Two weeks straight or constantly trying to contact this woman and she will not respond via Facebook, email, text, or phone call. I’ve tried in English and Spanish and she seems uninterested in renting otherwise, she would pick her phone up. I thought maybe she was being racist but she won’t respond to my wife who’s Mexican either. Leaving a voicemail is out of the question since her mailbox is full. So much for you gaining two more renters who pay rent on time with exceptional rental history.
I have 3 years renting with this company and I only have good comments for the staff they are very professional and educated in the occasions when I spoked whit them, they always spoke to me with respect. the times the house required repairs Julia the manager has always sent the maintenance, when my order reaches the place to be next she always sends me a text message to make sure there will be someone in the house that is why I continue to renew a contract with them for their professionalism. and also last year I have a family emergency and I fallen behind in my rent payment and Julia was worked with me.
I am trying to rent one of your available houses, and havent been responded to in about 72 hours. It would be a shame if you all are violating the equal opportunity housing act to place a predetermined person in the home as a violation of law... please respond as I have deposit money ready and my family and I need this home and are able to afford it.
I rented this office for three years and the staff are very professional and efficient. Julia is always responding to calls. Thank you for these three years.
Giving one star is being extremely generous!Future renters, if you’re looking for a place to call home, with great accommodations, with excellent maintenance and repairs, with great communication, with easy access to owner should the need arise, needing a habitable and comfortable environment, then look somewhere else!In Arlington on Ridgeway Street you will find a approximate 1000 square-foot home with a month-to-month rent of $1450, rat infested, insect infested, faulty electrical that’ll make your electrical bill a quarter of your rent, this is the place for you.You’re guaranteed to receive mediocre maintenance. You’re a guaranteed negligence. You’re guaranteed not to have a voice of opinion or room for a complaint.Don’t try to get a voice of reason from the owner if you so happen to be lucky to speak with him or get his contact information. Because they are slumlords and Penny pinchers and cut corners your side will never prevail.As a tenant you will always be in the wrong. Should you be fortunate enough to receive repairs you might want to cover your furniture or hide your personal property because it is your responsibility if they damage it.Any future renters, good luck!
HORRIBLE THEIVING SLUM LORDS. JULIA OCHOA IS A LIAR, A THEIF, AND DISHONEST SHE WILL LIE TO YOU WITH A STRAIGHT FACE AND NOT BAT AN EYE AND SHELL ARGUE ABOUT EVERYTHING TOO. BAD FOR BUSINESS! RUN AWAY RUN FAR AWAY IF U SEE THIS. SHE IS THE LADY THAT MANAGED THE HOUSE WE LIVED IN AND SHE TOLD US ANYTHING WE WANTED TO HEAR AND THEN WHEN THE BILL CAME SHE TACKED ON CHARGES AND SAID SHE NEVER SAID OR AGREED TO ANYTHING. THIS IS WHY YOU ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU DOCUMENT EVERYTHING AND HAVE IT WRITTEN IN BLACK AND WHITE. DO NOT DEPEND ON A VERBAL AGREEMENT AND SURE AS HELL DONT EVEN TRY TO BELIEVE FOR ONE SECOND THAT THESE PEOPLE WILL BE ETHICAL, HONEST, OR HAVE ANY TYPE OF MORALS! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. THE HOUSE IS ROACH INFESTED BUT OF COURSE THEY BOMB THE HOUSE BEFORE U MOVE IN SO U DONT NOTICE IT BEFORE HAND. THERE ARE RATS AND ALSO A POSSUM THAT LIVES UNDER THE HOUSE. THE CEILING WAS CAVING IN IN THE LIVING ROOM AND AND WITH THE RAIN IT LEAKED ALL OVER MY FURNITURE!!! DID THEY EVER FIX IT? NO THEY SEND MAITENANCE TO COME DO WORK AND SUPRISINGLY THE WATER BILL IS ALL OF A SUDDEN AN EXTRA COUPLE HUNDRED BUCKS OR THEY FORGOT ABOUT THIS WATER BILL OR THIS EXRA FEE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED THESE ARE VERY SHADY CROOKS!!! THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED.
Absolutely TERRIBLE business, their is SO much wrong with the house we currently rent from En Renta. Nobody answers the phone and nobody has come to fix the problems. there is MOLD growing in the house. only half of the house has actual air or heat. it is absolutely horrific and if we had known all of this then we would have NEVER moved into this run down house.
~ I was trying to explain to this woman that when I googled En Renta that it came up as a place that Renta APARTMENTS, so I asked her if the listed address was correct. She said, Yes,Then I tried to explain that Google had not properly described their business& that she should look up her own name, ya know, just tryin to help her....She got SOOOO. RUDE. &kept spelling n Renta over& over again to me as if I could spell, type OR hear.I felt that it was pretty ironic that she was SO. RUDE. incinuating that Iiiiii couldnt understand English, when it was SHE who could BARELY speak clear sentences!!!In customer service jobs, you MUST be able to speak CLEARLY& be able to COMMUNICATE w/potential customers.I will NEVER do business w/these folks. SO. RUDE.
