I worked for Stanley Steemer 20 years ago and they have definitely stepped up their game tremendously. From the moment I booked online and even after the departure of the crew communication has been very good and accurate eta’s. Pricing was understood upfront and wasn’t a bait and switch high pressure sales gimmick . Joseph was very professional and did a great job with our carpet and tile. We were about to replace all of it but Joseph was able to restore everything back to like new. He was very knowledgeable and you can tell he takes his job very seriously. They were EXTREMELY punctual, very helpful, and went about their work professionally. 10/10recommend and WILL be calling them again!Also… when scheduling my service over the phone, I was directed to a woman named Marissa P. and she was AMAZING. This may seem a bit odd, but after I ordered my cleaning services, I stayed on the phone with her just chit-chatting and we truly bonded over shared life events! I got off the phone feeling as though my soul had been refreshed!I have nothing but high praise for this company.

I received text leading up to my delivery day & time. Received text day before confirming. Received text the day of with driver tracking, which was awesome because it gave me time to put the dog outside. Isis and Elian was prompt, placed each rug where indicated and took care in removing the plastic and tags. Both were very courteous and polite. I will definitely use Stanley Steamer again in the future!

I just had my carpets clean by Adrian Linares and he was sure a great person and did an amazing job cleaning my 30 year old carpet. My house has had 5 dogs and 6 children and went he came in to clean the carpet was brown with a massive amount of dark brown stains. When he left it was back to its original sliver gray. AMAZING!! He is a magician 🎩 I will never use anyone else. He is a miracle worker. I highly recommend Adrian Linares to do any carpet ESPECIALLY one that you think is unsalvagable. You will be so grateful to spend the time and money to clean not not replace your carpet.

Time is money and also reflective of respecting others of their time. This franchise gives a four hour window to provide their service and then calls a half hour before the fourth hour and wants to schedule a later appointment, offering no compensation for the four hours I just gave away. I was able to set and schedule my appointment the same day. Adrian L. was extremely professional and nice. The derive was better than expected.

Well, my area rug was picked up on July 30 and we never got a call until I called them. That was on September 15. Why was I not informed that it was delayed? And the spot from the magnolia seed is still there. So I paid over $300, they did not keep me in the loop and the stain is still there. The delivery guys did great!

They were quick! I asked them to wear a mask and they did not get an attitude nor say, Its not required from our company. They respected our request and home. There was a black spot from gum in our carpet and it is gone now. I was shocked they were able to remove so many spots. Ivan and Noahie(may not have the name right) did an excellent job. I would love to have them for my next cleaning. Thank you two for being so professional.

We had tile previously cleaned by a third party home cleaning service before we moved into a home built in 2015. After this cleaning we still had very stained grout lines.Stanley Steamer did a great job cleaning tile and getting most of the grease/dirt out from the grout lines. We added their service to paint and seal all the grout lines. Wow! Looks new and no greasy/dirty grout lines anymore. Thank you Stanley Steamer.

The carpet cleaning itself was great. Appears to be some damage to a recliner that was moved. Will be contacting the company about thatUpdate.....4 attempts to contact and 3 assurances that I would be receiving a call. Nothing. We still have a damaged recliner. Down to one star.

I had my air ducts cleaned. After many in home projects I knew they needed it. They gave a free in home consultation about what they do and how they do it. They came in, re-explained what they were going to do and did exactly just that in less than 2 hours. Cleaned the air ducts and cleaned the vents as well which was really nice. I requested services for not only my carpets to be cleaned, but some upholstered furniture as well. I told the receptionist about the problem areas on my carpet. The main concern was embedded slime. She told me no problem. Also, I told her about the two pieces of upholstered furniture I wanted clean. She said no problem. The technician gets here and right away tells me he can not get slime out of carpet and that he also could not clean my upholstered furniture because it would leave water spots if he did..These two request were the only reason I hired a professional to come out. I own a carpet cleaner myself and could have preformed the same service I spent $200 today. Waste of my time and money.

Adrien did a wonderful job on our porcelain tiled floors. We have two huge dogs and live in the lake so there’s always dirt and water being tracked in. The floors looked brand new. The shower and tile also turned out great. We will absolutely use them again.

We usually clean our own carpets but this time I decided to have it done. I wasnt really sure who to call. I tried to make an appointment with another company but they could not work with my schedule. So I remembered 1-800 steamer. Got online & made the appointment. They came today & I know I chose the right company for the job. I had 4 rooms done and they all look great. I also had them deodorize and they smell wonderful. The 2 techs Noe & Ivan did a great job and took time to answer any questions I had and made sure I was satisfied with the service. I WILL be calling again. Thank you for an awesome job.

The cleaners arrived acted very professional, and we’re done with the whole house in 2 1/2 hours. We have white carpet and can definitely tell the improvement. We also had odor treatment done and everything couldn’t be better. Would definitely recommend.

We had them take our rug to their facility to clean. In March.. They said they could get pet urine stains out. They kept it an extra week past their alloted time. They also charged us 346.00 for the cleaning. We were in the process of moving, so, we didnt unwrap the rug out of the plastic cover until we got moved today. The rug is full of the same urine stains! I am very disappointed. They should have told us that the stains were still there. I will never use Stanley Steemer again. I really dont know what we paid that much money for.

I will not use Stanley Steemer again. I had a phone conversation with the most unprofessional and rude individual named Ron. I called with questions about an appointment I already scheduled, and he continuously responded with the same phrase “everything we need we have in the truck” no matter how I asked the question. All I wanted to know was what product they would be able to use to get the stain out of my couch in addition to just doing a basic cleaning. Completely absurd and rude behavior for someone working in customer service.

My ducts and vents were thoroughly cleaned for the first time ever. Interestingly, I can already tell the difference in the air flow.

The technician made recommendations about cleaning the mattress and furniture that ended up saving me some money. I appreciate the honesty and would use Stanley Steemers again.

With the ongoing pandemic, as I have been spending more time at home, I realized it was time to finally clean the carpets. The respect for my home and health was beyond excellent; they kept their distance, wore a mask, and shoe covers all while providing excellent customer service. My carpets look better than they did when they were new, are amazingly soft, and smell wonderful! I would recommend to anyone, but remember to not walk on them while wet and do not replace your furniture until your carpet is completely dry.

I had my tile and grout cleaned and couldn’t be more pleased with the result and the customer service... can’t remember the guys name but he was the the epitome of professional and polite while being extremely informative at the same time! I posted my 1 star review last night and by 8am thus morning Dustin the new branch manager called me to apologize for the confusion but to also uphold my previous arrangement. He was courteous and professional its 9am and they are cleaning as I type. Way to be on top of things 🙌 couldnt say the same for the previous guy John. Jesus and Isaac are the hard workers that cleaned the carpets are very respectful and not too pushy which I appreciate! Definitely recommend. (Will update once carpet is dry)

So I scheduled to have my upholstery cleaned today. Received a notification they would come out today from 2pm-6pm. Almost 5pm I called the local number which goes to a generic hotline (someone sitting at home) only to tell me they cancelled it because no one was home and they called me. Two things! I’ve been waiting on a Saturday doe these people to show and I never received a call. That’s unprofessional and unacceptable! So now I have to find another company to clean my furniture. Totally wasted my entire day. Please do not use them. Scheduled with the location out of FT worth. Texas.

The Stanley Steemer Techs cleaned the Air Ducts and Dryer in our home. They were very professional and answered all my questions. They did a great job. I was very pleased with the service.

Gerard and Jonathan were extremely professional and helpful. Gerard really took time to answer my questions and address any concerns. They did a great job! Will be looking the next few weeks to see if the stains come back (due to how deep they were) but so far everything looks wonderful!

Lock your stuff up. They both went into my bedroom and shut the door to “steam”. My adjoining bedroom bathroom door was previously shut. After they left, I found prescription medication missing. I thought I was safe with the bathroom door shut. I was wrong. Brazen.

Had tile and grout cleaned. Very inconsistent job done, with darker splotches left here & there in the grout lines. Technician tried to upsell grout sealant & color stain service, which is fairly expensive & we declined. A few days later we called and asked for a second look by another crew. They came out and after looking at it 1 minute said it was the best that could be done without upgrading the service. Asked them to spot clean a few places & they reluctantly agreed. They pointed out that it was still dark looking (dirty) & not possible to get any cleaner. After they were gone a few hours the spot cleaned places were dry and much cleaner than after original cleaning. Decided to buy a steam cleaner today and clean remaining areas that we were not satisfied with & it looks great. We did not receive full value for the service we paid for.

The team I had were super friendly! Very professional and went the extra mile to move furniture to clean under them. Everything was put on foam or plastic to prevent furniture damage. I was impressed with them so Ill also be using their duct cleaning service in the coming weeks.

The technician was knowledgeable regarding the care of carpet and services offered by Stanley Steemer. He did a walkthrough, communicated areas where the carpet fibers were worn or had excessive damage from wear. Provided opportunities to inspect service areas for satisfaction. I tried cleaning my hardwood floors myself, well THAT didnt work as good as I thougt and wanted my floors to look better. I realized that I was not strong enough to really stroke the push mop as hard as a man could. So what I decided to do is call a floor cleaning company and Stanley Steemer came up. I set an appointment and they came out and guess what??? My floors did NOT look any different I PROMISE YOU! THIS IS A COMPANY FOR CARPET ONLY NOT FLOORS! So if you want to take a chance on carpet cleaning I WOULDNT you can BUT definitely not flooring. I started not to pay but I did because he came out, TRIED but could NOT do a good job. Lastly the guy started out by saying...well all we do is and we may not be able to do this do that....Well thanks a lot for making me feel good that I trusted you would do a good job and that you think highly of the company you work for....

Unfortunately, I’d have to rate the quality of the cleaning a 2 out of 5. My carpet looked ‘okay’ while it was a heavily saturated with water and product. 17 hours later, my carpet is still wet and I can still feel product in the carpet 😒. I was told it would take 5-6 hours to dry. I’ll have to have them recleaned by another company bc Im sure the carpet will begin to feel ‘crunchy’.

My carpet looks brand new again. I’m so pleased with the service and the guy that did the work was so professional and nice. I would highly recommend!!
