Called due to our heat not working. I was given an arrival window and they were here at that time. Extremely professional and gave updates as they were figuring out the issue.Luckily it was a simple fix, the visit was a reasonable cost and they fixed the issue quickly. Both techs were friendly and will totally call on them again.

We originally made a mistake trusting a contractor sent via the Home Warranty for our new house. After weeks of no remedy we found North Tarrant and they miraculously were able to fix the issue within minutes. Additionally they installed a new unit with a more reasonable estimate than the big box company. The crew is great and even got to meet the owner. Have easily recommended these guys to others.

My AC went out in the middle of the night, and I submitted a repair request online, I had a call back by 8am and Ben arrived around 2pm, earlier than estimated. Ben is extremely professional and courteous and his knowledge of AC systems had our system repaired within 15 minutes! I have used this company for my AC needs for the past several years and I have never been disappointed.

Excellent service. I called after 1pm and they were able to get to m home in 1.5 hours. The AC wasn’t blowing cold. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again and tell my friends.

These guys came out and solved my problem quickly and professionally. I had used a different company to look at my clogged drain line and they recommended substantial repairs to my system at potentially thousands of dollars. These guys were honest and completed my repairs in about 45 minutes at a very reasonable charge. In this day and age it is hard to find people that are trust worthy. I highly recommend this company.

Mr Chris arrived on time Monday 8am morning with a last minute call the night before when my AC was not working properly (running non-stop). He and his assistant troubleshooted the system and quickly determined it was the overflow drain kill-switch that was the culprit(it did its job to turn off condenser). Cleaned out the clogged line and all was good. Also checked for refrigerant pressures and those were good, and identified a small leek at the valve to the outside unit which I will have him repair soon. Thank You!

Chris, the owner is every polite and helpful and his crew was very professional. This is my second year to use their services for spring check up and service on my AC units. They were very careful with our home. I was pleased during this terrible CV-19 situation they wore gloves and respirators while in the home. They stood 6 ft back after ringing the door bell and asked questions regarding my heath and situation before they enter the house. They cleaned out condensation drain line, checked compressors and cooling coils and blower in attic. Service was quick and they finished in a couple hours. Pricing for service plus 2lbs of coolant was much less than anticipated. I highly recommend North Tarrant AC !!

Called North Tarrant AC after a couple other companies were too busy to come out. Thankfully the third time’s the charm. Chris was very helpful on the phone. We agreed for them to come out the following day since we still had one working AC unit. Ben & Miguel called us on their way over within the 2 hour window we originally scheduled, which seems rare anymore. Our unit was diagnosed and repaired in a very timely manner for a very fair price. Outstanding service by Chris . Called himon Saturday morning and he said he would be over between 1-3. He called around 11:30 and said he could come over earlier. They replaced the compacitor and was done within 15 minutes .He did not charge me because he said I do my maintenance with him and I will definitely use him for all my air conditioning/ heating problems. Great fast friendly service. Had a unit that wasnt cooling. Suspect 12-year old coil is rusted out and has pinholes, allowing refrigerant to slow leak out. Older r-22 unit. Trying to limp it through the summer months and buy new r410a equipment in the winter. Ben came out promptly (on a Saturday, without any extra charge for weekend) and put 2 lbs of refrigerant in for a really good price compared to others that quoted me. Will definitely use them again. Chris and his team are absolutely amazing ! We were having issues with our AC unit since moving into our home, and we had come to the realization that we needed to replace the system. After getting numerous quotes, Chris was not only reasonable, but we used some of what we saved over competitors quotes to upgrade the units to higher quality models. They showed up, as promised, at 8am with a huge crew of guys, and by lunchtime both outdoor units and both attic air handlers and furnaces were replaced and running. We ordered the guys pizza for lunch, and they were all super respectful and thankful for the food. they even went so far as to move around some landscape rocks and add some mulch to the beds where the outdoor units went because they were bigger than what they replaced. These guys are absolutely outstanding - reasonably priced, and do great work !

This the second AC they have installed for me. I moved from my other house so needed a new one, it was a very big job as I wanted the air handler out of a closet it was in. They did it with no problem, I wouldnt use anyone else, for install or service. And they beat most all prices.

I was amazed at the number of people that showed up to get this job done. They started with seven and I think a couple more showed up later. In addition to installing the new system they identified that the amount of air supply was too low and installed an additional intake. They also re-organized all of the Plenum intake hoses for a efficiency. They were very concerned with their cleanliness throughout my house including vacuuming my foyer at the end. The new thermostat is slightly smaller than the old one and they even got paint from me to hide the old seams. They took the time to go over the new thermostat and the app with me after connecting it with my Wi-Fi. The real key is that I trust North Tarrant Heat and Air and I look forward to them servicing my unit as necessary and only as necessary as opposed to my prior HVAC company.

I cannot say enough about this company and the team. They replaced our AC a few years ago and did a phenomenal job. Since then, every time we have had them out, they have been prompt, professional, and their prices have been honest and fair. Most recently, our AC went out on a Saturday night. I called Sunday morning and fortunately caught them at the end of a job in our area. They easily could have gone home for the day but instead, Ben arrived at our house within 10 minutes. Due to a tree company that damaged my a/c unit and refused responsibility to fix it I called North Tarrant Heat & Air who installed our a/c a few years ago and it runs great.. The damage was to the cover so I called and Chris sent his crew out to check on it out. They said I needed a new cover only and they installed it a week later when they got the parts. They did an awesome job, but what is more awesome I didnt have the money to pay up front while waiting for the tree co who damaged it to pay for it. I know this is not the norm but thats where they stand out and ahead of the compition! This is truly customer service..
