Wilson Home Services was terrific for us. We had trouble getting a faucet set from a local supply store (it was 8 days late), but Wilson worked with us (Jennifer was really helpful and daily kept making a spot for us on the schedule in case it came in). When the faucet set finally arrived, they were here on the double. Lyle and Josh took us through each step, gave us a more-than-fair estimate, installed a second faucet for us, and made two bathrooms function (and look) so much better! Their work was performed in a timely manner and professionally. We highly recommend them.

Wilson has been great the last two times I’ve had them come out. Lyle and Josh did a great job fixing our plumbing issue and were great guys to deal with. Dan came out to check our furnace and was wonderful as well. He made meaningful comments but wasn’t pushy about selling us anything.

I called to schedule an estimate for HVAC replacement and I was amazed that the owner (Mr. Wilson) is the one who answered. He was very nice and after a few minutes discussing my situation, it was obvious he had tons of experience and that felt very comforting. The way they do business makes SO MUCH sense to me....the installer was the one who is also the estimator. It makes perfect sense to me that the person doing the install would know exactly what is needed for each situation....and thus would be the best person to give me an estimate. They were able to install a completely new system the very next day after estimate. They install techs were friendly and knowledgeable....and pretty funny as well. Everyone was very up front (transparent) during the entire process. Highly recommend!

He replaced the coil, furnace and condenser on my downstairs unit. The quality of installation and attention to detail was exceptional. Victor was very professional and competent, arrived on time and stayed to 10pm to install a new Carrier 3.5 ton hvac including furnace with 1 and then another team member Ronnie. They added an upgraded thermostat too. Great attitude and fair price as I got other bids.They were honest and registered the equipment online for us.They charge $160 per year for ac maintenance of all acs and extra plumbing services with no service fee. We had received an outrageous quote from a different plumbing company. Luckily, we remembered to call Wilson Home Svcs, and they saved us A LOT of money. They even came the same day we called! I have used Wilsons home services in the past (to replace my hot water heater) and was super impressed with the quality of the install, the integrity of the company and the incredible value for the money. With that background, when my HVAC system essentially self-destructed after 20 years, I contacted Wilsons at night for an estimate. Victor, the lead installer wrote me back the same night, and the office called as soon as they opened up the next day. I had a quote that was a complete quote including tax, within an hour. Wilsons Home Services went above and beyond to get the entire unit to my house which was quite a feat given the shortages of HVAC systems nationwide. They worked the issue of supply incredibly hard and obtained the system I wanted Victor, the lead installer, Darrel the lead electrician, and Ronnie from senior management are all incredibly professional, dedicated, polite and quite honestly perfectionists when it comes to the install, clean up and customer interface. Super representatives for the company! I did get to speak with Mr Wilson who is in my opinion a Prince among men. They treated me like a VIP and I will continue to do business with them. I could not be more pleased with Wilson Home Services and their quality, integrity and value for price they provide!!!

I made an appointment with this company for 11am today, which I had confirmed the day before. No one contacted me or showed up for the appointment, so I had called to see what had happened, they had explained that my appointment was lost. I scheduled another for later in the day and when no one showed up for that one I called to see what happened. The owner himself Mr. Wilson happened to answer and explained to me that they were helping people all over the metroplex due to the recent snow storm and that I would just have to wait. I explained my frustration with the original appointment and received no apology, just more explanations about how they are busy and how long he has been in the business. I explained that I needed them to inspect the sewer line of a house that I was intending on buying and that time was a factor and that his team was knowledgeable of my situation from earlier in the week. I was told Well if the sewer line was a concern to you, you probably shouldnt buy the house anyways. The service they were hired for was to inspect the sewer line so that my realtor and I could make that decision. NOT HIM!We waited even longer for someone to come and when they got there the camera to inspect the sewer line didnt even work. His crew was polite and apologetic, and I imagine do great work normally. Mr. Wilson himself was rude, and condescending. Since he felt the need to give me his unsolicited advice, heres a little for him: dont be condescending to your customers when you cant even book appointments correctly.

Review also mentions two missed appointments. So was he bit twice on two separate days or are you a heartless company that expected the same employee to show up to work for the second appointment while dealing with a family emergency? So your excuse or the dispatcher one is dishonest (after already posting what dishonest people work at this company). So by all means, pardon ME for the honest review..Where e reviews come from? Friends/paid?? Called and they showed up for a quote on two projects. Called and told them they got the bid and scheduled appointment to come back out. Day of, they were a no show. WE called and got an oh, something came up and we forgot to call. Gave benefit of doubt and rescheduled. Second appointment comes and no show again. Call office and they have no clue about anything... ANYTHING... Got song and dance first time about just one electrician. If that is the case, why did the guy who came and gave quote give us his personal number to do the job? Dishonest/clueless company AND employees.

Our heater wouldn’t start this winter so I made a call to Wilson Home Services. Next morning Josh made it out to our home right at the appointment time. He showed me pictures of what was going on with the unit and the overall system and gave me solid recommendations. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed up in no time. I really felt comfortable with them and their pricing. Great group of honest quality people. They definitely deserve their highly rated reviews. We will be using Josh for our future needs.

This is by far the worst company Ive ever interacted with. They didnt show up for the appointment that they set--despite even calling to confirm the appointment with us the day before--and then set up another appointment five hours later. The kicker is that they were 2.5 hours late to the second appointment, and the camera (for which the entire appointment was for) didnt even work. The owner of the company didnt even apologize and instead attempted to explain why the appointment shouldnt have been kept because of how busy they are. The only thing Im thankful for in this whole experience is that I didnt have to give them any money because I hope they never make another cent.

Contacted them thru Yelp for a quote for a plumbing job - faucet replacement. Got a prompt response and was asked to call them for the quote. The lady on the phone gave me a quote and I double checked if there would be any additional charges. She said that would depend on additional work that needs to be done. I confirmed that it would be fair for any additional work other than the replacement of the faucet, should it occur, be discussed at the time of work. The appointment was scheduled for the following day.The technician arrived as scheduled and was wearing a mask, which was appreciated. He assessed the work and asked if I had the replacement faucet, which I did. He quoted a rate which was 4 times the agreed upon rate. There was no additional work that was needed except removing the old faucet and replacing it with the new one. I let him know of the rate that was agreed upon with the office and he said he could give me an additional discount, which was still 3 times the rate. He said that the rate quoted by the office is just for the service visit, which was not what we agreed to over the phone. I was out of options and could not wait another day without a functional kitchen sink, so I agreed to the new rate.The tech completed the work in under 15 minutes. He was friendly and efficient. He cleared the old faucet but no clean up of the work area was done after the replacement. He mentioned about a free membership which was part of the total fee that I was charged and that I could use it for AC tune ups and other services. No details were given and I was asked to call the office. I was not interested in the membership and given this experience, I highly doubt I will use their services again.Am not a fan of businesses that take advantage of a bad situation. Barring the pricing discrepancy, I have no complaints about the work that was done. Wish they were upfront and set clear expectations about their pricing from the get go.

I have only good things to say about Wilson Home Services. I have been using them for 3 years. Jonathan did a good job with all three plumbing issues in the last 3 years. Adam was very detailed with my water heater installation and fixing of a water leak next to the water heater. Recently Morgan did a wonderful job with fixing my A/C unit. You guys do hire good people. Best of all, you guys are very responsive when I needed you.

I know this because i received a call from the office manager letting me know that he was getting the parts and would then be on his way; and this call occurred an hour BEFORE my appointment time...yes, Alicia is wonderful too...so many people talk about communicating - Alicia actually takes the time to communicate...she is a joy to speak with.Mariano has 25 years of electrician experience and its evident !! I had an old unsafe electrical system connected to the central heating element. He came in - saw that it was a mess, shook his head and only said one thing - Ill fix it ... and that is exactly what he did!!His confident professionalism was a nice balance for my total lack of knowledge about the job to be done. He did all that was required in one visit - he brought what he needed and he skillfully made it all safer and work properly. I am thankful for his expertise and willingness to explain; and so glad he approaches his work in a way that promotes consumer trust...it bears repeating - he was wonderful.

I have use Wilson Home Services on multiple occasions and they were wonderful each time! Polite and knowledgeable techs. I called them once and they did not have someone available so they referred me to someone else. They communicate really well.The biggest job was replacing my whole electric box. The most memorable was connecting my Ring doorbell. Honestly if we had a more up to date doorbell I could have done it myself - but figuring out where the transformer was turned out to be impossible for me.

Have been working at home due to current conditions and noticed it was getting warm in the house. Went out to check the air conditioning unit and saw a block of ice on the piping going to the unit. Called Wilsons home services and my timing was great. They were just finishing a call in my area. Justin, the technician, was at my house in less than 30 minutes. He was professional and explained everything. No heavy sales tactics. It was capacitor issue in the unit in the attic. Fixed and cool again! Great company and people to deal with!

We chose Wilson Home Services to buy and install 2 hot water heaters. We hired them on Tuesday, based on reviews we read and the quote given to us. Osvaldo and Jared came out Thursday morning to do the job. They were prompt, hard-working and friendly. They took extra care of our floors by laying down coverings, and picked up all debris before they left. They took care in both removing the old water heaters and installing the new ones. One of the water heaters is in the attic and that took extra effort. Another company wanted to charge more because of it being in the attic, but Wilson did not. The men were efficient and knowledgeable, and they worked until the job was done with only a small break. We will be calling Wilson Home Services for any future needs.

I will call Wilson again next time I need plumbing service. Adam figured out how to disconnect my solar water heater on his own. Although the manufacturer said theyd help walk him through the process, they did not reply to attempts to contact them. Adam was knowledgeable, patient, professional, helpful and very courteous. His timing was perfect, since he was here when my washing machine repair guy was here without a long Roto-Rooter to unclog the drain. So Adam unattached my solar water heater AND unclogged my washing machine drain. Thank you, Adam.

Showed up early but called to make sure it was okay to come in. Jose was very nice and check out everything from my thermostat wires to the attic and the Havoc then took all the info and called the manager before giving us a quote. A bit pricey but hey that quality. Ran new thermostat wires which I really needed and made sure my Nest thermostat was up and running before I left. All in all a great service great company and hopefully the owner doing well after his surgery. Thank you again.

We had a leak in the kitchen on a Saturday, so we called Wilson Home Services based on the recommendation of a family member. They scheduled a time for the appointment and arrived right on time. The plumber, Brandon Lowe, was extremely helpful and courteous. He explained everything he was doing and was very willing to answer any questions we had. He offered to wait until the water mitigation service arrived to explain the situation to them in person. He even gave us his personal cell number in case we had questions after he left.Weve used several plumbing services before, but this experience was by far the best!

I called Wilson Home Services on a Saturday as I was not able to finish installing my water heater on my own. The receptionist that answered my call was very nice and polite. She let me know a technician will contact me back with availability and time. I received a call within 30 mins from Chad, the plumbing technician. Chad was very professional and straightforward. He advise me his available time and the cost. Remind you this is on a Saturday morning, this business was available to help me and charge a reasonable price. He even contacted me letting me know he was on his way and also show up on time. When on site he even put on ”shoe covers” so he doesnt track dirt onto my floor. He evaluated the situation and provided a written statement/cost to let me know exactly what is being done and the final cost, A+ professional. We had an issue with our water heaters knocking, after having Wilson Home Services come out, they cleaned our water heaters and lots of sediment was removed. Showed me the easy ways I can do to keep the system running efficiently and to the best of its capabilities. Thankfully our AC system was running well and the unit was in great shape, but he thoroughly inspected and cleaned it so we are running at 100%. I would give 10 stars if I could. They are a great company that is honest and transparent. Their technicians, especially Vincent (Vinny), are very knowledgeable and are more than willing to explain to you what is going on every step of the way. You dont feel in the dark like I have in the past dealing with HVAC companies. They did such a great job and their customer service was so great we ended up enrolling in their maintenance program right after they fixed our AC. Cant recommend this company highly enough.

Wilson Home Services did an excellent job replacing my outside A/C unit back in May 2018. Its a year later and Ive not had any issues. Their technicians (Jaimie/Dan) quickly diagnosed the issue, recommended a solution that helped minimize my cost, performed a quality install leaving no mess behind and I was up and running in about a day. Their service even included them coming back later in the year to perform Spring and Fall system checks. Prompt, professional and excellent workmanship best describes this company.

Wilson plumbing got here fast as promised, they did a great job, the water heater units they quoted us were out of stock but they upgraded the units and still charged us what they quoted. Extremely professional and ethical company. Would highly recommend them! We have a VIP membership with A1 plumbing and heating and they could not send someone out until the next day, even after we explained it was an emergency. We contacted homeadvisor and they recommended Wilson, great experience!

Understanding that it might be a day before he had the parts we needed, we agreed to see one of his techs for an assessment later that day.His tech, Chad, arrived that afternoon. Chad presented himself well (as a professional should) and quickly assessed what needed to be done. Fortunately for us, he had the right sized water heater in his van and was able to remove and replace our bad one in just under two hours.I was fortunate to be able talk with the young man as he was getting set up. His own knowledge and experience of were impressive, but it was his respect for his employer that made my day. The compressor of my original AC unit went out earlier this year before it got hot. I decided to check it in the early spring. The folks at Wilson Home Services jumped on the problem. They are a great group of guys and gals that were concerned about great customer service throughout the entire process of installing the outdoor portion of the unit.In the future, for any job that is too big for me to handle on my own they will be my first choice.

No show, no call. I called them to find out why and they said they don’t preform the service we were getting a quote to do. The don’t give quotes over the phone either. What a waste of my time. They are listed on the good contracts list as well so I thought they would be better. What a disappointment.

I highly recommend Wilson Home Services. They have replaced my water heater, replaced outside faucet, fixed the gas mechanism on my fireplace, and replaced the water shut off valve in the bathroom. They are prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced. I will definitely call them again.

Fast and friendly the tech was able to arrive early and fix my issue quickly with out charging more than the service call. I then had to call back since the issue resurfaced, they were able to describe the problem in more detail so I could enact repairs myself. They had let me know it might happen again and if so how to fix it so I wouldnt have to get another service call.
