I went to this salon 9 years ago to have my nails done for my wedding and was disappointed in the results. I had several nails very crooked and they refused to fix them unless I paid for it. I wasnt going to pay for their mistake and went to my wedding with crooked nails.9 years later, I have moved back to the area and decided to give them another try. I went in at 10am. The man at the counter asked how he could help me. I stated that I needed a pedicure, a fill, and a new acrylic on one nail that had broken off. He said that he couldnt help me because there was an appointment coming in and told me to come back later. Unfortunately I had to work and wouldnt be able to come back later.Im very frustrated because I planned my day accordingly to have my nails done before going into work. There were also no other nail salons open in the area until after the time I needed to be to work so this location was my only option, but I was turned away because I didnt have an appointment when their sign clearly says walk-ins welcome.I wont be back to this location. I will make the drive across town to my old location. Dont go here. Go to Sky Nails on Washington Center. Never a bad experience, never busy, they get you in right away and dont turn away paying customers.

Had a shellac pedicure and my technician was kind, gentle, and listened to my requests. I will certainly return. They also were not pushy on adding extras on. Perfect all the way around.

First time in here, and it was a very pleasant experience. The lady that took care of me was very good at making sure the shape of my nails were to my liking. She took her time and overall the business had a relaxing atmosphere. I got an acrylic mani and a regular pedicure. Pricing was decent as well.

The person who owns this nail place is a very nice person. They are very thorough and dont skip steps. Lots of color options. They are very reasonably priced. Make sure to call and make an appointment to ensure that you dont have to wait because they are small.

Problems with smooth polish more than twice and you have to really watch the shape they give you when you get a nail repaired. I have to reshape my nails each time after I leave. Defeats the purpose of having someone do you nails.

This was such a great experience. I took my daughter for her birthday and they were so kind and helpful. I recently went to a different location, and I do not feel that the service was comparable. We will definitely be going back. Thank you so much!

My first visit today. Place was clean. The gentleman that assisted me for my pedicure didn’t offer anything to drink didn’t offer any suggestions for pedicure just plain pedicure. Never really interacted with me. I came to the salon with nail polish on my toes hoping he would remember how I like the polish applied to the big toes because I do not have nails on them. He struggled applying the polish. He seemed a little frustrated when I asked him to apply more polish to give the big toes more of a real effect. I have calluses on my feet and he never used a grater, he only scrubbed the bottom of my feet. I’m not giving the salon a bad review just the worker. If I come back I wouldn’t want his services.

As always a wonderful job. My nails look beautiful! I am often complimented on my nail and asked where I go to get them done. I as tell them KT Nails! There is no need to go anywhere else!!

Walked in a little after 9, there was just one guy he sat at the first desk playing on his phone and I was like I just need a full set with white tips. And he took the BIGGEST sigh and then said ok. I looked at him and said is that ok? And he paused so I said it’s ok never mind I’ll leave. And he was like no no it’s fine.This deep sigh like I was bothering him was so unwelcoming and I have no plan to give him any money.

Went in for an appointment, and they didn’t have my appointment down. When I went there it was empty and they sat me down and started removing my old gel polish, then other people walked in and they ended up ignoring my fora whole hour. I just sat there with my nails soaking. Also, they said they were unable to do a simple nail design I asked for. I only require red and orange polish, and I was told they didn’t have the colors to do it. Terribly disappointed.

I thought for the decent prices, it would be worth it to get just a fill. I called and made an appointment. Over the phone they informed me of the price for a fill, and after I was finished, ended up charging me way more than what they initially said. I asked for coffin shape and the man there straight up told me no he wouldn’t do it. They left a fairly large gap between the polish and my cuticle. Left bubbles in my shellac (on more than one nail) And on top of that, barley 2 days later, my shellac polish chipped off on my right thumb! It was the first and last time I go there :(

Despite being a holiday, this was one of the few salons open. I called early and the owner was able to get me in right away. My nails were a hot mess from a prior dip polish that was cracking and peeling. The owner spent nearly an hour trying to get my nails to look nice before applying gel nail polish. Despite many customers coming into the shop and me being from out of town, he worked patiently and with perfection. The prices are very reasonable! Highly recommend! I will return when I’m in town!

This trip was only the second time going there but both trips overall were great experiences. They were nice and professional. He did a really great job on my acrylics.

Best pedicure.

First time coming here. I and my young daughter came in for Manis and pedis. Its a small shop, but the staff is friendly and they seem to be a family. They took very good care of us. We were in and out in about an hour and twenty minutes. They are reasonable with prices. I love their colors and theyre organization. They ask you to choose a number color and they go and get it for you. I really like this because if I like the color I can remember the number or take a photo. I like be the lotion they use on our hands and feet. Both hand and feet are soft and smooth several hours later, unlike other places Ive been that only last about 4 hours. Thats even after cooking and cleaning up after dinner with doing dishes. I love the fact that they have their tools in sealed packages before use. Other places Ive been reuse them without sterilization. Thats a plus for me. Its the reason I havent gone for so long. I will revisit K T again. Hopefully without the mask next time. Masks made it a little difficult to hear but it worked out ok. Good products, good staff, good prices. If youre looking for a new mail salon, you should try them.

My friend and I decided to try this place because were looking for a new nail shop, BIG MISTAKE. I was getting a fill and she got a dip and we were in the chairs getting worked on for TWO hours. The guy doing my nails seemed annoyed at me picking out a color. As he was doing my fill he sneezed on me and didnt say anything, my nails werent shaped how I asked and when he started painting my nails I said I dont like this color and he said just shhhh my friend asked for nude color and received bubble gum pink with her nails filed to where she doesnt have nails. Rude, unclean and doesnt listen to want the customers want. Also, we ended up paying WAY more then advertised.

Came here with my sister to get her nails done and Im jealous that I didnt come here first.. Theyre not expensive at all compared to other places & they do really good. Ill definitely be coming here for now on for all my manicure and pedicure needs 💅

I thought this place would be a lot better considering the stars it has. When I came in it was a little busy, but it calmed down very quickly. I had a football game to be at and I came in 2 hours before I needed to be there. I was late for my game and the nails weren’t even worth it. I got acrylics and shellac, and the shellac chipped off not even 2 hours after I got them done. I was cut twice by their drills and my cuticles are paying the price. Would not recommend to anyone.

Great selection of colors, excellent service and pricing. The massage chairs are to die for and I would honestly pay just to sit in those for an hour. They had great attention to detail. I felt truly pampered afterwards and will absolutely be back.

Unfortunately, took the skin off 3 fingers around the nails, several not shaped right, bubbles in the gel polish, no one is good at design and every nail was sharp I had to file the edges myself. The people are not rude but not personable either.

Dan did a great job on my nails! Mainly went there as they are close and they open earlier than most, very professional and efficient, also very clean...definitely will be going back!

I will never go back. I was impressed that the prices were about $15 less for a shellac manicure and pedicure but now I know why. The people working were sooooo rude. The one gentleman was nice but this older woman was rude. They barely scrubbed my feet, I had to ask about lotion and hot towels (even tho my friend next to me was getting them), they messed up both of our polish requests, and I walked out with shellac stuck to my fingertip (even after asking for it to be removed and her trying to remove it.) I will never return. Don’t waste your money or time (which the services took FOREVER and they were not busy).

I always choose KTs over other nail salons in Fort Wayne when I’m in town. The owner is a very kind man, efficient and does great work. The prices are reasonable, selection great, and wait times always short. It’s worth a visit!

Dont bother. Wanted a simple design and the girl just shook her head no. The paint isnt all the way to the back of my nail so it looks like my nails already grew out some. Have extra all over my skin around my nails. Paint on tip of thumb already messed up. Weirdly shaped at the ends.

I just went there today after struggling for looking for a new nail salon with a good price range. full set with gel was only $35 and a gel fill is $23! they take their time and make everything look nice and clean. Will definitely come back again!

When I walked thru the door on a Tuesday at 1:50 they looked at me like why are you here? I said hello, He Daniel I guess the older guy said what you want done, that should have been my red flag, so I told him I needed a fill, He said 18.00 I said ok, well he said maybe 15 words to me the whole time that I was there. I tried to make small talk, like how long you been doing nails, he said 9 yrs, then total silence, he seemed irritated. Now the other young man there was just talking to his client,when the young man client left.He Daniel said good bye, TO THE LADY, come back again, Another lady came in he greeted her so warmly,I said to myself, straight rude !!!! So unprofessional I dont know how they Got these stars,but Im telling you DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, ESPECIALLY WOMEN OF COLOR THEY ( KT NAILS)DONT WANT YOU THERE !! AND BELIEVE ME I PAID HIM MORE THAN 18 I THINK HE WAS SHOCKED BECAUSE HE KNOW HOW BAD HE TREATED ME .WHERE THE REAL PROFESSIONAL NAIL TECS AT !!

I gave this place two chances and even with the good pricing, I will not be going back. The pricing is very reasonable but the quality of manicure and pedicure is what you are paying for. Both times I have left with shellac dried to my skin around my nail and the polish does not stay on as long as it does at other nail salons. Within hours I have had shallac polish chip. This salon seems to be clean but is one of the worst smelling nail salons I have ever been in.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME DONT COME HERE!!! Worst customer service ever! They barely talk to you which is almost like any Asian nail shop and they are rude! You tell them thank you they don’t say anything at all and look at you crazy. I cant believe thia place has 4.4 stars.... I got a full set of acrylics and yeah I expect them to hurt but she cut my cuticle to where they bled.... I asked for round shape and I got more of a rpunded square. They are not far enough down and will be all grown out in a week at most.... So disappointed.... I also wayched one employee sit around while I waited an hour to get started..... They were refusing to do designs because they were busy.... There were 4 people there... I know they are small but to refuse a design for that reason?! Wth! I also watched like 5 people be turned away bc they were busy.. Such a terrible experience.. And was not expecting that.

Was only one worker doing nails and Im assuming since the 2 ladies and myself where in there and i was up next he started to panic and rush. He was flipping my hands, huffing and puffing I guess because he was stressed but its not my fault your the only worker. I felt uncomfortable because I was the only African American in there and they had to have been talking because when he speaked the other employees would look at me.I left and would never recommend this place to anyone.

I been to 3 salons nearby and this is seriously the best one. I like that it isnt ever super busy so I dont need to call ahead like.I did with Le nails and they never had time for me.Edit: language carrier is preeetty important and an issue, work has been inconsistent lately and nail blows are too hard so ripples appear

Fees are reasonable and I have always been happy with the quality of their work -- I get French spa pedi. The pedi stays on very well. The staff are friendly and work hard to please, though the language difference can make communication a challenge at times.

Went in to get nails done. 3 ppl working, two had clients and one was free. But the one lady took over for the guy and Im not sure what he was doing but I waited 15 min and it didnt look like I was going to be started anytime soon so I left. I dont mind waiting but still least acknowledge me and let me know about how long of a wait.
