Well I been at Timber Ridge Apartments for 2 years now. This is a my first apartment since I move to Texas. Since I been here these apartments has changed. They use to care but now they do not. I am not happy here anymore because they just lie and change up there story about everything. As of now there will be a new company taking over. The new management name is Indiomanagement. I pray they is way better then the last management because these apartments has totally changed. The lawn is nasty. You can not have packages delivered to your apartment because people steal it . I have a reserve parking spot. Every time we come home from work or other outings someone is always park in my spot. If you call Apollo Towing nothing get done about it. I love this location very much because I am around everything. I hope they can transfer me to another apartment that I have requested and paid my transfer money for two months now. I hope and pray for the better.

The community is absolutely amazing. especially the front office they such lovely and amazing people. not to mention how they care about their community and residents. i absolutely recommend these apartments.

Very good service, Great people, Office Management Very Good and professional The Property is very maintained and Well taken care of . Erika & Coco are always so nice and willing to help you and work with you . Every since I moved in I haven’t not one bad experience thanks to both of them

Lived here for almost 3 years. Our AC went out recently and we notified the front several times and no one did anything about it. People rolling their eyes and acting like they don’t want to bothered. I would not recommend this place because they don’t care about their tenants but will throw a piss fit when it comes to the rent. How can you uphold a standard about rent but not maintain the apartments in reasonable condition for people to live in?

I been living here for the past 6 months & the people from the office always work with you. Maintenance people fix items in a timely manner. Everyone is so nice specially the manager & assistant. I plan on renewing again when it come time too !

These apartments are very trash and the dumpsters are always flooded, trash in the grass and in the breezeway. I constantly have to walk around things when leaving my apartment. Not to mention, visitors parking is at the very front of the complex so if family wants to come see me, they’ll have to park their car and walk all the way to the back! Besides the fact that most of the time the office is closed, They only seem trustworthy and Caring when it’s time to pay the rent. I do not recommend if you are considering this place.

I’ve been living here since August and I love my apartment and neighborhood. Rent office staff always have my back and help when I need them. When the kids was virtual learning they supplied them with lunch/snack during the week, which was really helpful some days. I will be here for awhile♥️

My A/C has been leaking .I called no one was in the office . Yes hen when I get a hold of someone they lie about coming to fix what’s wrong. So now I don’t have any A/C and the unit is leaking water unto the floor in a couple of places. This place gets No stars from me…

This is a great place. The office staff is very friendly. Great professional attitudes. Every question comment or concern you have, they make sure to respond to. They keep the grounds cleared of clutter. Black appliances! Wonderful! Plenty of space! If youre looking for a calm cool and collective place, Timber Ridge is your place!

Cant pay rent when nobody is in the office, overall a good place to live. Affordable and quiet

Living here is horrible. Do not sign a lease here. Maintence never fixs anything and they go up on rent. I can see if the apartment look like Magnolia down the street then cool. Concrete is jacked up. Beer bottles everywhere on the ground .Manager presents herself unprofessionally and has no lady like manner. They allow so much when it comes to others but quick to put a notice on others door when they are not correcting the people who violate the rules. Corporate needs to visit and change alot stuff about these apartments.

Nice apartment, they fix everything in a timely manner, never any problems with office, neighbors, or parking lot! They work with you also when applying!

If the departments are fine, the only bad thing is that the crane is constantly taking the cars, for example, they have already taken it 3 times and those of the administration never want to be held responsible, they put a lot of pretexts and between them And the cranes throw the ball and imagine its already 1000 dollars in less than a year Im just waiting for my contract to end and get out of this place

Every time I go there they have a mess in the garbage cans and my friend said they charge for parking.

Good place to live In fort worth.The good thing is that there is maintenance service 24 hours a day. Including Saturday and Sunday.The a / c was decomposed. On Saturday and fast they repaired it thanks to the ing. Pillo repaired immediately.
