This company did an amazing job! Great communication and very professional. They even took a lot of pictures as they cleaned my air ducts. When they were finished they showed me before and after images of the air ducts. I highly recommend this company! Keep up the great work guys!

Super nice team (Nick and Alex) that came out to clean my much neglected dryer vent! There was even an old birds nest! Very quick and thorough and made sure every thing was cleaned up and secure after. Very happy I chose this company.

2 gentlemen showed up on time after they called to let me know when they would be at my home. They did a fantastic job of cleaning the duct work and kept me informed at every step they were taking. They even showed me the air baffles that I never knew where there and how they operate. They even cleaned out the very skinny parts of the venting. I would use them again and highly recommend them! I have noticed a bit less dust in the house and it seems to heat up a bit faster.

I wish I could give 10 stars for Steam Team! Absolutely fantastic! I wanted to surprise my mom by having her carpet cleaned. I went over and they arrived exactly on time. Eric and Alex were the young gentlemen that did the work. They were very polite, courteous and took their time to listen to any questions my mom had. They did an extremely thorough job! My mom had a small stain in her carpet that two other cleaning companies said they couldnt get out. But Eric and Alex got it out! My mom was so happy with not only the great job Eric and Alex did, but also how professional and polite they were. Mom told me that she will always use Steam Team! Great job Steam Team! I will also call them for my house. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Its refreshing to see a company that truly cares for its customers, employees and has good old fashioned values! Really nice people to work with, they called the day before to confirm and when they were on the way the next morning. Young men that showed up did a great job and even called me to let me know they damaged some of the paint on my wall while trying to get a vent cover off (was not their fault bad paint job). Well managed crew you can tell, will recommend to others and more than likely use them again!

They did an awesome job cleaning our carpet and ducts. Sofas could have been better, still had dog hair on them. But overall was very satisfied.

None of the spots in our carpet were even worked on. Nothing moved in the rooms; they just cleaned around things. Ans honestly, the carpets looked no different. Claim to go 7 rooms/areas, in and out in 45 mins. No wonder they were so quick, no pride in their work.

We have used Steam Team two different times over the past year, and both were great experiences. Once last year we had our vents cleaned, and just had our dryer vent cleaned today. In both instances they were on time, extremely nice and did a thorough job. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Ive had my carpets cleaned but a number of different companies in Fort Wayne. None!.....none of the service lines up or comes close to Steam Teams. Easy to work with and stand behind their service/product.
