I just had my car towed. I have parked in the visitors spot when I visit for months and now thats gone. My friends email said it waa from AA Towing in October and thats NOT WHO HAS MY CAR. WHY would you tell people this is your towing service and then change it one month later without telling your residents?? What is R2park website? Just some way for you to make money for your bad apartment complex, then you arent available to answer your phones to help people? Also fix the leaky faucet and raccoons living in the walls that you have refused to fix for a year.Edit: it costs $299 to get your car back after they steal it from you for not using their little website.

I have lived here for 11 years and the only way I am leaving is I am fortunate to buy a home. Yes this place has its own share if problems, but its home for me. Ive look at other apartment in the past, but they felt like apartment living. It is my belief when the management and maintenance services stabilizes, it will be like home sweet home again. The staff in place now are great and I hope everyone stays! Home is what you make it...and Ive found mine!

I understand that every complex has there issues and for the most part I’ve never had an issue until new management arrived they constantly give you the run around of getting things fixed in your home I have a job so I understand the lack of help in situation but the communication is terrible they tell you what you wanna hear over the phone and no one ever shows I have put in 6 work orders online and I’ve called every week I feel as though I’ve been understanding enough because of the busy maintenance man But when you continue to neglect to keep me informed of what’s going it becomes I problem I pay my rent just as well as the next person but hey as long as you can fix things your self there pretty good apartments.

I found out about this apartment complex via the Facebook app on my original interactions with Vanessa everything was pleasant and I was planning to move forward with the process of leasing an apartment. After completing the necessary paperwork and paying all the fees required no one ever followed up with me to share where that I had been approved for the unit or not. I had to take the initiative to call the leasing office to follow up. Im not sure if this is protocol with this property, however, it left a very dissatisfied taste with me that I had to follow up with someone regarding my application when typically the leasing company or the agent reaches out to you prior to. Secondly, I asked to view the floor plan for the unit I was planning to rent I was told that I would be notified before the end of the week when the unit was available to be viewed I called the property several times from Monday to Thursday and was given the same information. On Friday I happen to drive by the property and I asked to speak with the property manager to share my experience thus far I was immediately told to speak agent that she was unavailable to help me because she had a current situation she was working on and was busy. I am human and I completely understand that there are systems and protocols in place, however as a manager myself, I understand that customer service is my first priority anything else is secondary. A simple sure sit down and share my concerns and providing some knowledgeable feedback could have easily prevented this property from losing a potential long-term resident. I immediately notified the agent I no longer had a desire to lease from this property because if I have a valid concern and the property manager does not see the importance of addressing a situation with a potential resident. It is my plan to contact corporate and notify them about the customer service or the lack thereof I receive from their leasing manager.PS I would strongly discourage anyone from leasing from this company until New Management or new policies have been put in place to prevent this lack of customer service.***Reply Nice try, correction I never received one phone call from anyone regarding my application. Again I called the property to follow up about my application and that is then when I was informed that my application had been approved. I have not now nor have I ever received any documents from the property regarding my potential move in via email, mail or in person. And I would politely like for you to remove my government name from any response going forward thanks.

Initially when I moved in, I had a few concerns and issues with the complex. I have to say that every concern was addressed promptly by the Manger, Assistant Manger, and Maintenance. I appreciate that they have been willing to work with me to make sure I am happy and feel comfortable. I feel like the management care and have been very responsive and receptive. Sheryl has been great with making sure I am happy. I love Joe Beth and think she is an amazing addition to the team. Thanks guys!

I’ve been living here for 4 yrs now ... at the beginning it was rough because of the rude disrespectful manager they had, plus because the manager didn’t care some of the maintenance workers didn’t either but I am impressed with the improvements. I always loved My apartment, I don’t wanna ever move! The neighborhood is quiet (aside of the apartments next door) Nobody bothers you 🙂 I just hope the pools are open this summer.

Jo Beth is amazing and makes this apartment 5x better than it was!! Before, the office staff were not helpful at all and Cheryl was always yelling at someone. Dealing with Cheryl, and watching how she treats her employees and residents made me think if this is where I wanted to stay. It was not a great environment, and didnt seem like the kind of energy to attract new people to the apartment. Jo Beth is calm, nice and always has a smile on her face! Im so happy she is here!!

Soooooo many reasons why not to stay here. I didnt think they were a big deal but after adding to the issues, I wouldnt stay here again. They quoted wrong Price after moving in. Maintenance makes up a lot of excuses before they can fill an order. The hot water takes a minimum of 5 minutes to come on and thats been the issue since I moved in .The electricity goes out for hours at a time which is very inconvenient. The staff may be nice but if they cant fulfill promises, itsjust annoying. I never complain bc i dont wanna be that person but this is too much to ignore. I cant wait til my leaase is up.

My husband and I moved in mid-January, and like it so far! There have been some small issues that needed to be fixed, but the staff has been very quick to respond (usually same to next day,) and have followed up on an order that was taken care of, but not marked as closed. We had a small issue with a maintenance man’s response to a repair, but Vanessa even offered to send a different maintenance person for the next repair. We live at the front of the property, so there’s some road and highway noise, but not too bad. The construction across the street is sometimes noisy, but, again, not too bad. The grounds are cute, and pretty well kept, and they make an effort to make sure people keep their patios tidy. Our apartment on the second floor has plenty of space, and the vaulted ceiling with skylights makes it feel more spacious. You can see that management and maintenance are working on repairing and updating things. The only sort of inconvenient thing is that there’s only one exit, and one entrance open on the property (the others are locked,) but I assume that’s a safety measure.

If I can give it 0 starts I would. This place is sketchMy husband and I were looking for a place to live, the lady that showed us the apartments was nice, however management, in specific: VANESSA, is completely unprofessional. My husband and I were interested in a unit and we had the app going, paid the app fee and also gave them the money orders for deposit and rent so they could hang on because we were coming back on Monday to sign the lease and move in. Before I left I made sure they weren’t going to cash them just in case I changed my mind, and they told me they would ONLY cash application fee which was ok with me. Over the weekend I changed my mind and decided to go back on Monday to tell them to cancel and get my deposit and rent money orders back.First of all, when I pulled up I saw some random person lingering around the front door of the unit we were going to “move in” that same day. Thank God I made the decision to go elsewhere.. When I went in the office to ask for my money orders, Vanessa told me that they had already cashed in my money orders! WE HAVEN’T EVEN SIGNED THE LEASE AND THEY CASHED OUR MONEY WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. Then she has the audacity to tell me I had to wait 30 days to get my money back for a mistake SHE did. And then to make it worse I asked her to give me a written letter/receipt or something proving that she cashed my money and was going to give it back to me, and she said she couldnt even do that? No receipt no paperwork? Hmmm SKETCH. My husband then called the office and talked to Sally and told her if we don’t get our money back now we would seek legal counseling and she told him she was going to talk to corporate so they can get my money back soon. Sally was cooperative and understanding. Luckily we got our money back, but I got it on Thursday. I needed it by that same Monday.IF YOU COME HERE DO NOT BE SURPRISED IF THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. Sketch sketch sketch...

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The staff is rude. I have lived here for 3 months now and I moved in at the beginning of the summer. I was under the impression I would be living in a gated community with a pool. INSTEAD, I got a rude manager who thinks it’s okay to hang up on people when they’re trying to make a complaint. Also I have never been able to swim in the pool because they can’t pass the city inspection (wonder why🤷🏻‍♀️🤔🐸☕️) . I also got my car broken into twice because they did not fix the gate right next to my parking lot until after 2 1/2 months living here. I WILL NOT be renewing.

I have lived in this complex for 6 year. I have lived in 4 different models. Each time I had financial issues, and Ms. Diane helped me get into an apartment that would help me stay in the complex. I have lived with roaches, and not just a few either. I have put up with hearing g neighbors conversations, no close parking, as these are just a few. When I first moved in, I had a couple evictions and they told me with the evictions. I was happy. Before I moved into apartment I am in now, I was o. My last leg, I didnt have a good job, my car was repossessed, I wS about to give up, Ms. Diana prayed with me, and was shocked. Little to say Ive been at my job 3yrs and in the same apartment. I was sad to see Diana leave, but was exxexci about the change, and hoping for god things, and then Cheryl happened. This lady is so mean and rude I rarely would go to the office, I really disliked her attitude. She was rude, spiyefsp and downright hateful. I can only speak for my experience with her. Last year I had surgery and was unavailable to pay my rent until I left the hospital where are t 4 days had a HYSTERECTOMY. I woke up from surhsur worried and called to make arrangements for my rent, she told me it wasnt her problem, and she would be filing eviction by the end of the day. I cried and cried, I had to call my boss and she was wonderful enough to help me. She said when she went in to pay, Cheryl was rude to her too. I contemplated after that incident about signing another lease, but I did because I was in no condition to move. So its almost time to renew, and I was really going to do it when I met Jobec. I was like a fresh face, someone wo was nice and cordial. My neighbors information.ed me that Cheryl was back, and iam so glad I didnt sign a new lease. With rent going higher, and I still have to find a park when I home, no upgrades, still hearing my neighbors conversations so on and so forth, q have decided to move out soon. I moved to TX in 2012 not knowing anyone and this was home. I love my apartment and hate to leave, but I cant take Cheryl, I am not a person to dislike anyone, but I do dislike her. Like i said, these are my experiences. Thank you Carol Oaks, its been real.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid the $50 application fee and I was told I could go ahead and write a check for the $75 administration fee if I got the apartment since I lived far away. I wrote it ahead of time knowing that I had few options in terms of apartment choices. Fast forward to our move in date....the apartment wasnt move in ready by the promised date and they didnt even call me as a courtesy to say so. I had to call almost every other day for updates to this apartment I had never even seen before. Finally they say theyre ready for me to come get the key. I walk into the office and right away they are prodding me to sign the contract. I said um I need to see the unit before I sign. They take me to the unit and the drawers in the kitchen barely open cause theyre so gunky and the carpet was full of loose fibers they had not bothered to vacuum up. They told me the living room would have wooden floors like their model unit since I opted for the upgraded unit and it had carpet instead. They also told me that it did NOT have a patio when in fact it did! These peopleDo not know their apartment units at all...came with a mini washer and dryer but wasnt shown in the model unit. I asked where the WD would be located and they couldnt even tell me where. They could just guess. ( it was in the master closet btw) and the best part is, when I was on my tour I stopped and opened a few cabinets in the kitchen, screening for bugs. Well, I found them. Alive, at that. Nasty baby cockroaches alive and well. Needless to say I changed my mind about the unit and they said they would mail my admin fee back to me and took down my new address. Here I am waiting all this time, so I called today, 2 months later and spoke to the manager and she said the admin fee is nonrefundable.......what they use the admin fee for is beyond me especially since I WASNT GONNA RENT FROM THEM ANY LONGER. She had some lame excuses. These people just want your money, and want to provide the lowest quality of living available.
