The techs came to clean our carpets and did an AMAZING job! My husband and I were totally blown away by their expertise and attention to detail. We never thought our floors could look like the day they were installed new, but this company sure knew their craft of cleaning! We will ALWAYS hire them to make our home look fresh and new again! Soar Air Duct guys did a great job for us. They were professional, timely, and friendly. They explained how their technique was different and more thorough than competitors. We just had our ducts cleaned by Soar Air Duct, they were very professional and addressed all the questions and concerns we had, they found a hole in one of our ducts which led to air coming from the crawl space into the house. They were friendly and professional. I felt like they were honest and upfront with me. I was planning to have my dryer vent cleaned as well, but because it was located on an outside wall, they explained that the cleaning service wasnt necessary.

Scheduled the first appointment and no one showed up. Scheduled a second appointment and no one showed up. Very frustrating. I also called the day of the second appointment to make sure they were out there at 1:00 pm like they said they would. At 3:45 pm they had just told me they were heading that direction. No one still showed up after they told me they were coming.
