The Maids- Darlene and her teams-were a breath of fresh air! It is such a blessing to come home to a clean, secure home after working long hours, and not have to stress over finding time to clean. It truly improved the quality of my life. The Maids were timely and punctual, and accommodated special requests. They attended to detail, and were always kind and professional. Upon selling our home, Darlene handled the move-out clean in our absence. I will miss you, Darlene and team!! Blessings on you! You will be very hard to replace!!

We hired this company to do a deep clean before we moved into a new house to try and make the move easier and less stressful. Although they did clean some stuff, it wasnt much of a deep clean. They were supposed to do appliances, cabinets and vents along with normal cleaning. Vents are dirty. Freezer is dirty. Cabinets are dirty. One toilet seat had dried pee on it. Had to clean everything before unloading. Waste of money and very disappointing.

This company was hired to deep clean my aunt’s house. The first time through was disappointing. The stove wasn’t cleaned, very little dusting was done, the bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned and other things. Presented with pictures, they agreed and returned to “make it right”. It was still done poorly. Cobwebs in the window sills, things not dusted, tub fixtures not cleaned and carpets not swept. The manager told me that if she has to come back herself to clean it she will. I sent more pictures the next day to let her know issues were still unaddressed.I have not heard from her and it’s been a week. It was also specifically asked that the same crew not come out, because one of them was rude and mouthy. She was in the second crew sent, despite our request. She chewed out her BOSS in the kitchen, in front of me. She was rude and rolled her eyes a lot. I mentioned to her boss that her behavior was unacceptable. She stayed out of my sight the rest of the time she was there. Hire this service at your own risk.

The Maids completed construction cleanup for us on short notice and when we needed it. The were thorough, friendly, and arrived when they said they would. The team leader, Marissa was able to converse and clean at the same time. The price quoted was higher than we were charged, as they were able to finish in less time than quoted. Overall a great experience.

I needed a deep cleaning of my mother’s house ASAP, called The Maids and luckily they were able to accommodate us the same day. The two ladies that came out, Marissa and Katie, were very professional and did an AMAZING job! I highly highly recommend this company! As a Combat Vet I also wanted to let my Veteran brothers and sisters know that this is one company you can trust. 2end time of using services after spoke with them things they missed like shower walls, lifting rugs up, shoes, pulling chairs out, wiping down table, lifting laundry basket up to clean underneath. Simple things I thought was included but I guess not. They came in didnt even mop let alone clean my shower very disappointed and so many other things missed. Going with a private cleaning lady and she is great. If they needed more money they should have said something. At least. Take your money elsewhere.

We called them for construction cleaning and they were able to accommodate our dates on a short notice. The girls did a thorough job cleaning up the dust and debris. Marissa, the team leader was very friendly and engaged in conversation while cleaning.I appreciated the friendly service.

My kitchen has never sparkled like this! The ladies seemed to enjoy their work and working together. This was a one-time spring cleaning, but I am definitely considering having them come bi-weekly. They were quick and VERY thorough. We had a great experience.

We are in the process of moving and ultimately made the decision to hire out some of the cleaning before we list our house on the market. We were running out of time so we figured this would check stuff off our list. A crew of three people showed up with all of their supplies. They arrived knowing our baseboards is the area of focus that we requested. Needless to say, they put 0 elebow greese into the cleaning. Basically spray and wipe. When we called, they asked how many windows were needing cleaned. They cleaned zero out of the five requested. They didnt clean the shower door or tub, which both needed it. Considering how much we paid, I feel that there just was not enough value to hire them again. Maybe because this was our first time ever hiring a professional cleaning company we had too high of expectations. I just figured a whole home cleaning meant a whole home cleaning.

The cleaning was fine, but they always leave lights on in the house. Huge irritation to me!!! I keep telling them about it in my reviews, but the problem doesnt get fixed. Happened again today. This time it was the purple team.

They arrived promptly. Once inside the house, the lead person asked if there was anything special in the house they needed to know about. I showed them a couple things and they start working immediately. They did a fantastic job and all three were very polite.

Got a whole house cleaning for my wife for mothers day. We were both extremely happy with the quality of the clean... the base boards the blinds the ceiling fan and even the switch plates were cleaned. The crew were all extremely nice and friendly. Definitely if your on the fence dont wait get them in your house!

The Maids have been cleaning our home for 3+ years! We absolutely love clean day! Today we had the purple team. Excellent job Purple Team!! The wood work/furniture just shines. The purple team came out and did a thorough cleaning last week as I was recovering from a surgery. My home smelled and looked great. My furniture looked great, and I especially was happy to have kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, and baseboards cleaned.

Sometimes they are great & sometimes not so great. Sometimes there’s 4 or 3 or 2 of them. The smaller the group the better they are. The ones here today are doing a great job! I’m very pleased!

The ladies that came to my home were professional and they did an awesome job. The house really needed a deep cleaning and they did just that. I would definitely recommend them to others for the reasons noted above and because their fees are quite reasonable.

The Maids have come and cleaned my home for me when I was not well enough to do it myself. They are efficient and courteous. The teams come in and work together until everything is sparkling! It is a joy to have the Maids on my cleaning team!

The ladies that came into our office today were wonderful. We have some construction going on with new lights being installed in our entire lobby and they had no issue working around it or adjusting to all of the lights, boxes, wires, and ceiling tiles laying around. They cleaned and vacuumed the entire office in an efficient manner and still attempted to clean our desks being littered constantly with dust and debris. We appreciate them coming in and providing wonderful work even when our circumstances are less than ideal!

I just had them clean my home. I wasnt home when they cleaned but when I got back, WOW! My eyes were instantly captured: all of my hard wood floors and furniture were glowing!! Every instruction I gave was carried out! Nothing was missing from my house. The stainless steel and mirrors were taken care of, they even fluffed my couch pillows and straightened all the tassels of my oriental rug! I decided to have them come in once a week, the prices are great! The staff are very professional and accommodating to my scheduling needs!

The Miads come into my house twice a month. They are reliable, efficient and customer service oriented. They always call with a reminder of their next visit, then call the day after the cleaning to make sure there were no issues or concerns. All the people on their teams are friendly, along with the office staff Darlene and JJ. This weekend my son was married, I called and let them know I needed to change the day of my normal cleaning. I heard, “No problem!” The day they arrived, I found a box of Debrand on my counter with a note that said, “Congratultions on the wedding. Enjoy some chocolate from us.” I highly recommend the crew from The Maids of Fort Wayne!!

Highly not recommended!! I hate writing, but this review is so necessary. It is the day before Thanksgiving. I spoke with Darlene on the phone Monday and still have not received a call back regarding the supposedly “guarantee” of their work. I purchased for my sister a move in ready cleaning service, as she was moving for the first time in 20 something years. I knew she had a lot of packing and clean of the old house (and still working full time; 12 hours a day some days), so I wanted her new home to be move in ready. As a former realtor and a person that gets her house cleaned regularly, I thought she deserved this and would appreciate being able to walk into a spotless home, ready to unpack. This was definitely not the case. The Maid (four of them) came Friday before last, home completely empty, newly renovated and did such a poor job. My sister was quite surprised and wasn’t going to say anything. I encouraged her to call and let them know and they came back out and only addressed the few items she pointed out (she did not know to do a hand swipe on everything to ensure it was clean); however she did hand swipe the kitchen counters and bathroom counters, two essential areas of a home, and they were dirty, as well as the toilet in the guest bath (this is a clear sign of poor cleaning). When I arrived in town on Monday (week of Thanksgiving) to help my sister with unpacking and moving still from the old house, we immediately noted the shower in the second bathroom was not clean (looked clean on the surface, but not with the hand swipe) and the kitchen pantry was not cleaned (filthy to the eye), the entryway windows were still dusty (but clean to the naked eye). I’m not sure what move in ready means to The MAid service, but as a professional cleaning service provider, I would think it means and includes cleaning the shower, pantry (especially) and cabinets. My sister was told they only clean the cabinets if asked (Uhh). For 140 per hour, I don’t think we should have to ask you to do a job that you do professional for a living. I called and spoke with Darlene Monday and explained my dissatisfaction. She said they were only give a two hour window, which was just a starting point as my sister did not know how long it should really take for an empty house with nothing in it (as I explained to Darlene). I asked Darlene if the lead informed my brother-in-law of the services they were not able to get to and that they needed more time to appropriately clean (she did not know). Then I asked, however wouldn’t the bathroom and kitchen be two essential area they would/should have started in? She agreed; so, I’m not quite sure how these areas could have been missed. As stated, to the eye, the showers and counter tops looked clean before The Maid had even arrived, so my guess is that they did not do as thorough of a cleaning because of this. Very very disappointed, as now they are not answering my call (I called yesterday and today); now me and my mom will have to start cleaning the kitchen so we can finally begin unpacking and then prep for Thanksgiving dinner; my sis and hubby are still at work and just haven’t had any time to focus on the new house. I would love to get a phone call from The Maid and definitely feel I’m due a refund!! Will post pics if I can figure out how - lol. Like I said I typically don’t write or post reviews, but beware of this service provider, be sure to ask the right questions and definitely do a hand swipe of everything; because I don’t feel guaranteed about anything!!

An amazing clean everytime! Very Professional!

Not at all impressed. Hired them for a move-in clean, paid $280, which was more than I was quoted for a 2-hour cleaning, and it was not very good at all. We really couldnt tell a difference between the before and after. Once they arrived, they were VERY pushy with the time limit and it was supposed to be a 3-person team, but one of them just supervised the entire time and kept telling me all of the things they wouldnt be doing since Im only paying for 2 hours. I was originally told that 2-hours was the standard move-in cleaning time. I hate leaving bad reviews but there are probably much better options out there. Im sure the owner will reply below telling me Im wrong (as has happened in every other review on here) but take it from a customers perspective, this was not a good experience or service. After the process of getting a mortgage and a morning filled with closing paperwork, I just wasnt in the mood to fight this battle in realtime. Hope this helps, everyone.

I would never use them again...they didnt even clean my house when i hired them...they were supposed to do a move in clean and when i went to move in they had not swept the upstairs...there were cob webs all over my house still...they didnt clean any window or anything else for that matter...they told me my house was atrocious when i was getting ready to move in, they also left the fridge full of gross when they were supposed to clean it...maybe i was an isolated incident...but their manager also talked crap to me...they are no good with customer service.
