The apartment team is so awesome! They immediately contact when we need something fix and try to do it right away, super blessed how nice they are.

I met with Maria, and she provided a superb experience during an unique time. She was polite, professional, and responsive during my visit. The apartment complex is beautiful and the units are breathtaking. For these reasons, I’m excited to make Park 7 my home.

Office, maintenance, and management are amazing! Grounds are always clean and the outdoor seating area is great for hanging out!!! I love the white kitchen interior with the stainless steal appliances, makes the place feel bright and homey! Couldn’t of asked for a better place to call home!

These apartments are very clean and updated. The units are very spacious especially for the area. Jose was so helpful in helping me find the right unit and guiding me through the application process. He went out of his way to make sure I loved the unit I applied for. Couldn’t be happier with my experience at park 7.

I’ve been at Park7 for a little over 2 months, and I definitely recommend! Manager Jose is very responsive, and never fails to provide all residents with great hospitality. Management is quick about service requests as well. All amenities are upgraded, and the apartment has phenomenal finishes!

Moved in during the covid shutdown and Maria in the leasing office made it an easy process. Been here about a month and so far everything has been great.

Andrea is awesome. Ive really enjoyed living here. Its close to everything. Theres no pool but the monthly events compensate for that. I recommend this place.

I just moved into Park7 and this place is awesome. Its immaculate inside- air conditioned hallways are kept surprisingly cold and theyre well lit with beautiful fixtures, very clean color scheme and top-of-the line appliances. The hands on management and leasing professionals are very accommodating; theyre half the reason Im writing this review. Everything can be controlled by my phone from wherever I am... Clothes washer and dryer is in the closet which is perfect.Its a quite area tucked right off the beaten path of West 7th with upscale town homes surrounding the complex. The complex is within 30 seconds of West 7th Target but you dont feel like youre in a busy part of town. Theres a huge rooftop patio with an unbelievable view of the Fort Worth skyline. The fact that theres 40 other units opposed to 300 make it even better. This place is awesome, highly recommend if youre looking for an apartment in Fort Worth near downtown.

UPDATE : I just moved into park 7 about a month ago and I love it so much. The inside of the units are beautiful. Everyone as far as the leasing office is so friendly and accommodating that make me feel like this is my home. Haven’t met too many neighbors yet but there all different types of people, younger, older. Great for pets.So this is how I originally felt about park 7 but I’ve been here for about 8 months now and the way I feel has definitely changed. I really don’t know where to start. They never cut the weeds, like ever I don’t think I have ever seen them do this and there bad, looks like it’s a condemned house. Someone has rammed into the call box at the parking twice maybe three time and the gate exiting once. And now they just have nothing there and the gate wide open. They put in a mural in the enterance that looks like a tacky elementary school. It’s definitely at party spot, which is fine to me. I’m in college but you will wake up the next morning with beer cans in the dead potted plants they have up front and throw up by the entrance and dip and burnt out cigarette in the elevator. But when I had two guest over after a shift of waiting tables (a total of 4 people in the apartment) we get texts messages saying we were too loud. So the absolute biggest problem I have with park 7 is the poor insulation, it’s bad. I mean bad bad. We can hear people sneeze, cough, open cabinets, walk around, turn on the shower, full on conversations and things you would never want to hear other people do. However it doesn’t bother me that about my neighbors they should be free to live there lives, it’s park 7’s insulation. And it makes me feel uncomfortable to laugh with my boyfriend or really do anything because I can hear the people next door so I know they can hear me. Extremely disappointing to live like this. Also they will lie to get you into the apartment saying that there going to make roof top terrace, no they will not. There has been two plastic chair up there since I’ve lived here and that’s it. They promised a gym by November, its March. And another tenant told us they promised an earlier date when they moved it so clearly there lying, they will promise donuts in Sunday’s, that literally only happens the first Sunday we moved in and never again. And they will send you emails complaining about us picking up after our pets but literally do no up keep on there end of any of landscaping, so what does it matter? I’m extremely put out by this place..
