburban broke down on a very busy street and when I called ABC they told me they would be there within the hour. They where there in 25 minutes!!!!! What a relief, if that wasn’t enough Chris and Sonny were so professional and friendly willing to drive me where I needed to go, offering me a drink in 100 degree temps it felt like your family was helping you do something. Completely easy on my part, they went way above what they had too and it is greatly appreciated!!!!! Without a doubt I’ll use only this company and will tell everyone I know to use ABC!!!!! Thank y’all SO MUCH!!!!!

Manual was great at hauling my car to the shop even let me and my son ride with him. Then they pulled my car from the mud thank you Supervisor Sonny for showing up so late to get me out of the mud. YOUR BUSINESS IS VERY APPRECIATED. God Bless

M&m towing company illegally towed my vehicle from my apartments with a parking sticker on the window! 320 I probably wont be reimbursed for Horrible company!

They steal your car then ransom it back to you. Better have exact change or you’ll be giving them a tip too. The lady will yell at you to push the door. She is so loud you nearly jump out of your skin. She was just plan mean. I wasn’t angry or talking trash to her. She is just an angry lady. There’s a reason they are locked in a building answering your question behind bulletproof glass. These people are scum and they know it. I’m pretty sure that lady gets off being mean.

They towed my car out of my complex and cost 300 to get out. I know I should take it up with my complex but there was absolutely no reason for it to get towed in the first place.

They use the parking lot of K1 Speed in Arlington, Tx across from Hurricane Harbor as a gold mine for making money. These people are greedy and care nothing about customer service, only about themselves. They have no business towing vehicles without giving proper notice to the owners of the vehicle.

The Lady At The Glass Window Is Very Rude & Very Unprofessional. She Didn’t Know How To Talk To People The Correct Way. She Was Definitely Being Rude Because We Were African American, Throwing Licenses At People.

The workers are incredibly rude on the phone. I’m not upset about the towing, that was my own fault, but when I called about the price to pick up and what documents to bring, the lady was extremely rude and impatient. Also, make sure you only bring cash b/c they’ll make you use their ATM (which has a fee attached) and will add about $50 to your bill. If you can avoid this place, do.

This is the worst place ever to get your car towed from.Employees at work here are very unprofessional. My friend had got her car towed from my place. She call to get information. The woman that was on the phone had attitude in started yelling at her. Said we was calling her a crack head. Which we did not but she probably was.. the lady ended up hanging the phone on us so we headed down there.When we got there they would not let us end. We kept buzzy The gate but they were on the speaker laughing out us. I got frustrated and went around to where the tow trucks are coming in. The Employees got upset but all I was trying to do was help my friend get her car. I tried to give them information but they kept yelling at me and calling me all kinds of slur names. So I told them I was calling the cops and to let me out the gage. Which they would not. They ended calling the cops which Im glad they did. Everything got handled then but this situation went too far because of their professional. They should gave more information correctly then it would not have been a problem. If you get your car towed here pray you dont deal with these 2 women in the window.

Worst place to get your car towed from. They towed my car twice this month at 5am when towing in my apartment isn’t enforced until 5am. Front desk lady is unnecessarily rude and careless about your car and will even damage your car in the process of towing it. Very unprofessional if you ask me. Oh also it’s ridiculous that it’s $300 each day your car is in there but I guess that’s how they’re keeping the business open

They came out quickly and loaded the car into the flatbed without any issues despite it being a lowered sports car! The driver was super chill and got me where I needed to go.Prices were very reasonable especially compared to the competition and because of that I will be using them again. Thank you. 5-star.

My experience was a great one. Although the circumstances were the opposite this company delivered great customer service and kept in communication with me. A weekend trip was cut short cause my daughter wrecked her car. After several calls on the road for tow services who were highly priced, this was my final call/company. The price was great and the driver was very professional and delivered EXACTLY what we needed. Call was placed, ETA was given and everything fell through like it should’ve been. I highly recommend this company!

ABC is great. I believed they were the ones to tow my car they are a storage facility. M&M towing express is horrible and damaged my vehicle. ABC is kind quick and very respectable. 5 stars for great and helpful customer service!

Im not sure what I did to upset the lady at the window, but every item I handed to her through the window slot was snatched out of it, she tossed my Id card very rudely back into the window slot. Every question I asked her was answered with a horrible and nasty attitude. It was terrible and rude representation of the company.

In the past Ive had to go help a friend or fam member pick up a vehicle here & everytime, the office clerk(s) were dry/rude. I had already been waiting like 2hrs for a driver from a different company so I called these guys & they were there within a few mins seriously!! BEWARE of the rachet scheme they run!Contacted the business regarding getting a towed vehicle out of the lot, the lady provide zero help over the phone with absolutely trash customer service attitude. Proceeds to inform me that in order to get the car out, you can use CASH, AMEX, Cashiers Check. I doubled confirmed that if AMEX is the only credit card that can be used at the lot. And the answer was a yes.When we get to the lot to get the car out, we were told that We do not accept any credit card and No AMEX will not be accepted. We only accept Cash or checkOkay, thats fine, the total was a whopping $333.xx. Heres comes the next Scam, the ATM machine charges $4.50 per transaction, and here comes the kicker, the ATM machine will ONLY let you withdraw MAX of $300 per transaction. Meaning now we have to do TWO transactions instead of just ONE, therefore paying the $4.50 transaction fee TWICE.1. Poor customer service (Seems standard in this industry)2. Wrongfully advertised payment methods (on their website they even list out VISA, Mastercard as forms of payment), 100% Lies.3. Higher ATM transaction fee, and purposely created their tow fee over their ATM machine max withdraw limit so they can charge multiple transaction fees.BEWARE!

I was hauling cars when my truck broke down outside of Ft. Worth. I had a 5 car hauler with 4 cars still on and these guys came out promptly to tow my trailer for a reasonable price, took perfect care of everything, held onto everything in storage while my truck was being repaired and even gave me a sledge hammer. The guys helped me get my trailer hooked up to a different truck I borrowed from someone so I could get it back home to Houston. I couldn’t be happier with their kindness and level of service. Thank you so much!

This was my first time calling a tow service and tonight I would say I was blessed because I met this man Jeremy. He was quick at spotting the problem with my car he was especially very kind and quick at his job. I recommend this place to anyone who are stuck and can’t move their car. Oh boy, what a horrible conversation I had with an uppity dispatcher called Tara! I bought my teenager a car. She got it towed. I live in England and I am the registered owner. I told them to sell the car at Auction immediately because being 4500 miles away in another country, I would not be able to come get the car or pay for storage. Apparently this cannot be done and they have told me it is $20 a day for 45 days minimum if I cannot reclaim the car. What a joke. I am on to the Texas Dept of Licensing right now to see what can be done. They will have to whistle for their money. They have my car, they should sell it now before they lose money storing it. Terrible company and Tara was just a nasty woman.

Having been an automotive shop manager I would often receive calls about a car being broken down and looking for advise of who to call in order to bring the vehicle in. Of the many many many times I recommended ABC there is only one time in the last few years I can think where they were less than punctual, and when it comes to towing companies it doesnt get better than that. These guys are phenomenally consistent, and their prices are more than fair.

Recently had a car towed with this company. The lady in the front office was very nice. Even though the car was not under the name of person who it was towed from, we had the title and she processed the paperwork. Everything was so fast and easy. In less than 15 minutes we had the car back, again. I give it 4 stars because the lady does not give change back so she kept a little over a dollar in change and because the prices are too high. We paid $298 for the car being towed only a few hours.

I took a passenger here whose car has been impounded is that two flat tires on the driver side is girlfriend in wreck the car in abandoned it they pulled the car out to the parking lot they gave him twenty-four hours to get it fixed one of the employees I believe his name was Lloyd 1 Leonard I may be wrong came out with a jack helping get the tires off we got them repaired another location can back that same employee put them on and he was on the way. Staff at this location very helpful and understanding when it came to the needs of a customer recovering his vehicle four stars only not five because I dont think many companies deserve 5 stars

I know. I know. Who likes a towing company?! However, this company is truly the worst company Ive ever encountered in my entire existence. I suspect there is no mathematical way in all of the universe I could ever experience a more worse experience. From the stealing of my valuables in my car to the rude customer service. I truly believe these guys take the cake!

My review and the reviews of others keep getting deleted. So I will check often to ensure it remains. Car towed for no good reason. Better Business Bureau is doing an investigation after multiple complaints.

Came to girlfriends apartment this Sunday morning to check on her after her surgery. Walked out an hour later and my truck was gone.Enclave Apartments and ABC Towing working a racket towing people’s vehicles.Cost me $300 to get it out after it being there 1 hour.Karma will find you people that do this.

FAST AND RELIABLE SERVICE. I HAD A DRIVER ON I-20 LAST NIGHT STUCK ON THE MEDIUM OF INTERSTATE 20. THEY DISPATCHED A HEAVY DUTY TOW TRUCK TO WINCH OUT THE SEMI-TRACTOR AND TRAILER. THEIR RESPONSE WAS QUICK RELIABLE. SERVICE WAS COURTEOUS, AND THE PRICE WAS FAIR.TRACTOR AND TRAILER WAS PUT BACK ON THE ROAD IN A MATTER OF MINUTES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS GUYS TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A TOW TRUCK ON THE DALLAS/FT WORTH, TX AREA.

This is the most disrespectful towing company I have ever came across. Worst customer service and very rude. After paying huge amount of money to get your car back, they still disrespect you and treat you like sh*t. They take their time and they offer no help or show courtesy. They should be forced to closed down or have taken over by a different management. They don’t deserve a one star at all.

ABC towing is awesome. Unfortunately for me I had an expired registration sticker and with warning I failed to comply. They were very nice, I got my car back. It is nice know that they are kind and caring enough to work with you. I have learned my lesson and would recommend them to everyone.B H.

Great service and very fast response, especially on a holiday weekend. Sonny was very patient with the situation and didnt damage my truck. I had a broken ball joint, most other guys would have torn off my fender and bumper, but Sonny took his time and somehow got my truck on his flatbed without damaging the break lines or causing any other body damage. To the crybabies that only gave a 1 star that were parked in a visitor space and got towed, you should have to produce pictures

This is an amazing place great employees and awesome owners....And just so people know they do not tow cars from apartments parking spaces but they are a storage facility in the area for a few companies that do so you do not have to drive all the way to dallas to get your car....This company does roadside calls and break downs things like that

Good service. Not after your money and very honest.If you car gets towed here, they just hold them for whomever called the car off the lot. They arent trying to keep your stuff but rather utilize space for other peoples affairs.Raised hell with my apartments office for having towed my car and the wrecking service clarified that nothing needed to be paid to remove the car from their possession. This place picked up my daughters car less than an hour after she parked to visit a friend after she got off work. They decided since it was after midnight that she was parked overnight. Needless to say it cost $300 to get it out. Once you locate your car inside their gate you are at their mercy to open the gate. They knew we were back there and we still waited 15 minutes for them to open the gate. Why???? Because they decided it was gossip time.

The price was BETTER than anywhere else and they were super friendly. The wait time estimated was one hour however than turned into 3.5 hours.

Towed my car from front of my house in the community I live in for my front tires touching the lawn. Charged 300.00 to get it out. This is a new meaning to highway robbery. Unnecessary and cruel way to treat people. I work hard for that 300.00. A friendly warning would be the kind thing to do. Shame on them and the community management for this obvious scam and ill treatment of hard working people.

My fault for not paying close enough attention to the parking lot signs...but the customer service was beyond horrible! The lady at the front desk was the most unprofessional rude person I have ever met in my life! I was charged $300 to get my car back that they towed 15 minutes! There was a long line of other people from the game who also had their vehicles towed and they recieved the same customer service that I did. I do not recommend this place to anyone...ever! EXTREMELY RUDE!!!
