Our carpet was around 7 years old and we decided on getting them cleaned rather than getting new. The carpet has been brought back to life and will get more life out of it now that it has been cleaned. Very impressed with the quality of their work and their customer service. This is a top notch company that will get you top notch results. My recliner that I had cleaned looks like it was taken off the showroom floor. Very impressed and will continue to use them again when we need the upstairs carpet done!

The technician arrived on time and was friendly and gentle with all of our furniture! We had 2 spots on our white family room carpet- he was able to get both out. My carpet is 22 years old and has seen potty training of the children of previous owners, my four children, and my dog. It has also had its fair share of milk, tomato sauces, vomit, gum, glue, homemade slime, dark sodas, coffee, tea and every other thing you can think of. It got to the point where I didnt even try to keep it clean, because I had resigned myself to replacing it when the budget allowed. I was very satisfied with the amount of time and attention that was spent on my carpets. I had about 850 sq ft done and they were there for 5+ hours making sure it looked amazing. The time and attention to detail that was put into the job speaks volumes for the company itself and the people they choose to employee. I have 2 cats, a dog and 5 kids as well as all the other kids that find their way in. The carpet in the rooms I had cleaned is older carpet (6-9 years old) and was incredibly stained and worn in certain areas but came out looking better than I could have imagined. I was pleasantly surprised to find that almost all the spots came up with no additional charge, including the gum and flarp (which is not allowed in the house anymore). I was deciding on a cheaper company vs Referral but decided on Referral and I am very glad I did. I think that overall I got less extra charges for things and my carpet is much cleaner than what it would have been had I chosen a cheaper carpet cleaning company. I have a picture of the cleaned vs the not cleaned and the difference is amazing. I got told by a friend they had no idea my carpet was so light and I told them I had forgot it was!

When we recently had a water line break in our basement, I was at a loss of what to do. What a relief when I called Referral Cleaning & Restoration and was able to speak with Alan immediately, even though it was around 6 a.m. Later that morning, he was there with his crew, and they were quickly getting the water out of the basement and beginning the process of drying the walls and carpet. To save my family money, they even allowed us to use their meters to monitor the status of drying everything and allowed me to return their materials myself, so I wasnt billed additional trip fees. I originally contacted Referral Cleaning & Restoration after another carpet company examined my carpets and determined that their method of cleaning would destroy my carpets. Referral Cleaning not only came the next day, they were downright giddy over the opportunity to clean my type of carpet. They took pride in their work and repeatedly showed me the before and after work as they proceeded. I was AMAZED at the results! 4 kids, a cat, and a dog and they made them look like new! They may be a bit pricier but I will happily pay for such great results!

They showed up on time - One of my biggest pet peeves is companies not showing up on time and not letting me know they are on their way - Referral was on time and communicated every step of the way! Our family owns a local flooring company and we only recommend Referral Cleaning! We have tried literally everyone in town and if we havent our clients have and there is no one better then Referral Cleaning. They are very pricey but there is no one that can get there carpets looking as fresh as they can! I only have them clean my home because I know they can make the carpet look new again. I hired Referral Cleaning & Restoration to clean my new home prior to our moving in. I was referred to them by the previous owner and also the company I used to install carpet and flooring in my old home. The previous owners of our new home had cats and my son is very allergic to cat hair and dander and a reaction when he visited the home. I was very concerned about getting the carpets cleaned well for this reason. I was initially a little reluctant because they are more expensive than other companies, but I decided to go for quality and that proved to be an excellent decision. The fact that they have stronger extraction suction, do extra passes on the carpet, and have faster drying time also influenced my decision. The technician who came to my home was Walter. Walter was the most courteous and exceptional professional I have EVER had into my home for ANY service in the last 20 years that I have been a home owner. He was knowledgeable, hardworking, polite, and was extremely passionate about cleaning my home. When he arrived he used shoe covers, corner protectors, etc. and continued to treat my home with respect throughout the service. I explained to him about my son’s allergy to cats and also showed him one stain on the carpet that seemed to be cat urine. Walter then got a black light and examined my entire home, on his hands and knees, including carpets, baseboards, walls, and heat registers. He marked each spot of pet urine he found throughout the home with a poker chip. He then used special cleaner for pet urine to clean and decontaminate those areas, and cleaned all the carpets. He even washed the walls by hand and disassembled the heat registers and cleaned them with the special cleaner. He worked diligently for 12 hours on my 2200 square foot home. He brought fans in and placed them in each room to speed the drying process, as I had scheduled my move for the next day. He did absolutely everything possible to accommodate my needs. My home looks and smells amazing. My son has had ZERO allergic symptoms. I feel good about the safety of my kids as they lay on the freshly cleaned carpet and I feel good about the cleanliness of my new home. Do not think twice! Choose Referral Cleaning & Restoration for all of your cleaning needs! They are well worth every penny and you will not regret choosing the BEST.

I took 3 oriental rugs in for cleaning. Two were very, very old and dirty and not sure of origin. They came out great. The third we purchased in Turkey 16 years ago and never had cleaned before. It looks new again. Customer service was also very good.

The Referral team worked a miracle getting a large red sauced stain out of the back seat of my car. I have a light beige interior so the carpet was very orange and smelled and had set for over a day. BEWARE! Showed up on time. 2 guys. one asked if the other could get started while he calculated the cost. I agreed, as they had been referred by a trusted friend. A third of the way through the job, the first guy quoted me almost $500.00. Average size living room, small dining room, average size den, steps, a small hallway, and an area rug. Had it all cleaned two years ago by another local reputable company for half of what these guys charged. Their work was as expected, but their charges are outrageous. They were in and out in 2 hours. When they emailed my invoice, they noted that they were there for 3 hours. I Will never use them again.

We have 6 kids, and a dog! Carpets have been cleaned by other services and NONE of them compared to the results of Referral. I honestly did not think the carpet could look so good.The other carpet companies we have used are in and out with 30 to 45 minutes. Alan was at our house for approximately 2 hrs and 45 minutes. He explained what he was going to do and set up fans in the living room after he cleaned the floor.They are expensive. I will pay the extra to get the service and results that I got from Referral!

We’ve used another well known cleaning service for several years until recently when someone told us about Referral. They did a beautiful job removing a difficult stain on an upholstered chair & sofa. We also found stains on a bedroom carpet that, we believe, were made by workers when our home was being built that we missed at the time. Now, they are completely gone. From the person I talked to over the phone to set up the appointment, to the two workers who came to our home to do the work, we were impressed.
