All staff were super helpful and made me feel safe in my vehicle! The most honest mechanics around. It’s never a bad experience with Midas
I never do Google reviews BUT let me tell you I just received the worst customer service of my life that bordered on assault! I had an appointment for 5pm for an oil change and wanted to use my warranty which pays for the oil changes. The mechanic, Lewis, immediately began to scream and yell that he wanted to leave work by 6pm. What proceeded for the next forty-five minutes was Lewis verbally assaulting myself and the office manager who stayed to help process the claim. He stomped around the shop, slammed doors, cussed at me, screamed at the top of his lungs, it was an absolutely horrible experience and I do not wish for anyone to ever experience that so please avoid the Coliseum road location ESPECIALLY if you are a woman because I felt completely unsafe.
Couldnt get my rotors off of my car wanted to break my sway bars to fix my rotors and charge me for that too. Dont recommend this location
Was to run a test on my catalytic converter which they never did tested on sensor2 replace 1 a week later I had catalytic converter replaced at a different place
I brought my truck in for a brake line leak. Other than that the truck stopped fine. I approved the brake line repair, plus 2 new rear wheel cylinders because they said that they could not get the bleeder valves to open. When I picked up the truck they said that they saved me money by not replacing the wheel cylinders because they did get the bleeder valves to open. Payed them $300+ for the brake line repair. When I drove the truck home, I could barely get it to stop. They said bring it back in and well take another look at it. Then they told me my brake booster is now bad and wanted to charge me another $450+ to replace it. Plus they said my wheel cylinders were bad. Plus they never bled my brakes correctly, blaming it on bad wheel cylinders. I turned them down and after 25 years as a customer Im not going back.
They were very nice and friendly and very knowledgeable. They did a awesome job on my car got it running like its brand new. They really care about the customers.
Good job. Got my son in and replace his brakes in a short amount of time. No more nosie and the car rides good. Ill be back to get my truck brakes replace..
I went to get a oil change and light bulbs put in for my brakes the oil change end up costing me sixty bucks he said he would change my bulbs for $159 never again will I go back there overpriced I brought my own bulbs for less than $9 and put them in and then they have a sign saying oil change 29 dollars this place is a rip off. I would not have Dave than one star but in order to get this posted you have to use a star give a star -1 star
Very courteous, professional and timely repair.
I arrived at the shop for my appointment only to find out I mistakenly made my appt at a different location. At first they said they couldnt work me in but after asking if I only needed an oil change they got me in right away. Thank you going out of your way!!
Gary manager and his co manager Larry are the nicest most honest mechanics I have ever encountered. My car hadn’t ran in over a year and Gary personally took it upon himself to get my car back to working order! The exceptional service you receive at 1023 Coliseum Blvd location is unlike any experience I have ever had. They treat you like not only a customer but a friend!
Been going there for years..they always do good work for a fair price
They are very honest helpful professional Gary will not sugarcoat anything he will tell you how it is so you can get your vehicle done quickly and correctly
Good place to turn around have your oil changed
They did an oil change for me when they were about to close and I got a coupon so it was only $25!
I went to the location on Coliseum Blvd. You have to make an appointment online or call. They dont accept accept walk-ins. I got a regular oil change and it cost $35.25. It took about 25 minutes. The only thing is that they play Netflix or some other streaming service on their TV in the waiting room and it was playing a movie that was not OK for youngsters.
They were super helpful when my tire blew out the other day. They were the only shop to have my tire size (225 50R17) that I could find and they were super friendly as well!
My experience with Midas has akways been good. The people have always been friendly!!
Midas does my oil change....their great!
Got me in to the shop on short notice. Communicated well. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Good prices.
Always do a great job for me. They have always done a cheaper job than the dealership and the work is always excellent. I count on them to keep my car in great shape.
Great job guys
I went to Midas because my car was starting to overheat and the temperature was starting to get in the red. Anyways I thought it might be a bad thermostat. But after I brought it in. He said it was that the fan motor was unplugged. Recently I had my alternator replaced and I guess the guy forgot to plug it back in. So very very happy. I will return. Gary was helpful. I think hes the Manager.
Great group of people, not trying to constantly upsell you on other services you dont need like some other places do.
Courteous, professional, and prompt! I had Gary work on a car I am buying. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and timely. And the pricing was really good too. 6 stars out of 5!
Been using this place for over 15 years. Always been satisfied
If you want your car fixed and have other stuff broken, this is the place to go. If you have a car that has hubcaps, I recommend removing them before you go. If not, you will be buying new ones because at one will be broken and will fall off. Lets just say I am on my third set of hubcaps. They wont reimburse you either. They play it off like it was your fault. Also they misquote prices. When their menu says $45 to replace rotors, they will add $10 or more dollars and act like the lobby menu is wrong.
A changed my own control arms with a certified mechanic and checked everything took it in to get an alignment and somehow a bushing that we checked was ripped
Midas always take care of me
Took car in cause another shop, they said I needed wheel bearings, I set appointment with Anthony the manager at Midas for inspection, once car was at the shop & inspected, the technician pulled me & Anthony to the service bay & said there is no wheel bearing issue, and that the noise was cause the brakes needed cleaned & adjusted.. honest service shops are hard to come by.. I will always return to the Midas at 1023 Coliseum.. very satisfied with the service provided.
Friendly fast and thorough
I have had times where I havent gotten an oil change when I should because I didnt want the hassle of having to go somewhere. I needed it done before a trip and happened to drive past this place leaving work. I noticed there werent many cars there. They got me in-and-out in about half an hour and didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need. I have gone there for every oil change since then and never had an issue or left upset.
The only place I ever go for my service and mechanical needs. Very nice and knowledgeable people. I can rely on them each and every time. Thanks Midas!!
This place doesn’t honor their warranty says things needs fixing when there is no problem if you want your car fixed go else where do not go there they will rob you blind and will not honor your warranty they will find every reason not to honor it they are straight crooks
Worked on my truck. Did a great job. Kept it for a day. Never called me when it was finished.
Helpful
Great experience good price on brakes and perfect service.
Friendly & honest crew...Recent management change was a great move. Highly recommend to EVERYONE....
I have used this Midas a number of times and always been happy with the work and the pricing. Always upfront and I will keep using them!
Unfortunately did not participate in the $17.76 oil change special, but service was fast and friendly
Had a wheel alignment done and they didnt get it right. The car pulled to the left. Come to find out from my mechanic they missed 3 control arm bushings that needed replaced. After they we replaced them, Midas would not do a realignment without paying again. Which is fine, even though they admitted to screwing up. Set an appointment for their next available spot; when I dropped the vehicle off, they forgot my appointment. Its not worth the $10 savings! Go to a competent shop that wont miss potential issues on your vehicle.
I received a print out from the serviceman stating that I needed rear brakes. I scheduled my appointment to replace rear brakes. At my appointment I was told that they had to assess whether I needed front or rear brakes. After I told them that YOU were the people who said I needed rear brakes. How did you come to that conclusion had you not already assessed them? I was never told the assessment was free or standard. Once brakes were replaced, they made a rubbing sound. I returned later that morning to notify them of this and was met with disbelief. The serviceman who drove my car condescendingly said to me, I dont hear a noise, lady. It was obvious to me that my insight was being discounted because I was a woman. After calling a male to come and advocate for me, asking the same questions I did, they finally admitted that there was indeed a rubbing sound. Manager and owner handled the situation poorly. Terrible customer service...especially if you are a woman.
These guys are really cool I would definitely recommend
Very professional. A touch expensive but very good.
Service staff was so very personable and helpful!!
The Guys there are awesome! Highly suggest this midas!
Great prices, great service
Great friendly service with very fair pricing and always have great specials, the crew at all locations is great
Put the wrong oil filter on my car
Went in for new brakes and an oil change on my work truck. They got me in and out at a reasonable time and price, especially since I was a walk in.
Very pricey.
The employees are nice and friendly
Good service with fair price.
Quick servuce
Fastest alignment in town. Tech phil showed me issues before getting the alligngment. Pointed out the problems and even told me what a tie rod does. He worked with the manager to get a low qoute. And the the job was done in two hours. Great experience
Ok service manager was more worroed asking my daughter out for a date then had to go back so they could reset oil light
Not the most friendly staff and took forever to do anything, the manager seemed to just wonder around a lot...terrible!!! Left the inside of my car all muddy and refused to clean it
Tldr version: STAY AWAY FROM MIDAS!!!Trust the Midas touch...youve got to be kidding me. So we take our car in to have it worked on. Find out it costs over $2,000. What the heck were we thinking, right? Lol. We get it repaired anyways after selling our souls. So after a week and a half or two weeks of waiting, its done. I get the car back. The MANAGER tells me this, The car may run funny for a little, and then it will correct itself., alright no biggie. Also, If it doesnt correct itself, to bring it back in and we will take care of it for you. So I wait it out for 9 days and its still doing the funny business. I take it back only to find out that manager has moved to a different store. So they diagnosed it again, no charge. They told me it needed a new coil because it was misfiring in one of the cylinders. I told them what the previous manager had told me. They didnt believe and told me they shouldnt do this hear say, she say stuff. The tech talked to the new manager and they thankfully came to and fixed the coil also no charge. Not after though the tech telling me this, If we fix what were on and a new problem arises its not our job to fix the problem. Are you kidding me right now? REALLY? Let me point this out right here and now. I told the tech, When I brought the car in from the start, the car was NOT idling funny and causing it to misfire because of the bad coil in the cylinder. He said, I understand and if it were me, I would be Pd off too. Case and point. So after they do fix the coil the tech then says this, Next time well talk to the previous manager to confirm what they said. Moral of the story, DONT trust the Midas touch, its a bunch of BS!!!
For it being my first time at that shop seems to be very good I would recommend it to anyone that wants to do an oil change I had a coupon from Dollar General for oil change tire rotation brake inspection for 2495 and they told me what I wanted and also tell me what I didnt want to hear you take the good with the bad and expect the best hope this helps anyone out there have a blessed day
They couldnt change my oil because of rust on bottom of my car.hmm
Great service fast and friendly and knowledgable

Absolute rip off, sent my wife in for an oil change and alignment. Next thing we know they tell her she needs tie rods, brake fluid flush and transmission flush. But when I called they said they were not needed. RIPOFF
Lies to get more money out of you.
Overpriced for low quality service.
Good customer service
Had a long wait time.
Fixed our Midnight!😀
I went in to have a passenger side wiper fixed. $103. later, Im driving it home and both wipers wrap themselves up. I had to pull over in the rain to untangle the wipers. Total waste of time and money.
Good service
I came there to get the $24.99 oil change and was charged $39.57 when they were finished, I will never come to Midas again and will not recommend them to anyone..Rip off...
