I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for pretty much all my automotive needs and pretty much always gotten friendly service. I thought they were a little pricey in what they charged me. But until today I never checked around to verify. They wanted to charge me more than double the national average for a starter replacement. I asked why the quote was so high and they explained that my starter was over $400! But Autozone across the street has them for $99. I asked if I could just bring them the part. They of course can’t do that. So while they might be friendly I would suggest taking your cars elsewhere.

They are liars! Save your money because they will find an excuse not to honor the protection they sale. I had bought 2 tires. Still needed 2. Before I could get ready for the second 2 I had the same problem develop with the right front. So they said they would check for mechanical issues. They replaced that tire and put 2 on the back and aligned my car Less than 5 months later same problem on right front. It threw a belt. Said they wasnt going to replace it because of how the tire wore. Well remember THEY said it was good. No mechanical issues. Dont go here.

Had an unfortunate flat tire on my wife’s car, didn’t know spares were a thing from the past (I obviously don’t know much about cars) after putting the “fix a flat” in, we noticed it was a sidewalk puncture and not really drivable. We had an appointment at 1130 but found the puncture at 10. Unfortunately, a tow could get to us till about 1130. Spoke with Tony to let him know what was going on and he was very laid back about it and was willing to answer any questions I had about where the towing company should drop the vehicle. Everyone else we spoke with was amazing and they worked quickly and efficiently getting my wife’s car back on the road.

Very professional, courteous staff. Efficient mechanics. My car was ready before I expected. I had an oil change, tire rotation& balance.Descent cost for that too! $37

Will not go there again. Told them exactly what I needed done, the lens of my fog light was broken and the lens assembly needed replaced, not the light bulb. I get there for my appointment and they check my lights any tell me they are fine but my lens for my fog light is broken. Then they told me I needed to order it from the dealer, myself, make another appointment and they would put it in for me. Now why didnt they tell me this before I brought in my car. I told them exactly what I needed done. I will not be going there again.

I bought new tires in January, 2021, and my RR tire kept going low. I took it in, they found a leaky stem, and replaced it on the spot-no charge. I was pleased with the responsiveness.

Stopped in to get our low tire checked out and was immediately taken care of by a service tech who fixed the tire after finding a nail in the tire. We were very surprised to find out it did not cost us anything to have it fixed. We will definitely check with them when we need to replace our tires.

Have bought tires from 2 locations. For 2 different vehicles. Went in to get a flat fixed on a different vehicle theytold me they couldnt touch them because it was against the law because it was 7 years old. (Law is 10 yrs and or 2/32 tread depths or severely dry rotted.) So before I looked into it more I had them order tires. Was going to be $1000+ for all four. I called this morning to another tire store that told me the truth. So canceled the order. Be careful they will say what they need to, to sell you tires.

This review is for how they treated my daughter. She went to Meineke, for convenience purposes since she could walk home, to have her front brakes done and an oil change. They called her back and said it was going to be $2000 because she needed ceramic pads, new rotors, new calipers, the brake line flushed due to moisture, and a tire. She had the oil changed and took it to Belle where they ALWAYS have had the best prices for our family. They looked at the estimate she was given and were blown away to say the least. They looked at her car and said it didnt need new calipers and that they were double charging her on a couple items. In the end they did the brakes and put 4 new tires on for $1300. If you arent taking your vehicles to Belle Tire you are taking them to the wrong place! Thank you, Belle, for taking care of my daughter!

Belle Tired USED to be a trustworthy place, but NOT ANYMORE. If they give you a long list of repairs but you tell them you will have to wait to do them at a later date, then magically (according to Matt Cooper, Asst Mgr) other parts break... literally... in the parking lot, leaving the shop, that is their explanation. They claim its just coincidence and they had nothing to do with them. So they are now just another scam rip-off repair place like any other. Do Not Trust Them. (FYI the next day, Summit Chevrolet noted a bearing cover had been attached upside-down and backwards and did not see any reason to recommend the $1200 in repairs that Belle Tire had suggested.)

Only complaint is there wasnt good communication between the front desk and back. We wanted best of 3 tires removed to be put back on spare wheel and that didnt seem to happen. They did get us back on the road pretty fast!

Nail in my tire fixed and back on the road in about 30 minutes... Seemed busy but able to prioritize this quick fix. They were well staffed and freindly. Vending machine was full if you wanted a snack

A few days before Christmas I needed new tires for a drive back home to see family. They picked up tires from another store in Ohio very last minute and I had them installed that day. I was treated very well at the place while I waited. The wait was long but ill return based on service alone. They gave me a great price for great tires and I got to see my family for Christmas. I hope they know how awesome they are over there.

Just had my wifes car at this location Monday July 26th. They did install the tires I asked for, however the tires they put on were over a year old already.. I guess I shouldve had them show me the tires first.Also, they told me that the front lower ball joints had play in them and that they should be replaced. They wanted to sell me control arm and ball joint assemblies (moog problem solvers) for roughly $200 a piece more than what they are being sold for on RockAuto.I have years of experience with this kind of situation, so I politely refused. Got my wifes jeep home and lifted the front end, there was no play in anything in the front end. Ball joints are nice and tight, as well as the tie rods and wheel bearings.Bottom line, do your due diligence and research parts pricing yourself, and get a second opinion if they tell you something is wrong with your vehicle!

First time Ive bought tires from someone other than Zurcher in Monroe. Had a guy I work with suggest Belle tire, since I live in Fort Lame now. Got my truck in the bay within 10 minutes of arriving, but took an hour and a half to throw the new ones on(Zurcher would have had it in 30min.) Wouldnt do an alignment because my ball joints were bad, lol😂 its a Dana 60.....uh, kingpins not ball joints. I just played it off and said Id take care of it myself. When I got home I jacked the truck up and everything is snug as a bug in a rug, not sure if it was a scam or ignorance. They did have to source my tires from several places and unfortunately a couple are a year old already. They did seem nice, they just made me skeptical after claiming I need to put ball joints on a dana 60 and sold me old tires.

Stopped in the SW location late one afternoon with a slow leak in a tire. Knew all 4 tires should be replaced. I was given several options of tires in stock and there was no pressure to go with the most expensive. Car was ready by noon the next day. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Prices are fair, staff is honest and helpful, and they are easy to do business with. I love the ability to order online if you want so your tires are waiting when you show up. They also do small service jobs, for example I needed a wheel stud replaced and they got me in and had the job completed in less than 2 hours.

Was recommended by a friend that has had several issues with their vehicles over the years dealt with at this location. As with many other negative reviews here, I went in & was told it would be a 2-hour wait just for them to look at a potential problem. After waiting 2 hours I was told theres nothing they can do & Ill just have to buy new tires or at least one new tire for the one tire I was having an issue with. They didnt have one in so they had to order it & said itd probably be in the next day. Problem is they cant schedule me to get the tire replaced until a week & a half later. Nearly a week & a half later I still havent heard from them if they even got the tire in or to confirm the time & date to have it fixed. Trying to call & ask about this is no different than walking in being told youre going to have to wait. Being put on hold for nearly 20 minutes got tired of waiting & hung up. At this point if I dont hear from them within the week Im just going to go elsewhere & assume that theyve wasted over a week of my time. Its obvious this place is too busy & and not only doesnt care about a new customers potential business but has forgotten that theyre only as busy as they are because of customers continuing to do business with them. I could have went to a local mom & pop shop & already have been serviced & had this done a week ago.

Brought in the CLS500 for a standard oil change and headlight issue, hit one bump on the road and the light went out, also the radio for the fuse is blown and the battery for the car needed to be jumped due to it being drained as no one ever shut the lights off in the car. However this is our first issue with belle tire and consider them very professional and good at what they do.

My wifes Honda CRV had a nail in the passenger side front tire so I made an appointment to have it looked at and possibly repaired on Saturday 11/21 @ 3-pm. When I arrived I was greeted right away and my info was taken quickly & I was seated in the waiting area. They were really busy, but got my car in & repaired in less than an hour. Belle Tire fixed my tire free of charge when they discovered it was just a nail that was causing a leak. I thought it was such an honest and generous thing to do when they could have charged me for a new tire, and I would have never questioned it. I know where Im going when I buy a new set of tires. Installed a new tire for us minutes before closing time as our car had an enhanced mobility kit (air compressor with fix a flat built in) and no real spare. We had a blow out making repair not an option. We appreciated them saving us from a tow and/or cab home that night.

We never receive anything but the BEST customer service from Belle! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and works to meet your needs! If an issue arises, these ladies and gents work hard to make it right for you. The prices are great and they run sales often, giving good options for every budget! Belle is the only tire/alignment service I will use!

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and it took 2 hours for 2 new tires. There was no one else waiting for at least an hour. Then I was told it was taking long because of the free alignment but when i was called up I was told I should get alignment for $70 and another 20 min. I am used to having free alignment from the shop I usually go to and never have waited anywhere close to 1 he with an appointment. I wont be going back.

The guys here were super helpful/ kind as they got me in right away to get it repaired since it ended up going through the whole thing. Pricing was wonderful as well. I will only get tires from Belle Tire from now on. I had my van in to get tires this week and had a great experience. I was just getting some cheap tires and dropped it off in the morning. It took quite a while because they were waiting on a tire, instead of making me keep waiting they put on a more expensive pair of tires at the price quoted to me on the cheaper tire. On top of that they did a 4 wheel alignment at no charge. Kimberly, Amanda, and Virgie are excellent and created a lifelong customer. They all went above and beyond to create great customer service.

Unfortunately, my wife needed it every day this week and I was booked every night as well. I have been going to this Belle Tire location since they opened, and every time I have had a positive experience. They are great at explaining everything to customers (and even patiently break it down for those that know very little about cars), and when there have been moments of confusion/disagreement, they always side with the customers. Theyre very honest about whether or not maintenance issues are critical/essential and arent the type of garage that charges you for every possible thing on your visit. I have appreciated going to them and always have left satisfied.

It was a windy rainy morning, and I hit a small piece of debris on the highway that punctured the rear passenger tire of my full size pickup truck. I limped it up the exit ramp and remembered that there was a belle tire on this exit so I headed in that direction. my tire gave up the fight and went completely flat just out front of the tire shop. I pulled in on a flat. Where I was promptly greeted and welcomed into the warm and mostly clean showroom. The manager helped me to weigh my options and offered me various solutions at different price points not pushy but quick to the point. I was shown my in stock choices as well as what could be ordered and the time frame for delivery I chose a in stock complete set of Cooper tires at a very competitive price, well under what I had budgeted they had me in and out with 4 new tires in under an hour. Very poor business! Had a nail in my tire and I was told by a friend that Belle Tire was a professional company capable of quality work.They repaired my tire and reassembled my wheel wrong. Parts and pieces of my wheel then flew off on the interstate never to be seen again. The instructions on how to reassemble my standard GM wheel were directly on the back of the wheel.I respectfully informed them of this mistake and they told me, Sorry about your luck, Were not going to make it right.-Benjamin Haines

Hustling women that don’t know about cars. TPMS sensors all work - Belle Tire changes 4 tires. A sensor shows disconnected immediately after picking up car. They say they forgot to learn them, so they do it. A different sensor disconnects. They are now telling my wife that “learning kills the batteries” but can’t explain why the first one disconnected before they did the learning and can’t explain why they are randomly connecting and disconnecting. BEWARE!!!

Pressed for time had 2 month old baby with me.They had me in and out in know time at all. I had new tires put on and aligned. They understood the price I could afford and worked with me. Amazing group of people!!!!

I was late for my appointment and the manager Dustin told me dont worry they will still take care of me and they did in a timely manner also I had a issue with my lug nuts not fitting properly Dustin was able to find some and finish the job for me. I was pleased with the service and the entire staff Will return for future services.

I showed up on time because I keep my commitments, but sadly Belle Tire does not...Came back after an hour, only to find my car right where I parked it, after being told it would be the next one in the shop.All-in-all, it took two hours for two tires. With an appointment! Not a walk-in. Disappointing

Had a great experience at the Illinois location in Fort Wayne. Called and talked to Adam to set up an appointment on the morning of black Friday. When I got there at got me taken care of and the care fixed up with some new tires by the next day. I was very impressed by the efficiency they had when they were crazy busy! Thank you!

They refuse to work with Tire Rack on warranties, even when you explain that you just need them to talk to Tire Rack and verify the damage. Went to Discount Tire right down the road and was out within 20 minutes with the warranty process started. I also found out that the person my wife initially spoke to lied about the damage to the tire, as well as the treadwear on the remaining tires and tried to sell her all 4 new tires. All of this could have just been due to a bad employee, so take that into account.

Needed new windshield from hail damage.Decided to go to shop and have repair done.Price was cheaper that Safelite. Used their coupon. No hassle.Was told to allow 2 hours, but was on my way in 1.5 hrs. Well pleased with service. Nice waiting area, with coffee available. Have recommended.
