This place was recommend to me by a friend. My former nail technician moved to another state and I’ve been looking for someone for awhile. I was recommended to make an appointment Trey or Mimi. I booked an appointment and asked for one of them. When I checked in for my appointment, I stated that I had previously made an appointment with one of those two people. I waited for about 20 minutes and then a young girl came over to do my nails. I assumed it was one of the two people I had requested when making my appointment, this was my fault for not asking. I got a new full set. I’ve been getting acrylic nails for almost 20 years and this might be the worse set I’ve ever had. The shape is different on multiple nails, the length is inconsistent, they are super thin, and the polish job isn’t great. There were brush hairs dried in my nail that I had to point out to her to get her to redo them. The girl was very nice and polite but I honestly think it might have been one of her first times doing a full set. I wanted to get them fixed but I had to leave. When I got to my car, I started noticing more and more how horrible they look. I’m not super picky, but I know what a good set looks like and this is not it! Very disappointed and won’t be going back.

The salon is super sparking CLEAN. Jessica and her team did a beautiful job on my DIP manicures and pedicures. Would Highly recommend to visit. The BEST SALON in town!!

I am so upset about my visit. I would give zero stars if possible. I read such wonderful reviews here and it was beautiful/up to date when I came in. Everyone was so nice. But a day after my nails got done, the gel is bubbling and peeling. The acrylic the tech put on was attached to my skin and is now pulling off. The worst part is that the nail tech kept skimming my skin with his hand-piece/drill and I am bleeding! There are open sores all around my cuticles from him doing this. Not only does the job look awful with peeling gel and nail fill, it is super painful. I’d love a refund but don’t want to have to go back in to this place again. And refunds are against their policies apparently, so I wasted $30 + a tip on this horrible job. I had to go to a different salon a DAY later to get them fixed. Save your money!

So far they are the best in town! My friends and I have tried several places and werent happy. They are amazing!!

Beautiful environment. The had great looking light fixtures and wall art in silver. Very pretty looking place. Very clean and thorough services on my pedicure. I have very tough big toenails and cleaned them up beautifully!!

The person who did my nails was extremely rude. I felt judged for what I was choosing to do. When I said I didnt want acrylic nails he seemed discouraged and stunned. At the end, I asked for sparkles or a diamond. He was very mad that I asked. Was super annoyed and made me want to cry. I have never felt so uncomfortable getting my nails done before. Everyone was looking at me. I have went here before, and Jessica was wonderful. Gave me sparkles and everything :) Probably wont come again : ( it was very expensive for my mom and I.. and the service made me feel terrible. I loved the ladies who worked here though. Super sweet and professional

The salon was nice and up to date however the nail tech was very nice and offered drinks to other clients. But when it came to me and my mother, whom are African Americans he failed to offer kindness and drinks his excuse was sometimes I get busy and forget. We both proceeded with getting services despite the obvious difference in treatment. I spent 78 + a tip and not even a week later my tips were lifting on three of my nails and the French manicure on my toes all have chipped white polish. Save your money and go somewhere else there is nothing elegant about the services provided.

I was a walk in client and was able to get service right away. John provided me with my pedicure and took went above and beyond to tend to my toenails that are extremely hard to cut. I have found a new bff in him and will forever return as long as he is there! No one has ever been able to master my spooned toenails.The salon was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly as well, a win win!!

I came in for a full set, my toes, and my eyebrows. I originally wanted gel but the tech (Van Le) talked me into getting the dip, and I was more than pleased. The establishment is very clean and elegant and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Plus Jessica did a bangin job on my eyebrows! All around a really great place and will definitely be getting my business again.

Jessica did my, nails she was so kind, professional and fun to talk to. I absolutely recommend her, I wont go anywhere else. My nails are absolutely beautiful. On the rare occasion that I get my nails done wherever I go I feel as though my nails are always poor quality when leaving. I have never had a bad experience here before but today I did. I scheduled an appointment for 6pm. I didn’t get helped until after I had sat there 30 mins and had asked how much longer twice. I finally got helped at 6:40. I asked for a simple square shape with hot pink tips. The technician kept buzzing my cuticles to the point I am wincing from pain with no apology. After I get in the car I look at my nails and my thumb nail is 100% crooked with a weird texture on the top where the neon paint is. I can literally see where the fake nail was put on my finger on every single nail. I feel like after this experience it was only right to write this review and urge you to go somewhere else.

I loved my pedicure, although the guy who did my nails did not do what I wanted at all. I wanted long coffin nails and then he proceeded to tell me that my nail beds were too short for them when I’ve already gotten long nails at other places before. I even showed him a picture of my past nails and he still did not listen to me. He gave me shorter nails than what I wanted. They barely have the coffin shape and look more like a square shape. I really wish he would’ve just listened to what I wanted instead of giving his own opinion. Very disappointed.

Pedicures were great!! Only thing that i was very disappointed in was the polish never really dried. It was very gummy and tacky. I had to take it off myself and polish my toes. We even went back after 2 hours the first time. They redid the polish, but when i woke the next day it was all smudged and still gummy. That was disappointing 😕

ABSOLUTELY LOVE it here!!!! It’s so clean...they clean after each client and wipe everything down. It’s beautiful all new chairs, pedicure bowls. Very relaxing!! I always walk out very happy. They go above and beyond!!! Jessica is awesome and does a beautiful job! Staff is very friendly ❤️❤️ 💅🏼💅🏼

I have wanted a nail salon that I love and could keep coming back to. Wow. This place is wonderful. The environment is so clean and appealing. Its a gorgeous & relaxing salon. The staff are so friendly. I was offered drinks, a pedicure menu, and if I needed anything. The pedicure was top notch. They took their time and didnt rush me through. They made sure the water was hot and I got a full timed massage unlike most places Ive went to always being in a hurry and dont even take the time to check the water temp.I noticed they sprayed off each chair after each client with disinfectant. Everyone wore masks. Even their equipment seemed so nice and new. Loved everything about my experience here. Would highly recommend!!

I’ve been here twice and I received really poor quality both times.The lastest visit, the pedicure chipped after 4 days. Usually a pedicure will last a solid 2 weeks before chipping.DO NOT get a dip nail here. Tremendously negative results here. Nothing like I’ve ever had anywhere else.Definitely going to try a different salon.The nails techs here just don’t have the skill set to be doing nails.

I searched for a new nail salon for awhile before I found this place. I absolutely love it. Service is top priority and everyone strives to excel at it. I am always very happy with my manicure and pedicures. And the pedicures are the best around!! Highly recommend this place.

So I was looking for a new nail salon to go to because recently The person that I want to quit doing nails altogether. And I had a friend reference me to them. And I’ve heard of other people getting their nails done here, and they looked really pretty. But I went in and I had a nail idea that I wanted, the lady said that she could do it. And when I asked her she handed me a basket of foil stickers which was not in the picture, and the stickers look cheesy. So I changed up my design, I wasn’t mad. When She was doing acrylic, my fingers Felt like someone was setting them on a stove they were burning profusely, and I’ve never felt something like that before. The acrylic looks like bubbles. It is also streaky, and the shape on a couple of them are not good. But I will say that their salon was beautiful, very clean, and they did have a wide selection of choices.

This is a brand new salon only open in about six or seven weeks. Very well-appointed interior with nice flooring, lighting, Nail Tech stations, and Pedicure Chairs. Everyone on staff speaks English well and are very customer focused. Its a nice addition to the Chapel Ridge area and you will enjoy great service here.
