This was the first time that we had used Distinctive Cleaning and I cannot say enough how happy we are with them. Alan did an amazing job cleaning our tile throughout our house. We have used other services before, but there is not comparison to what the outcome was with Distinctive to the others-it is actually CLEAN. Also, Audrey was so nice to work with as well. Alan was a joy to work with - extremely thorough and conscientious not to mention a just good guy.This is the restaurant Joseph Decuis in Roanoke. The floral carpet leads to and from the restaurant kitchen and sees a lot of activity - with many feet and food going back and forth in this one doorway. As you can see, the carpet here really needed it. Now it looks like brand new. I couldn’t believe he could clean it up that well.The red carpet into the bar I thought only needed it here by the stairs but the whole room became vibrant again. Thank you Alan! You will be back!

Feels great to come home to freshly cleaned carpets! I have used other local companies for carpet cleaning in the past but they dont hold a candle to Distinctive Cleaning & Restoration. They do quality work and spend 3 times as long cleaning your carpets as the other companies do. LOVE the solution they are able to use to treat known pet stain/odor areas. Our carpet looked BAD! Traffic wear and pet accidents were apparent. We were so upset that it would never look as good as it did when we purchased our house 5 years ago but we were wrong (thank goodness!). Alan, recently cleaned 3 areas in my house, upstairs hallway, stairs and dining room. He made my carpets look like new! All I can say is wow! I had a great experience with Distinctive Cleaning and Restoration. My dog recently took to using the downstairs carpets as a bathroom ugh. I thought I just had a few pet stains. The carpets are a whole new level of bright and clean plus the pet stains are gone! I previously used another carpet cleaning company who used alot of deodorizers and left my carpets with a chemical smell and quite wet. My carpet looks and smells clean and are only slightly damp. We had new light grey carpet installed about 18 months ago and had two problem spots arise since. A greasy black area underneath the whole rocking chair and what looked like furniture stains from the feet of a borrowed wooden bedframe. We called Distinctive Cleaning & Restoration to come out and do their best lifting the stains and grease from the carpet. They were able to bring the carpet back to good-as-new! Alan was very professional and accommodating. Since I work from home, he was able to work around me and clean the office while I was away grabbing lunch. Unbelievable! We asked to have our newer carpets cleaned to keep up with warranty, when Alan saw some bad spots on our old carpeting, he said he could get them out. The old carpets look as good as new!! And he was able to remove tar stains from the new carpet without any problems. Job was thorough, carpet was dryer than expected when done. I highly recommend their cleaning! They did an amazing job on 3 rooms of carpet. 1 room had a significant ink jet printer cartridge stain on it that I worked and worked on myself but couldnt remove. They got the stain out 100%! I will definitely be using them in the future!

Alan did a great job cleaning my car upholstery. I was very happy! I have tried to clean it on my own with no success. The upholstery shows even water marks. While getting ready to sell a home we purchased carpeting for two rooms and decided to just clean the rest of the carpeting. Well I wished I had called Distinctive first!
