This place is great. Loved my new hair cut. Hadnt had my hair cut for over 2 years

My family and I just moved to Fort Wayne in December of 2020. It is always hard to find new stylist that you feel comfortable with.Well today was the second time I have visited this salon and had the same wonderful experience from the first time. I love my hair and my teen daughter got her hair cut today as well. Seriously these ladies are amazing!!! We will continue to use this salon. Thank you Brandy and the wonderful lady that I completely forgot how to spell your name. Please forgive me.Thank you thank you.

Saturday was my 3rd visit to Cost Cutters and each and every visit all the ladies made me feel welcomed and loved the chats!! This appointment was a mid day decision and they fit me in and I felt amazing when I left! Ill be back again!!

I was able to book an appointment for the next morning online using their website. When I got there I was a few minutes early and they were ready for me. I just got a trim that was long overdue, it took about 20 minutes overall. Olga was really nice and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it which was awesome because somewhere else Id gone before didnt do that. It took no time at all and was stress free, I highly recommend going here to get your hair cut!

I moved to the area in January. I have wanted to get a haircut for a few weeks and I wasnt sure where to go or who to trust. I thought I would try here with a walk in! A short wait and I had a great stylist (sorry forgot your name). Thank you so much for the time you took to cut my hair and listen to my concerns. I made an appointment for a highlight/lowlight. Went back today and Grace did an amazing job on my hair and even did a spur of the moment eyebrow wax! Thanks Jen for your assistance! I truly witnessed some amazing teamwork and even other happy clients!Thanks ladies for an amazing job done by all! I will be back!

I had a hair color appointment at 1pm. I was in a chair right away which was great, but when I explained to the stylist what I wanted she didnt listen to me. I even showed her an image they have on the front desk and told her that it was what I wanted (more of an ombre). We got to the seat I explained to her again and she said she understood, she came back and I asked her to please explain to me her process and what volume she had used with bleached and she didnt answer. I wanted ALL my hair color changed... I tried to inform her again about this but she kept going back to highlights. I didnt want highlights, I am not happy with the service and will be calling in. My hair doesnt look changed and I spent over $100 on this.

I have had bright colors put into my hair 3 times at this location. Each color combination was different and very artistic. I get a ton of compliments. Charlotte Smith had cut my hair elsewhere but had left. When I decide I wanted to explore green, purple and blue I knew I had to find her, and I did. If it hadnt been for Charlotte I wouldnt have known to go to Famous Hair. Everyone is very kind and helpful and seem to enjoy working with each other. I recommend Famous Hair and if you want Celebration Hair see Charlotte.

We recently moved back to the area, so I was on the hunt to find a good hair stylist. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Famous Hair. I decided to get my hair colored spur of the moment and they got me in same day for a Balayage. Grace was my stylist and she did an amazing job! Great quality at a very reasonable price :)

I walked into the salon with a dark dirty blonde hair color because i recently box dyed it and the color didn’t turn out how i expected. chris did the cheapest option and helped me achieve my natural color and did amazing!! definitely a wonderful hairstylist and i had a very good visit and will be back for sure!

I’ve been going for years. Alicia does a great job, or I wouldn’t go back.Jennifer manages a friendly, clean and welcoming shop. They both are like family to me.

Let me just say that Michelle was one of the most helpful hair stylists i have ever had. She took well over an hour to talk to and try multiple products in my hair, she really catered to me needs and helped me become more informed on the products i can apply to my hair. I will definitely be coming back

I would give higher rating but there was an issue on separate occasions. I will say they know what they are doing and do it well for a reasonable price.

Had an online appt for Saturday @ 11 and they let me sit there for 45 min before letting me know they had know knowledge of my appointment. Said they dont tell them about online appointments. Huh? What? I dont believe that for one minute!! I was so disappointed. She.never even apologized to me!!

Super friendly. Got in right away. She asked me a lot of detailed questions to make sure it was exactly what i wanted and it turned out amazing. Jefferson location is the best one out of all of them.

I have not been happy with a haircut in a long time. It is nice to have a place where I can leave not wanting to wear a hat.

Cant say thank you enough to Jennifer who is an amazing stylist!!! I have had a couple bad experiences with no fault of famous hair and she for the second time did a fabulous job with my hair especially because of how my hair is ......I will definitely from now on make my appointments with her...... she is awesome and very good at what she does. She listens to what you want and what you are looking for!!!!! Thanks Jennifer you rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
