I felt very comfortable from the waiting room throughout the whole procedure. Kim did a great job putting me at ease and describing what the process detailed. She was thorough and allowed me to make my own informed decisions. Will definitely be back to see Kim.

The entire staff is very welcoming and provided great service. Dr. Gardner is a very knowledgeable surgeon with amazing bedside manner. I had an abdominoplasty completed with him 6/23. I have received many compliments on how great it looks. I highly recommend if you are wanting any type of procedure done - book your consult with him. I plan to go back in the future when I am ready for my next procedure.

The only good thing about this place is Alicia the esthetician. I love her demeaner. Ive been in to see Kim a few times and she helped me with some of my skin issues and Im grateful for that help. But the last time I went in for a different treatment, I paid $450, and I didnt see any results. Nothing! I rescheduled a follow up to see Kim again and when I showed up they didnt have me on their schedule. And to tell you the truth, Im not comfortable with Kim. It doesnt seem like she has a lot of knowledge about certain skin issues and some of the equipment she works with. I wont be coming back, even though I paid for a package.

I highly recommend NOT going here. I got lip injections done by Kim Hill that were terribly done. I had uneven lumps all throughout my lips. She asked me if i wanted the top lip to be smaller than the bottom and i said yes for a more natural look. By the end my top lip was bigger than my bottom and i looked like a fish. I went back the next day and she refused to fix them. They were so bad I could not be seen in public. When i told her i looked like a fish and had an important event this weekend she replied “All lip injections kind of look a fish and you should have planned better.” Umm what?? She said i could come back in two weeks but i could not be seen like that for two weeks... They obviously do not care about their patients because nobody followed up with me and she blamed her poor filler application on the “swelling.”
