After experiencing a blow-out on the highway on a Saturday night, I purposely had my car towed to this location because I knew they were open on Sundays at 10am. I made an appointment via NTBs website for 11 am to get new tires and brakes on my car. When I showed up the next day at 11 am there were multiple people waiting in the parking log and the shop was closed, there was nobody that worked for NTB on site. I called around to other stores to inform them that multiple customers with appointments were waiting in the parking lot, one store told me there was nothing they could do and another store manager said he would contact the district manager and call me back. After he called me back he informed me that this particular location is no longer open on Sundays even though their hours on their door said otherwise and I was allowed to make an appointment via their website. I then paid for yet another tow to Firestone and was taken care of timely and professionally. What a waste of time and money, I will be sure to avoid NTB in the future.

2 1/2 hour-3 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation, (not busy). Employees were eating pizza instead of serving their customers. Poor experience and probably will not return to this location. NTB In Keller on north tarrant is my favorite and will for now on drive 30 mins to that location.

Stacey Whitcomb and Jay Sanchez and the team were extremely patient with me tonight after I went in for what I thought would just be a $30 tire patch. They did not pressure me or make me feel bad for doing my due diligence to compare quotes after finding out I needed at least 1 new tires (and went ahead and opted for all 4, plus new brake pads 😅) and make sure I wasnt gonna be terribly stiffed. I dont know that they gave me the absolute best deal I could have possibly gotten somewhere else, but they damn sure were kind and earned my business tonight. I was very impressed with their commitment to try to figure out a way to get me eligible for the max rebate amount. Their service was fast as well. Genuinely kind people here that want to help.

Went to get my tire replaced an hour before they closed they said they were done taking vehicles for the day. They advised me to return tomorrow and told me their hours. I arrive the next day. As soon as I walk in the man at the counter immediately doesn’t greet me but asks if I have an appointment. I said no. I told him I came yesterday and y’all told me to come today I wasn’t told I could do an appointment. He asked me the make/model of my car and then said yea we don’t have that tire. He didn’t check my car too see what brand, he didn’t look in the computer. He was rude. The day before it was another guy and he was rude as well. Everyone kept telling me go to NTB…well idk which one they go to but this one was poor service. I won’t go back.

I debated whether to write this or not. Today will mark the 4th time I’ve come by this facility for a state inspection and they can’t. Once it was he’s on vacation, then at lunch, another time he went to the bank and today there’s a sign before you even walk in that they’re not doing any of them. I have credit with them here so I was hoping in the event I needed new tires it would be a convenient one stop shop. I’m seriously interested in running this store because I promise you it would be profitable. The fact that no one has investigated the recent reviews tells me that this facility will probably close within a year.

This place was great for my tires but let me schedule an alignment when nobody was there and when I came back to get it done they messed it up and turned it to Far the other way

I arrived here at 12:45 noon for a car inspection the guy say ok gets my info and says there are 2 people in front of you and that it would only take about 45 mins I say ok. Time goes by it’s about 2 pm he says a car stalled so it will be a few min, 3 pm rolls around and I am angry and frustrated now mind you I was there from 12:45- 3pm. This has got to be the slowest place I have ever received car service from. I will not be returning.

Oh my God this place is wonderful I went in to get my oil changed turned out I needed two new front tires and a few other things and I really didnt have the money what was going to be charged to me the lady at the front desk. She saves me like a hundred and $1,420 she let me buy one tire and got another tire free then she reduce the prices on some of the other products that I needed

The absolutely the worst do not come here .. 3hour just to change a tire vale steam .. The tech was a young kid with a dirty shirt just hop into the car with zero care to keeping it clean no towels no wipe nothing .. Then seeing the staff of 5 talking while customers inside sit hoping they can get out of here asap. Total lack of professional.. God I just want my keys so I can go !!!!!

I had all 4 tpms sensors replaced. I also had my front end aligned and it was free because it was just a easy really simple toe adjustment.

Was here today having to work redone from another NTB, this is my 2nd time here and both times they have taken care of what I needed done and at a timely matter. I will continue to use this location from here on out

Having the employees quit in mass tells volumes

I have a fleet account. I have spent about $4000 on repairs at this place. Between tires, batteries, ac blower, suspension, control arms, alignment, oil gasket, thermostat, mounts, and ac recharge. My car still doesnt drive correctly. There has been grinding since I started bringing my vehicle here.Three techs and even the manager drove the car with me and heard the grinding.Every time I have brought it back so they can look at it. They dont. It sits all day in the parking lot until the last 30-minutes of the day. Then they ask me to bring back another day. I do hear lots of complaining from the kids they have working there. They say there is nothing wrong with my vehicle. Yet keep taking off parts and putting on new things that have nothing to do with the main issue. The managers dont care to correct this situation.Take your fleet vehicles somewhere else or to another NTB.

I had a 9 a.m. appointment but they didnt get my car in until approximately 9:35. I was just wondering what is the sense of having an appointment if you have to wait that much longer. Other than that, the service was excellent.

I typically go here for my oil changes. I would give 5 stars, but weekend service drags this down. During the week they usually have me in and out really fast.

Ive been here multiple times over the past 15 years and am always pleased. Last night was no exception. After getting a flat on the highway and getting my tire changed, we pulled into NTB at 6:45. Nate was obviously busy with at least 3 other customers and a phone that was ringing off the hook, but he was calm, professional, polite, and had a sense of humor. He was able to get my car fixed in under 90 minutes, even keeping the shop open past closing time to ensure I was able to leave with a correctly functioning car and 4 tires that werent going to leave me on the side of the freeway again. And the cost was easily half of what I expected it to be. As a female, Ive always been warned that most car places will take advantage of my relatively light knowledge of vehicles, but I am completely comfortable and confident with taking my car here.Thank you so much for helping us out in a tight spot.

Absolutely the worst NTB got my vehicles towed it has been at the NTB all Day from 1pm I get here at 6:44 and my tire is still flat i had to wait additional 30 minutes the worst service ever the manager was all over the place and disorganized starting coughing and because of what we have covid going on I got scared

It was not a professional place. Very rude and unwilling to help. Talked about how old the tire is but didn’t want to fix it or sell us another bc it was too close to closing. I wish they had been more professional and less plain rude.

My son went here a few weeks ago, (first time for him to buy tires) and I told him to call me before agreeing to get his 4 tires replaced. He calls and said its going to be $1250 for an oil change, alignment and 4 tires. I head up there to see why its so expensive and when I get there they show me an itemized quote. They were trying to charge him $100 for the oil change and $250 for an alignment. I told my son in front of the sales clerk that I felt like that was scammy since the same thing at Walmart is 44.99.I told my son he needed to shop around. As we were leaving the store that sales clerk said Good luck, Walmart will blow up your engine.Anyways, we ended up at Pep boys, where they quoted the same 4 new tires, an alignment and oil change for $750.I feel like they were taking advantage of a young adult, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

We arrived at this location at 1:20 PM. I had two tire/rims in the back of my truck that needed the tiresreplaced. The location closed at 2:00 PM for the 4th of July. There were no cars in the garage and no other customers in the store, all the workers in the garage were just sitting around talking. I was turned away because they closed in 40 minutes. Can you imagine if the owner found that out. An entire store standing around doing nothing and they turn away selling 2 tires and mounting them on rims that were already off the vehicle. As if it takes longer than 40 minutes to change 2 tires. It also did not help that the woman who turned me away(who was not wearing a mask) did so with a snarkey little smile and the words sorry I dont make the hours

The service was fast and price was good.

NTB is accommodating in a crisis! They work with you to meet your needs. I am happy I chose to get my suspension fixed there!

Great customer service and workmanship!

This used to be a well managed NTB, but not any longer. We made an appointment, arrived on time and were told it would be 45 minutes before they started on our vehicle. No explanation, no apologies, just go sit and wait. When we inquired why we would need to wait 45 minutes when we had an appointment we were curtly told because other people had earlier appointments.I think everyone understands when emergencies happen but waiting 45 minutes past our appointment time for a 15 minute tire rotation smacks of poor management and little customer care.

Two months ago I gave this place a great review. They were very nice, had me in and out. My oil ran out way too soon, not even close to mileage, NONE of my fluids were filled, discovered they were all beyond low or completely empty. No window sticker. Im sure whatever services I paid for werent done. Highly upset with this place and wont return.

With my experience at this location Id normally leave a 1 star review. They quoted me almost 1100 for a fuel pump. Said theyd have it done in 5 hours. It wasnt. They ordered the wrong part cause they didnt disassemble the vehicle first to make sure they were ordering the right part. So next morning I get a call telling me it wasnt the fuel pump. That it was the ignition switch. Which means they didnt do much diagnostic and just picked the most expensive job they could do. I talked to the store manager and he did go out of his way to fix my cost at the end of the day. I was annoyed but satisfied. Then I get in my truck to drive home and it STINKS!!!! of cheap cigars not like the employee smoked but like someone smoked in my truck!! Then on the way to work this morning I noticed they didnt hook my accessories back up to the battery.. let them do tires but dont let them so much as change a fuse on your vehicle. Obviously their mechanics are incompetent and they care more about the money than the customer. I definitely wont be back to this location.

Everytime I go in here its all about selling. I went in today 6-17-20 with a nail in tire I bought from here three months ago.T hey said it couldnt be fixed and sold me another tire.In process of changing tires they scratch my rim and left rim dirty.

Bought a used car a few months ago and went in for new tires. Tires became new front brake pads AND rotors. The bill went from $700 (lowest price in town for the tires I wanted) to over $2,000! When I explained I couldnt afford that the manager walked away and came back later with another bill...he had given me discounts and specials I was NOT entitled to and the bill was finally affordable. He went out of his way to help me make my car safe to drive and not pilfer my wallet of every dime and then some. That says a lot about these guys.

Made a 10:00 AM appointment on the website but apparently they were having problems with that as I was not in their system, so I was told it would probably be a 60-90 minute wait. No problem. Turns out they were able to expedite things and I was out of there in less than half an hour total for the tire repair. Bryan and Michael went above and beyond what was expected, will be going here from now on instead of the dealership across the street. Way faster!

I WOULD NOT LET THIS PLACE BALANCE, OR DO ANY TIPE OF WORK TO YOUR CAR !! LAST TIME I TOOK MY SILVERADO TO GET IT BALANCED,, IT CAME OUT ALOT WORSE, I WAS TRAVELING THAT DAY AND I HAD TO STOP AT A ROADSIDE TIRE SHOP TO GET IT REDONE (SO INCONVENIENT) !!! I RATED IT ONE STAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO NEGATIVE STAR OPTION !!

Did you know NTB also works on steering wheels? Patrick and his team diagnosed the issue with my daughter’s very used car and had it fixed much faster than I anticipated! The car drives great and I don’t have to worry about her car anymore. She is making this NTB her preferred maintenance shop.

Went there to get one tire on a 90 mustang, ive owned this car about 4 months at the time..noticed the young guy pulling around on my door handle outside and went out to help, he said your door handle is broke..I told him it wasnt before as i had just used it(these handles arent designed well and i know they tend to break) not the end of the world, Told the manager about what just had happened he said he would get one and i told him i would install it myself..After 3 or 4 days no luck so i told him i would go get it myself and bring him the receipt(pain in the butt getting in your car from the other side) next day took the receipt up there for reimbursement hope to be done with it then and there, manager says he will submit this in they will cut me a check(should have know better at that point)..waited about 10 days no check, went back up there and got the run around several more times with no check ever mailed to me...I have had them do some oil changes in the past and wasnt too bad but yes, very unprofessional and yes they will try to sell you the moon if all possible..Discount tire is hands down much better! The guy with the red 90 mustang, Manager knows who i am..Was very patient with you but you screwed me sir Thank you

Very prompt courteous service. I went in to see if I needed a new battery, and they tested it and said my current battery is fine. I appreciate not being sold something not needed, but NTB is definitely on the top of my list for future service needs.

Im upset i couldnt go lower than 1 star. The customer service at this place is an absolute joke. I pulled in this morning with a shredded tire in the back of my truck. I waited, and watched the front desk guy watching me thru the window, for a couple of minutes for him to come and greet me outside to see what i was there for. You know general customer service stuff. After a while I took the tire out of the back of my truck and inside to the front desk guy. I then proceeded to buy a $77 tire for the reasonable price of $140. I got to pay for mounting and installation fees even tho they never mounted or installed it for me. In fact they didnt even put it back in my truck for me when they were done. If you love being over charged for customer service that is completely non existent, then this is the perfect place for you.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I have had in trying to get tires. Got here at 10 AM, purchased four tires and an alignment, was told it would be an hour to an hour and half. I ask one of the employees at the desk when they thought my truck would be done because it’s been three hours. They had to go get a tire because they only had three!!! Worst customer service ever, if I would have known up front I could have scheduled it fo another time however that would have unconvinced them to inform the customer of the delay!!! So I sit here in the lobby and it’s 1:17 pm still waiting on my tire to get installed and then the front end alignment.... what a waste of time!!!! Never again!!!Also before i left the store my tire sensors for all of the tires showed the air pressure to be 40 - 42 psi which is low. When i brought this to their attention, their reply was dont worry about it, it will be okay??? On Christmas day i had to air my tires up to 50 psi to give the tire sensors some relief..... Another update related to this place, we now have a missing lug nut apparently one was not torqued down, so off to the dealership to buy a lug nut really disappointed with this business!!!!

Appointments do not matter. I scheduled a wheel alignment for 2 p.m. I specifically scheduled my Appt there because I was told they have a ground-level lift. It helps with my lowered car. When I got there, a male tech with a beard informed me there was a vehicle on the lift and it would be about 3 hours. 3 hours?! For an alignment?? They just told me (when I asked) there was another NTB down the road. They didn’t even offer to call the next location. I called on my way to the other NTB and the 6550 West Freeway location fit me in. I had to wait until a tech returned from lunch, but it goes to show the differences of customer service at different locations. I’ve been to the 6550 location before and would recommend them due to better customer service.

Ive only been there once but I loved this place. Their staff is very informative and let you know if there is anything else need to be done. I had a oil change which was much cheaper than other places.

Good service and selection. They offer many services from oil changes to suspension work. The crew is pretty knowledgeable and friendly. Free coffee n wifi.Update: This is the only place I will take my car to be worked on. These guys do excellent work. They are very knowledgeable and helpful as well as very competent. Have not had one issue with the work that has been performed on my car. It gets done fast and they get it done right, the first time. Highly recommend!

Took my car here because I was having a slow leak in a tire and am new to town and it was close to my apt. Waited an hour for them to tell me there was nothing wrong with it (even though I’ve had to fill that tire with air TWICE in the last 2weeks). Went down the street to Honda dealership and there indeed was a nail in that tire. You are a tire place and can’t even be bothered to find the issue. What a waste of time and loser of a place. Also heads up, 30% cheaper to repair it at dealership anyway. Never giving NTB my service and recommend no one else giving them service as well.

This place is awful. I had a low air tire this morning. I added air to it and checked all four tires at that time. There was nothing wrong with any of the others. Later in the day the same tire lost air again so I figured it had a nail in it. I pulled into NTB and this time I could see the nail on the passenger side front tire. I checked all four tires one more time, and only the passenger side front had a problem, and there was nothing wrong with any of the other three. However, once they got the car into the bay to fix the one tire, all of a sudden theyre showing me a tire thats been pulled off, which wasnt even the one I had a problem with, and suddenly theres a nail in it. In addition, and I dont know how they could do this, theres a bubble on the sidewall of the driver side front tire which was not there when I arrived. I am convinced they shot a nail into the tire that didnt have a problem, and somehow made a bubble on the other one. Total rip off. I just purchased the car approximately one month ago. No way was all of this damage there when I drove up.

Service was good, only grips took 2 hrs. To get to a flat tire. Would be nice if they had 1 person assigned to flat repairs and if there were no flats he could assist the others till a flat came in.

This location is nothing more than a breeding ground for idiots. Figured since I had such a positive experience with another NTB I would get the same great service. WRONG🤦🏾‍♀️They were to busy trying to figure out how to get $1500 plus from another customer to pay attention to what they were doing. A conventional oil change jumped to $60, then they guys excuse was they used semi synthetic oil🤣😂My car doesnt take conventional oil🤔Well thats the oil that has been in the vehicle since I bought it in March with 2,000 miles. And its what the other NTB put in it as well as what Ford states can be used. I guess they were so busy that they labeled a Dodge vehicle as a different type. Maybe if the GROWN MEN at this location stop chasing POKEMON they could get the job done effectively. A bunch of idiots

I know that NTB isn’t really known for state inspections, but when your location is an authorized state inspection location, you’d think getting this service done would be simple.I attempted 3 times to get an inspection done and had no success.First was on a Saturday 5/4, early evening: I walked in and was informed that inspections were not done on Saturdays. Ok no problem, shorter hours and possibly not fully staffed. Not an issue.I returned on Tuesday, 5/7 around 5pm: Asked for inspection and was told that the inspector was not working, only worked select hours/days, and would next be in on Wednesday 5/8 from 12-5. I inquired about why these hours were not posted on the premises or online and got a response that “yeah the state even told us that the hours needed to be posted.”So I came back today, 5/8 at 4:05pm (just got off work) and asked for inspection: hours still not posted was told that inspector was not on site.I just hope other people don’t get the same service, well lack of service, that I received.If services are to be done on select days and select hours IT NEEDS TO BE POSTED!

Michael saved the day! My little brother bought a tire from walmart after the automotive place was closed so we went back the next day to have them mount and balance it on a wheel that didnt have a tire, so a couple of minutes job, the guy on the front counter said they arent accepting cars for the rest of the day as I stood there with a wheel and their tire while they were still open for an hour and a half and was refused service. Went straight to NTB got it mounted and balanced in a few minutes and purchased another tire with a mount and balance from Michael. Thanks NTB for the great customer service!!!

Dont really trust to go anywhere else for at least an oil change although when I go in there they try to sell me something else that we can do.on our own but I guess thats their job...lol

Went for an oil change and inspection. Its raining so they couldnt do the inspection but were very polite about it. The oil change was straight forward and the price was confirmed ahead of time. Unlike the kwik place down the road that wanted to flush my engine everytime I went for an oil change.

Bought the lifetime rotation and balance on my 65k rated tires and at 47k they would not rotate and balance them.. Said they were too worn... The tread had wear but was even wear on every tire... Then they said they wouldnt do it because the tires were 4 years old.... Really? What does that have to do with a lifetime rotation and balance?? Said all they would do is sell me new tires.. I said why would I buy from you again when you wont honor what I bought before?? So the tires were too worn at 70% of the rating to rotate and balance and all you will do is sell me new ones?? No you wont !! Lotsa tire places out their with better deals and service!! Bye !! I can see why their ratings SUCK !!

Reading some of these reviews made me hesitant to come here, but I have always had good experiences with NTB. This location has been no exception. Call ahead and make sure they are not busy. Cost is compatible with other places. Always a crap shoot when working on cars, sometimes you win, sometimes you dont .

I pulled in just 30 minutes prior to closing with some tires/wheels Id bought off Craigslist. I believe it was Brandon who was manager on site that helped me. He was very professional and courteous. I believe it was another guy in service area with the same name who worked to put on the tires. Price was fair and work was done quickly.

Had a appointment setup at 8:30 called to see if I could come in early, they said no problem. Came in early, took care of me right away, nice friendly service.

Took my car in for oil change and was told that I had a leak and would be $200 to replace a part. Found out that something had been loosened and was leaking. It was fine until I took it there. Tried to take advantage of a female. Pretty sorry!

The work done by the NTB mechanics seems to be uniform among the four that I have used. Its the front desk and the, customer service attitude that makes this location stand out. Called for an appointment (not a fan of the NTB website) and was in and out quicker than I expected. Friendly, cooperative, responsive. Ill drive a few miles out of my way to return to this place.Update: Unfortunately, quality of service needs work. The underpinning was not replaced correctly and even when re-done, I had trouble later and had to find a place to correct the problem. Also, standard services such as washer fluid and tire pressure were also not done.

I have bought tires from NTB in the past and I my wife had the tires rotated and then they tested the battery w/o permission, then tried to tell her that the battery almost dead. My battery is fine had it tested another place, not even a little weak. Ladies watch out for these scare tactics. Won’t buy here again

My daughter had a flat tire and these guys were outstanding they were quick and polite and went the extra mile to do what they had to do I truly appreciate them doing this especially on a Sunday awesome team

I bring both my cars here for oil changes. I usually drop in without an appointment. They always fit me in their schedule and get me taken care of quickly.

Got my oil changed at this place a day later it’s black, and because I was having engine problems that they couldn’t help with( which is fine) they expect me to believe the oil changed a while other color because of that. I had to get my car pulled by a mechanic no less who said there wasn’t enough oil on my motor which is why it stoped and that there was no way my oil was changed. When I called to ask about it I got attitude and the person on the phone swearing they did everything right with the oil change and that is was my engine. The mechanic who pulled my car even talked to them and didn’t believe it. That says something in all that I was in such a rush paying didn’t even realize till after I left that I didn’t even get the right amount of change. I went to work and recommended this place and went right back and said never mind. I’ve always heard about girls getter screwed over when it came to dealing with cars never have I experienced it first hand but this is ridiculous my car is messed up now worse than is should be. I don’t care what anyone says.

Ive heard some horror stories about this location however I was giving very good customer service and vehicle maintenance on this particular visit. Beware of all Auto and Tire services and check their history before you go there. Do not focus only on ship labor or product cost because they may give you hidden fees or tell you that unit services that might not really be needed or required. FYI

They stayed open a little late to get me back on the road.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Left with a quote for $1700 worth of worth. Went for a second opinion... not a thing wrong!! Glad I went elsewhere and not sign up for the “in-house credit card” they tried to sell me. Won’t be back there.

Back when i worked at ntb i was made to fallow strick lines and do things certain ways to be the best we could be. my store in lake worth closed so i was forced to use white settlement. im disappointed that lake worth was shut down and this store was left. no one is dressed as they are a professional feild shirts untucked hair is a mess unshaven and lazy attitude..
