Best experience ever. It all started with the greeting. I was just driving by looking for a place to get an oil change when I noticed this little shop tucked away near the corner of a big intersection. I was treated very respectfully and i could tell immediately that they were there to help. They offer various services for your vehicle at very competitive pricing. They will even make deals with you for getting additional work done. Military discounts available. Super friendly and genuine. Good workmanship. I have since brought all my vehicles here for service and I will be referring more people in my family and friends.

This is the take five oil change place on hwy 180 in Hudson Oaks. I stopped by to have check my oil life remains, Im using hi mileage oil and my change is not going to be for another 3K miles. They topped off the oil, it was a tiny bit low. These folks really do a great job!

I usually go to Firestone but due to the bad attitude of some of the employees I decided to find business else where. I got recommended this place and let me tell you. They did not disappoint. It took a total of maybe 30 minutes for an oil change and state inspection. Sal was so nice and Shawn was great too! I’m never going anywhere else! These guys are just amazing!

Tried two other local oil change businesses this morning neither had either the simple Toyota oil filter required or not enough staff to run a business. This owner was hands on greeting every customer working his tail off! His staff was engaged and communicated well together. My new place to get my oil changed.

This place is awesome!!! One of my headlights went out so I went and bought high dollar bright replacements. Got to looking and it was alittle more difficult than I wanted to mess with. Went to 2 other places and they said the labor was going to take about 3 hours, one place said it could be up to $200 and they had a policy where they wouldnt install lights I brought in. So I decided to try IN N OUT. One of the mechanics quoted me $50 and could get started right away. Im sitting in waiting area and like 15 to 20 min later he comes in says Youre done . Wow 3 hour job in 15 minutes. And charged me $35. Man I was in such a bad mood before that headlight were going to be so difficult and expensive. These guys totally changed my attitude. I went ahead and got my vehicle inspected. These guys are great!!!

The staff takes their time to talk to you. Its not just a rush to get you out the door. Theyre quick, but personable. I go to them for my oil changes and inspections. I trust them with my car, thats saying alot from me

These guys were great! I went in for my vehicle inspection. They had me pull my truck right in and I didn’t even have to get out(due to Corona). I was in and out in probably 10 mins! Definitely recommend for a quick vehicle inspection! Very nice and personable as well.

They can normally get us in and out as the name implies and although they may ask if we want to change certain other items as well, they are never pushy nor have they ever tried to sell me something i didnt need. These guys will take care of you. Theyre happy to help, give advice, and keep your car healthy. If theres a repair they arent equipped to do they actually admit it instead of winging it and hoping for the best.

I am having transmission troubles today. The car would not go into gear, any gear. Not park, reverse, drive, nothing. I called In N Out Lube and explained the situation. He suggested that the cable to the transmission may be broke or loose. I couldnt get in gear to take it anywhere, and since I lived nearby he came to my house to check it out! I was so excited that he would do that. He came over looked at it, and thats exactly what the problem is. He put it in park or me from the transmission, showed me how to change the gears from the that cable, gave me the name of a transmission shop nearby all without charging me for the house call. This place does great work and has excellent customer service. They change the oil on all our vehicles, and Ive had them do our brakes. Thank you for your help today!

So helpful!I went to get my car inspected, and found out I have a third brake light. I found this out because it was out.I had to order the part in and spent a bit ofoney for a light bar. The staff there had searched on websites on how to get the bar out and replaced. I was not upset because they have been trying. And finally they figured it out. These guys truly went above and beyond my expectations of this little, but a painful, task for me.

Many dont know but IN N OUT Lube does more than inspections and oil changes.IN FACT, they do brakes. The brakes on my Infiniti FX 35 are theist they have ever been and WHAT A PRICE! Check them out!!

Anthony and the guys found 3 problems that a Lube center in Burleson missed just 7 days prior. They showed me the issues and gave me a timeline for possible. Not only did I come back a week later to have the maintenance done, but I will continue to be an impressed customer. Customer service is not dead. The team at In and Out Lube proved that to me.

Honest,not pushy,friendly,fair priced and really the only place in Lake Worth I will use. If you get your oil changed at the grocery store I would highly recommend using these folks instead.

I WAS a customer here for about 2 years until I went to go get an oil change and employees here tightened my drain plug too tight and cracked my oil pan. Their supervisor avoided the problem and suggested I go fix it on my own by paying out of pocket and finding a mechanic. After talking to a few mechanics, I was told that In-N-Out were the ones that should pay for damages and replace my oil pan. The following day, I went to speak to Kevin Weaver (the manager) to see if we can come to a conclusion, he offered to help by buying me the oil pan, but once he saw that the oil pan was $275 he only offered to pay $150. If you are considering coming here, please be aware that once something goes wrong, they WILL lie their way out of the situation and say it was YOUR fault. By the way, I ended up having to pay $530 out of pocket for parts and labor.

Currently sitting in their small waiting area for my 98 TJ to be inspected. Ive been coming here for years since I moved to Texas in 2007. Ive never encountered a negative person here, both employees and customers have always been friendly.They dont offer services which are not needed, and youturn around time is pretty quick for it being a small place.I plan on continuing to bring my vehicles to this location for basic services because the prices are reasonable and the friendly employees.

Fast and friendly. They will always try to up sell you filters or something. They will accept no graciously though. Lousy hours of operation as you have to go during work or up till 3 on Saturday. I cant always make that and have to go somewhere else.
