Highly recommend. Efficient, professional, made suggestions and waited for a response. The system I wanted his pricing was on average $1800.00 cheaper. I strongly recommend the company. The owners are hands on. Breakdown and installation took 1 day. I was totally impressed and the new unit is amazing.

Our air went out at 8:30pm. last night. Titan had Jose at our door by 9:30 and he had the AC fixed by 10:30. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

Awesome company. They installed my system a couple years ago. Recently I had issues with it and they came out and promptly fixed it. In both the install and repair, they make sure they completed the job even if they have to come back out for it.

Very good company. I have used them twice in the last 3 years. 1st when an air handler motor went out and recently when we noticed a decline in the performance of our system. Reggie has been out both times and has done a great job! I will now use their annual tune up service to avoid further maintenance issues!

When we came into to work and the a/c had quit and our own a/c service company could not come out until the next week, we called Titan and they came out within the hour and had us back up and running! Titan Air Solution quickly identified the issue with my AC. They explained the repairs that would be made and were transparent about the cost.

I had previously called another company to inspect our units as our AC was not working. The technician said I needed a whole new unit which was $7,500. My son-in-law recommended Titan Air as they had a new unit put in a year ago. The tech, Reggie, came immediately that day and said we didnt need a new unit yet but did have a few things to be fixed. I had suffered for a year and a half waiting for a HVAC tech to find what was wrong with my new 4 ton 2 phase unit. It ran all the time, and was loud.All any tech did was add another intake, lets put more refrigerant, but all along the 2200 sq. ft. house would not cool below 73 in the summer. And most of the time not even that cool.I called Titan Air Solutions and the tech diagnosed it within the hour, the phase 2 was not working, Titan filed my warranty for me, and call when the condenser came in to install. Oh happy day!Installed new condenser, cleaned coils, and left absolutely no mess.Last night was the first night I slept through the night in a year and a half due to the HVAC closet being next to my bedroom! It ran smooth, and quietly, cooling properly. For the first time since the initial installation the unit ran quietly and properly.Thank you so much for your help Im a very happy customer!
