I am very pleased with the customer service and the results. Mike was exceptional, he kept me informed, was on time, and made my grout look like it was brand new! Price was reasonable and much better than their competitors. I would absolutely recommend them!

We just bought a house and the carpet smelled terrible as the prior owners had a dog. After the carpet cleaning company left I came to inspect their work and the carpet smelled just as bad as before they came. I called up Mark and he raved about how many times they had to vacuum the carpet to get it clean. Only after pressing him multiple times would he start to talk about the carpet being cleaned after being vacuumed. I still am unsure if they actually cleaned it. We went back and forth a bit as he talked about dog hair and urine but he agreed to have someone come out that very afternoon between 2-4 pm so I took the afternoon off from work. No one showed up so I called Mark back before 4pm and he then stated that he performed the service and had been paid so that was the end of it. He went on to say that he could send someone out to clean the carpet and investigate the source of the carpet smell but he said that he would charge me. Their website is pretty good but the content is not accurate in that they are not professional, not on time, and do not pay attention to details. A lot of good reviews are posted on their website but I believe they only post the good reviews. So Mark and I went back and forth a bit about the terrible service and the carpet smell being unchanged and Mark simply hung up on me. Im now looking for another carpet cleaning company to come in and do the job right.

Mike Mitchell is the man. He has been cleaning our couches and carpets for years and he’s just the best in the business. Highly recommend. Very professional, courteous, and efficient.

I own a rental property in Fort Worth, but I reside in Houston. Michaels company was referred to me by a friend. I needed the carpet to be replaced in 2 bedrooms. I contacted Michael and he went over to look at the rooms to take measurements. He followed up with me and sent pictures of carpet samples and pricing info. The new carpet was installed in one day. Michael was very professional and responsive in a timely manner. He also checked on information on painting for me. I highly recommend Generation Carpet Cleaning.

These guys are fantastic! They came out and helped me understand how to clean my unique upholstery and how chemicals are bad for it. Then they reversed the damage done to the couch from former cleaning people. My couch is all one color and looks amazing! And their prices are competitive/reasonable!

Our home was built in 1949, we recently replaced the HVAC System and did a complete remodel of the home down to the studs. The home still had that old musty smell. Mike came out and cleaned and sanitized our air ducts. There was a lot of old debris, dust etc. removed. The musty smell is gone and I am sure this will help with my horrible allergies. I have used Mike for years thru our moves . I me Mike when he worked for a local big name company. I was impressed with his professionalism, care and attention to detail so when he went out on his own, I followed him. He is honest, very hard working, professional and a guy of integrity. His work never disappoints!

Ive used Generation Carpet twice and have been extremely pleased. They are very prompt and professional, calling 30 minutes prior to arrival. Their prices are fair and they do a thorough, excellent job. They have recommendations on carpet/tile care going forward. They also will clean vents and do restoration after extreme damage. I dont normally do many reviews, but this company deserves it. --And I am not a family member or friend do this to help them.I just took a chance from googling and looking at reviews. I was plesantly surprise about responsiveness; actually answering the phone, a flexible scheduling. We had a short window to work with between tenants.They were able to complete carpet stretchng and cleaning with wonderful results! ( And this was fairly old carpet)The helpful nature of Mike cannot be overstated. I was working there by myself and he assisted me in turning on the water at the meter (the smart ones look different) and troubleshooting a power issue I had on the hot tub. I know they cant promise that in all situations, but his helpful and possitive attitude and grace was much needed and appreciated!Thank you Mike!
