They did not do any type of diagnostic service....granted I told them what we had done and they said the drain pump needed to be replaced...they said they replace it and showed me one that was old...my washer now makes a horrible noise that my husband believes to be the new drain pump they put on. The person that they sent out to repair was noticeably sick...he coughed from the time he got here until the time he left. When I called about the noise and the sick employee the guy was unhelpful. Indicated the sick employee was the only person he had to send out. (the sick employee took a photo of the tag on my washer, his helper did all of the work replacing the part) I am so sorry that I called them and not a different appliance repair company.

Did not listen to me when I said the symptoms seem to point towards the circulation pump and they replaced the control board instead, about $275. Did not fix the dishwasher and they had to return, the next time they replaced the circulation pump, about $175. Took a long time waiting on parts to arrive and the total cost (WITH their mistake that we had to pay for) was @ $450 - a new dishwasher was @ $600, which I would have opted for had I known the repair would have cost this much. Consider actually listening to your customers first.

Our 3 year old LG washing machine was displaying an OE error code for which I replaced the drain pump myself 18 months ago. I didnt want to go thru that again. I called up Abby Appliances. Labor and parts were reasonable and they scheduled me for next day service. Helio Sandoval arrived at the scheduled time. He replaced the pump and voila! problem solved. (This makes it sound simple but I know better... Ive messed with the baffles on these frontloaders before.) I was thoroughly impressed with Mr. Sandovals professionalism. The experience Abby Appliances and Mr. Sandoval provided was excellent and Ill definitely would welcome them both back to my house when future repairs are needed on my appliances.

This is one of the worst experience in my life, to much to say about them. Theyre not good at all.

There are service vehicles out front with flat tires. Upon entering, it is overcrowded with what looks to be broken down appliances. No one greeted up. We stood by the door for a couple of minutes then left.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Bought a washer and dryer, spin cycle did not work, owner took a day to send someone to fix it. We thought the issue was fixed. The problem persisted and washer would leave the clothes soaking wet. We told him we wanted our money back. He said he would only give us our money if we took the items TO HIM, since he did not have delivery services. We took the items to him and he did not give us a full refund. He kept $50 dollars of our $650 purchase value.He sells things that are not functional, and very poor quality.

When we first moved here, we needed a refrigerator. We went by a few spots but ultimately chose here. Not happy! Our fridge stopped cooling and they came out and fixed it. It wasnt. They came out a second time and fixed it to where it was working a little better. Then it quit again and they fixed it again. Then a month later the freezer stopped working. Went in, asked for a different fridge. They said they would fix it. They didnt. Then I called them again because it was frosting over. They said they would fix it. Nope, needed a part and we waited two weeks with no communication to hear from them. Went in again and they said theyd replace that fridge. I picked another that was similar, different brand. It also stopped working within a month. We called them, they said they would fix it but we were done losing groceries over and over again, we just bought a new fridge from Sears. They are very nice people but I think they put band aids on old appliances and sell them. Both fridges were dirty when we got them. Good Luck, if you go here.

I recommend them a 100%. A while ago they worked on my refrigerator and I was very satisfied. Yesterday we had a power outage and the refrigerator stop working. I called AHS which is the company we have for insurance they charged us 100.00 right away, they assigned a contractor which we couldnt contact because his voicemail was full and the a rating of 2.3.. I tried all day to contact AHS and the waiting time was an hour, through the whole day.. very ridiculous. We decided to call Abby Appliances and immediately they set me up with an appointment for the next day. Their disposition and availability to serve was enough for me to recommend their service to anyone. Thank you for your service. Keep up the good work..

At the beginning of the year, I contacted Abby Appliances about a gas oven that, when in use, made the surface of the stove-top abnormally hot.When I scheduled the appointment over the phone for the tech to come to my home, I explained that I suspected the seal around the oven glass in the door had deteriorated and was allowing for heat to escape through the body of the oven. I stated I wanted a tech to come and give the oven a once-over and ensure that, aside from the seal, the oven was in proper working condition.I reiterated this to the technician at the time of the appointment. I stated that I wanted to him to take his temperature gun and ensure that the oven was actually heating to the temperature the oven dial was being set to. This was of particular interest to me because, despite the fact the oven was currently letting heat escape due to a bad seal, food prepared in it was still often coming out burnt.The technician, however, wasnt the easiest to communicate with. He checked the seal and concluded the same as I had; that it needed to be replaced to stop the overheating of the stove-top. He texted his office for a quote, and they texted back a quote of $225. ($165/$60 part... a part that I subsequently ordered online for approximately $27 and replaced myself; in full disclosure, they were willing to apply the $75 service call fee I was paying this day to the subsequent work if I completed it within 30 days.)But, regarding the quote, I had questions. Questions the technician was either unable or unwilling to elaborate on himself because he simply called his office, told the receptionist I had questions and handed me his cell phone.At this point at the in-home consultation, I was generally unimpressed with the work performed and was (rightly) not convinced it should be that expensive to replace an oven seal, so I told him I would think about it and be in touch.But it wasnt until he had left that I realized that he didnt do all of what I had asked when I set the appointment - to give the oven a complete once-over and determine whether it was otherwise functioning correcting.He didnt do *what I specifically asked of him when he arrived*, which was use the temperature gun he confirmed he had on him to ensure the oven was heating to the correct temperature.So, ultimately, I paid Abby Appliances $75 to tell me what I already knew about my oven *and not tell me* how or why my oven is, still to this day, heating to a higher temperature than what the oven is set to.If youre going to get overcharged for appliance repair, you should at least go with a company that will actually and thoroughly perform the requests for repairs youre seeking.

Well, I purchased a used refrigerator and it did not get cold enough after having it plugged in over night. I called them to please send someone out to fix ( the appliance has a 90 day warranty ). Abbys sent someone out the very next day to repair. Unfortunately, the repair did not fix the issue. They ordered another part and in a day or so fixed the refrigerator. Oh, I was alsotold that if the second fix did not fix it that they would replace it with another one. Thank you and your wonderful staff for helping us during this struggle with out a working refrigerator.

Great service! Had them come out to assess a broken washer. It was not worth the cost to fix, so got a new one from them. The owner is very nice and personable and the washer was VERY reasonably priced. They deliver and take unwanted machines away for you.

This place was amazing to us and extremely helpful with our dryer. They told my husband exactly what was wrong with it. However when he was not able to fix it they didn’t hesitate to have him brim in our dryer to have it be seen by a technician and have it fixed immediately. Definitely recommend this place.

So far these guys suck! Came out to my house to replace a ice maker, charged me $265. The guy tells me its working and leaves, I go to check it later, not only was it not working the ice make didnt even have water in it. I call the store they put me on hold and hang up on me. So far I cant even express how unprofessional this place is. Their supposed to come out tomorrow and try to fix it. So far 3 days theyve had to come out. I would never recommend this company.

Highly recommend coming here. Was looking for an AC unit for our sunroom and found a great one. Raj (salesman) was very friendly and helpful. Got a brand new AC unit at a very good price.

Took my parts I needed and specifically told him what I needed. He tells me that he had the one for my machine. Took home and didnt work, wrong one. I call and he said I wasnt getting my money back and couldnt exchange it. Will not do any business with them again.

Had to get my heating checked as it was playing up. Called ABBY A/C who quickly came out to the house to check. Once they arrived, they assured me that i could leave it with them and they would fix it. I came back to the house an hour later to find the heating was cranked up so high, the paint on the wall was beginning to sweat. When i asked why, they told me that their workers are used to working in hot climates with their shirts off which i thought was really weird. It took almost 3 hours to fix the problem and they all sat on my front yard afterwards drinking before leaving. i will not be using them again.

I appreciate the people here working with me and helping me get the washer and dryer set I wanted.A couple of weeks down I messed up the dryer. Called them and asked for some help. Without hesitation they were able to come out and fix the issue.

Very dishonest people when it come to appliance repair. I reported them to BBB due appliance repair. They claimed it was one thing and called another repair company was it was total different from abby appliances claimed. Dont waste your money on people scaming out if false repair.

UPDATE: looks like they’ll still say what they need to whether there’s truth behind it or not. Nothing done as promised with response.Bad customer service. Only concern for themselves and their money not yours. Had to call from a different number after calling with a complaint (looking for a resolution) to get someone to even answer. When no resolution was offered I expressed that I had a right to leave a review with my problem and the manager accused me of trying to sabotage his business. More worried about himself and not fixing the problem.What happened:I called them out and agreed to pay the service fee to diagnose my issue with my dryer leaving stains. They said it was not what I thought it was but it was another part. I kept asking why it was not the part that I thought it was and they said it is because the part I wanted to get replaced cant be replaced (Because I believed that I got the service, but it can be replaced and has been with another company). One day they showed up without even calling to fix it and luckily I was home. After paying more than $250 the stains still appeared. I called to speak with a manager and my message was never given to the manager as promised. It took 3 calls and a 5 days to get ahold of a manager... because after the first call to complain my number would go directly to voicemail- I ended up having to call from another number to reach someone. When I finally got ahold of a manager he said he works hard for his money (therefore offering no financial resolution even for the labor fee that I asked for refunded- I didnt even ask for the part for free). His solution was to come fix what I originally asked for but for a cost still. I told him it was 1) too late because they would not answer my call and someone else is fixing it 2) they said it was not a part they could replace when they first came out, how could they now replace it? and 3) He told me that there were 2 issues from the beginning and that the one they fixed had to be solved anyways (after the fact- they did not address it at at when diagnosing). I didnt need that fixed now if it did not stop the stains, I needed the issue I called about fixed. Now to solve both is going to be as much as a new dryer.

Needed a heating element for our Maytag dryer. Everyone else was closed or said they had to order it. I walked into this place and he had one sitting in the counter. Cheapest price i was quoted and in and out in less then five minutes. Great service very happy.

DO NOT USE! Had them out to fix a part that was causing rust color in clothing in a dryer. We told them what part it was because it was the only thing in the dryer discolored. They said that it wasn’t that part because they are not able to even fix the part we pointed out. The made a different $300 fix. Problem still was happening. Contacted another company who fixed the “unfixable” part and made the problem stop. They are not educated on appliance repair. Find another company.Can’t add a reply so am editing. You did not offer to refund. You said you work hard for your money and it was not your fault it didn’t fix the problem even though your employee said it would. The discoloration was not actually rust but rust colored. Not from metal. It was from friction on the felt on the drum. You guys said it was a part not able to be replaced, when it turns out it is. I thank you for your offer to refund us as stated below. I will call tomorrow to set up the refund.Thank You.

Purchased a brand new Whirlpool washing machine for $399 at best buy 45 mins before walking in here. Found a matching dryer to my new washer and asked how much it was, $300 used all dinged up. Why on earth would I pay $300 for one that looks terrible when I can buy a brand new one for practically the same price. Looked around for lower priced dryers and the worst ones they had were $200, and all looked like they had been run over by a truck. Definitely better prices through FB marketplace then you would pay here.... Not to mention rude employees!

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did it take them weeks to service our microwave, they didnt even repair it after they took it to the shop. Brought back a broken appliance and when I called the office, was treated with zero respect or sense of urgency. Even when they originally arrived at our house, the technicians had no idea what they were doing. I have called our home warranty company to never use them again. Buyer beware of this fruadulant business! I told them I would write a negative review and they said they could care less. We are in the Eagle Mountain Lake area .. I will also be posting on the Next Door App. Again, absolutely terrible company!In response to this companys response: Ha! That is a flat out dishonest representation of the service you provided. We waited weeks for the part and were told you had to run back to the shop because the part was left there. This was on Friday afternoon and by 7:30 PM Saturday we were told it would take several weeks for the parts?? We insisted our microwave be returned because we were promised delivery Saturday morning (which did not happen and furthermore, and I quote we dont work the weekends and my guys should never have promised that). We still ended up paying for your service even though you did nothing to fix the issue.
