I applied here today and had the best experience and I’ve toured 10+ properties. I’m super picky about everything but Omar did a great job making me feel welcome and comfortable. He answered all my questions and was very polite!

The New management team is extremely amazing. Omar is so polite and hes ontop of everything. He walks the property and talks with the community people. You tell him what you need done and Omar gets it done. Before this staff I wouldve said stay away, but because of Omar its a better place to live and so welcoming!! Thank you Omar for listening and getting the job done.

I called the office today to report an issue and met the new leasing agent Cecil. I was very irritated but he was able to fix the problem quickly. I’m so Glad Cecil is here. We need better service for Madison Park Apartments and for the wonderful people who live here. I sure hope Cecil will stay to get us the service we deserve and make this community a better place to continue to live. 🙏🏽❤️

Im very glad to have Cecil as my leasing agent. He’s very polite and very on top of his work. I was having a few maintenance issues and when I informed him on it he called maintenance himself and got it fixed for me. Overall he’s amazing at his job and does a very good job at keeping his residents here happy.

Said they had an apartment ready to view . But didnt have any available the next day I showed up. Update the website before you do anything. Thats pure negligence.

Cecil is the new office guy and they get a five. They get a five because before they came it was a lot of confusion things were not getting fixed but just as soon as they came into the office everything in my apartment was fixed immediately. I love the way they try to remember your name and just their friendly demeanor overall if you dont live here come rent.

Terrible management when I arrived. I think they’re fixing it now. Gate never closes. Had a leak in my ceiling for a whole year and yet they “fixed” it after 8 work orders. Refused to relocate me to a better apartment without a leaking ceiling without paying them a $300 moving fee... for their lack of proper living conditions.Gun shots every now and thenLoud neighborsPeople yelling and screaming late at nightKids out late and unattendedI moved here to save money but it wasn’t worth it at all. If it’s all you CAN afford well that’s unfortunate but I would have paid way more to not live there and go through what that front office did10 out of 10 would not recommmed

I been staying over here for almost a year and the new manager (Omar Jones) is unprofessional and don’t know how to talk to people...I asked for his manager number and he refused to give it to me..and kept saying he will not give me any information that I was asking for

The ladies in the office are very helpful and I loved the decorations they had up for the season! Love the community and everything is close by. I would recommend this place to everyone because it’s cheap and the upgrades are very modern chic!

As soon as i walked in the leasing office i was greated by warm welcoming faces. All of the employees were super friendly & helpful. They were able to answer all my questions confidently. The facilities were clean & recently updated. i would recommend.

Displays absolutely sucks the air conditioning never works his throat is everywhere the water is always leaking everywhere thanks get easily broken and fall apart so quickly I do not recommend that you stay here I wish I could read this please a zero a while ago my neighbors moved out it’s been nothing but noise and hammering since six in the morning my children and family can’t get any sleep at all do not move here find a better place I do not recommend it here

I’ve lived here for a little over two years. I had planned on nonrenewing but then they got new staff in the office and I decided to stay. Misty and Doug are great! They’re always so nice and try to help you out. My kids love the new sports court. All the changes in past 6 months have been great! I really like living here now.

Its a smaller property, but the apartment staff seems helpful, they do free social events for residents each month, and they have police officers patrolling the grounds regularly to take care of any issues. Seems like a good place to live.

Isnt this the apt complex where the dog was found dead and the other was found barely alive sitting on the balcony for weeks and nobody said anything!!!

Honestly this place isn’t what is says online . The ladies in the office are never there they Are at the other apartment complex!!! They are not helpful at all ! Never answer phone ! And you can’t find parking because you have people who with 5 cars and the gate is never closed !!! People steal your stuff ! Ha oh yea the office has to be open for you to reload your card to wash clothes! And guess what ha they are never there ! Moved in to a unit and it wasn’t cleaned ! Old food on the walls ! Bugs and even find personal things from the people who lived here before . Hah also all the reviews with 5 stars are all lies

I moved in June 2017 & stayed for a year. Any time I needed assistance with maintenance or other issues it was difficult getting in touch with staff. I had water leaking into my apartment semi-regularly for just over 6 months, only to find out it was negligence on their part as the rain drain was dumping water directly onto the side of the building near my kitchen & the water was pooling. Once they figured that out it resolved, but I had to deal with some mold & the mess of cleaning up water in my kitchen/dining room until then.Noise was also an issue - my neighbors would play loud music at 4am or from the evening well into the night. Sometimes all day Saturday. I dont mind music, but it needs to be appropriate & considerate as the buildings are old so you hear everything. Despite notifying the office & even calling security one night, it was never truly resolved until it seemed they stopped throwing such parties.The only bugs I had to deal with were some ants that got into my pantry (despite sealed bags) & laundry basket - a good bit of them so it was quite the clean up.Since moving out I had difficulty getting access to my deposit refund. Ive had to leave multiple messages at the office which are rarely returned. The staff do not seem to know the proper protocols. I ended up having to call the main office & an administrator is helping me sort that out.Frustrating all around since its a business, the office staff do not seem to take into account it is your home - but you pay for what you get. At the time it was the cheapest housing I could get with the availability.I hope this review is helpful. This was my first apartment on my own & I was not thrilled by it.

These apartments sucks. They don’t like to fix anything when you tell them something is broken. All they want is rent money that’s all they care about. I wish I could give them 0 stars because a 1 star is to much for them. Don’t move here not a good idea

I just want to say that I saw a car plow into the side of a building today. All the staff jumped on it. One of the things I saw was the maintenance man approach the driver to see if he was okay. You dont see that very often. Throughout the whole day, I kept seeing the maintenance man all around the property working. I never saw him stop. I wish maintenance men at all apartments had his drive to get things done. I know who Anthony is, so I believe it was Chad I was seeing. I want to give a shout out to that guy for everything he does.

My A/C went out on Memorial Day and Torres came out and fixed it promptly. He did a GREAT job and was very respectful. Big thanks to him.

Dont waste your money on these apartments yeah they look nice and all but these ppl dont care about their tenants they only care about the money. I had a problem with water going into my apartment every time it rained and every time I would call. All those times they told me the problem was fix, no it wasnt they also lied when they told me they hired a professional to look and see where it going in from and also lied that they were gonna move me. There was mold in my apartment and I have two kids to look after and they didnt care about our health . Theres more to my situation with these apartments but just a heads up DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I am pregnant and have a one year old in the house so my air all of a sudden started to not work properly . we started sweating everyday they would not fix a thing told me its not broke its just hot outside. I am not outside. I am inside with air conditiong and it should be blowing properly. Also i told them i had an ant infestation, ask them to help. They agreed to but never did anything. They are sorry.

These people in office are really outstanding people to know they will listen to your concerns about your place or about the whole apartment complex also they always have a smile on there face that says come in we will be glad to have you as our new resident its the high most popular place to live in Woodhaven

Its cool for the most part. Office staff nice!Kids and neighbors can be loud and i hate only 3 bedrooms have washer and dryer connections.UPDATE: Wanted to renew my lease but once they got new management and I begin to see roaches I’m like NEVERMIND! I have a $300 credit and now it seems as I owed them. Hmmmmmm I’ve heard every excuse in the book and nobody has yet to show me a ledger. Put my 60 days notice in and I will definitely need my credit as well as my deposit. Not taking any excuses!

Moved in with an infestation of bed bugs, when complained, 3 times, all they could do is send in theyre pest control team, only slows them down for a night. Your property will not be covered and if you choose to break your leasing contract your records will show no reason. If you are going to move in inspect the place first. Enjoy the bed bug pics:)

I wish I could give 0 stars. These apartments are really terrible. I currently stay here and have been for awhile and it takes maintenance about a week to show up to fix anything...three water leaks from both of the upstairs bathrooms and our broken ac unit....black mold in the bathroom not to mention a flooded bathroom and bedroom 😒😒😒

At the end of the day i am grateful that i have a roof over my head. Sadly to say these are not the best apartments to stay in and i wouldnt advise noone to come here. Full of rodents and the maintence here are not worth much. The office really dont care unless you paying your rent!

To be honest I dont like these apartments Ive been here to almost two years an even before I moved in the lady that helped my husband an I was more focused on our last names being the same an messed up on everything we were promised an showen an apartment with a fireplace an they changed at the last minute when we moved it it smelled like dog pee an ever since Ive been here they have changed management at least twice an changed the mail boxs an didnt even give a notice out went without my mail for about two weeks an on top of that I had a lady from the office come to my door an literally talked to me like I dont know English she was like umm thats a no no I have never felt so disrespected at these apartments my room had flooded an the old manger literally told me that my apartment wasnt as important cause other peoples was worse I GIVE ZER0 STARS

They do not work, its the worst, I do not recommend them, they just put in a crane and they negotiate with the crane, they raise it right and left, and they do not get closer.

There are about 50 cockroaches per square foot
