They described everything they were going to do ahead of time and spent about 2 hours in the house. I asked them up front to let me know if they find any mold so I can see it. They agreed but did not find any, and they did not push for any extra services. They also left the house clean. All in all, I have no reservations about recommending them and I would definitely use them again.

I called to get my Ducts cleaned thru Miles Duct Cleaning services. I guess they are busy and sent me to a subcontractor called Roger Attic Insulation who then sent a another sub contractor called simply AIR DUCT CLEANING SERVICES. The fee for cleaning 9 vent and one return and Blower was $1880! Wow what a rip off! I threw this rip off company out of my house. I then called Miles Duct Cleaning services to complain and talk to a manager. They had Mike call me with Rogers Attic services. Terrible scam artist. I will be filing complaints with BBB and any other agency that handles this kind of scam. Avoid this company as they subcontract out to the lowest scum out there!

Tech did an evaluation and determined that the duct did not need cleaning, due to a breakage in the duct that he correctly diagnosed and pointed out. He did not charge me anything for coming out, and I will definitely hire them again after the duct is repaired and needs cleaning about a year from now. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Unlike other companies, was not afraid to clean ducts that vented to the roof, although it turns out our vent was not on the roof. The guys did a really good job. They arrived a little earlier than they were supposed to but, that worked out because I had a painter here anyway. Wish you could see the dust and debris coming out of the vacuum. You can also tell by all that gets trapped in the filter. You should have seen all the lint that came out of the dryer vent. I use this company for the first time and asked all the questions I would need to know about how much it would cost for cleaning 2 vents and changing a filter. The price did not sound bad on the phone but when they finally came after not calling me to let me know they had a person who was sick and they couldnt come that day. A nightmare to schedule their services! I had them scheduled for Sunday evening during a 3 hour time window, they called 3 hours before the scheduled time to come to the house. I told them I would not be available until our scheduled appointment time, so without notifying me they canceled the appointment and never showed up! I should have just moved to another company at that point, but I gave them a second chance. I spoke with the manager and rescheduled the service for a 3 hour time window in the evening. They call me at 10am to come to the house to preform the service. I once again tell them I am not available until our scheduled appointment time. So then I am told they cant make that appointment time. At that point I cancelled the service appointment. Twice they could not honor their appointment times and I do not have all the free time in the world to sit around waiting for them. Very disappointed and frustrated.
