DO NOT USE!! My mother, sister, and nephew had a flat tire in Fort Worth and called Triple A for service. The spare on my mothers van was flat so she would need a tow home. Fort Worth Towing was the company dispatched. The dispatcher called first and informed my mother that the seat belts in the truck were not made to carry children. HUH?! When the driver arrived he refused to tow my mother because the seat belts in his truck were not made to hold children and my nephew might slip out. WHAT!?! Since when are factory installed seatbelts not made to hold children?! So the driver offered to take either my sister or my mother and the van but someone would have to stay behind with my 8 YEAR OLD nephew. On the side of the road. Until someone else could come and pick them up. This is totally unacceptable. When a tow company is dispatched to tow a car, they are there to take you and your car home. Not leave half your family on the side of the road. DO NOT USE.
