I give this place 5 stars. Some of the previous reviewers complained of too many people...what did you expect people it IS a sports arena, duh. If you dont like the crowds stay home. It was great to see the Komets last night in person win the Kelly Cup. There was a line of people getting food and it took awhile to get food but it was to be expected when it was one of the largest crowds for a hockey game in the history of the Coliseum. The traffic wasnt bad getting in, we arrived a hour early for those reviewers who complained they had to wait over a hour to get in...there was only about 3 cars in front of us to pay for parking. It was also good to see the COO come down the aisle in attempt to find the fans who were flipping off the other teams goalie. There wifi is hit or miss sometimes without a strong connection that is my only complaint.

I have been to several concerts here. I enjoy it. The last event I got the pleasure of see was the winter jam fest. I had a blast. I have also worked some events for Compassion International here, its always a privilege and a blessing to see talented artists.

Was a great place to visit. But I needed to change my plan by updating my way of travel. I had it on no highway it rough terrain. Needed to change that! But I didnt so it took me on 2 lane roads instead of highway. My bad!!! Make sure you check the road way you want. It was a. Great adventure anyway! Thank you

Love this venue from Monster Truck event and many concerts there love it there. Nice place, nice bathrooms, good food but high prices (like any where else). I recommend this place

Great place to visit in Fort Wayne. Venue for many big events. We attended a Pet expo here. Saw the Diving dog competition (Dock Diving) for the first time. Search for vivekoxide channel in youtube to see the video I made of the Pet Show.

What haven’t this amazing structure hosted, everything you can say, like circus, concert, graduation, boat shows, and so so so much more. This year was fantastic because the structure was use to host the early voting site which didn’t let us down. People came and patiently waited their time in line for the vote. So many came out but the social distancing was set in place and people followed it which made everyone feel safe. Hopefully we fill this place up again with people and the War Memorial Coliseum will continue to serve the greater Fort Wayne area.

I loved going to the mad ants game it was a great time and the arena was cool I went here for a wwe house show and Disney on ice to wish I could’ve gone to the globetrotters game

Winter Jam was great and I was so impressed that they kept everyone out of the rain and in the building while they waited. The lines moved fast and security was amazing. They had no problems with my medical devices and allowed for me to bring in my water and small snacks (diabetic) to endure the 5 hour concert.

I attended my nephews graduation here today. All of the staff at the Coliseum were very kind, helpful, and very efficient!! Things went smoothly and quickly for shuffling around thousands of people!!! My hat off to you all whom work there!! Thank you for a pleasant visit!!!!

My boyfriend and I arrived at the Coliseum for the first day of walk-ins for the Pfizer vaccines. There wasn’t a wait and the whole process was effortless. The hospitality, bedside manner and overall care of the staff from check-in to departure is why I’m here leaving this review. The staff kicked absolute butt. They were so nice and thoughtful. I really appreciated their time and thank you all for everything you are doing during this pandemic! Get your shot(s) everyone!

If possible Id give NO stars. At venue for daughters graduation with my disabled wife. The staff was uncaring of my wifes wants or needs and stuffed her in the very back away from seeing our daughter. They wouldnt listen to requests and were rude. One asked me have her walk a little too get to seats. This place has no good options for handicapped seating. Would recommend to avoid this place and its staff.

Wonderful place to watch some hockey. Seats are comfortable. Nice older building that doesnt look like it. Bathrooms are easily available. The food is good. Enjoy this place for hockey, basketball, and many other ways

The staff was very helpful and the arena was very clean. We attended the Shrine Circus and our whole family had a blast. Definitely will be attending again!

I went for my Covid-19 vaccine. Not only did they provide mobility assistance providing a wheelchair from my car and back to my car. The whole process for the shot was very easy and flowed very well I had no waiting. Great job Fort Wayne Health Department!!!

Great place to watch hockey. The place is huge and there are so many seats you can choose from. They also have many different options of food that you can get while watching a game.

Dancing usher, great variety of food (small portions) nice stadium, and 99% welcoming fans. Go Wichita Thunder. Still not a fan of the Komets. ;)

Love the Coliseum! We went to a Komets game this evening. Cant say Im a big fan of the new bag/purse/backpack rule, but I already had a clear bag so it all worked out I guess.

Very spacious and well kept. Easy access for parking and building entry. Mask recommended, not required.

This was my first indoor rock concert. I went to see Bad Wolves, Three Days Grace, and Five Finger Death Punch! The sound was incredible! Not a single complaint. Everything was awesome!!

Always a great time. The pulled pork fries are out of this world!

I was there for the Trump rally tonight and for the number of people that attended the event, it was very well managed. The staff was courteous and helpful and the lines moved quickly. It helped to make the evening very enjoyable.

The REMC annual meeting was held here. The venue was clean and well kept. There was ample parking. We had a great time at the festivities before hand.

Attended the Pawject 2020 in the convention center and the food was amazing in addition to all of the amazing groomed dogs in this event.

The facility was very clean and organizedThe ushers near the front entrance were true gentlemen! They held the door for me as I rushed to get my daughter and son, who was in a stroller, in out of the rain. I truly appreciate the courtesy!

Great venue for a concert. No bad seats in the house. Only drawback is there is only one way in and one way out. Too crowded for existing!

The sound was much better for the Bob Seger concert than any concert Ive seen here previously. Ive notoriously told friends to avoid concerts here in the past because it always seems to sound like youre in a coffee can. However, I was pleasantly surprised with this show and may be changing my thoughts about catching shows here. One thing that was a big negative was the staff held everyone on the odd-numbered side of the arena from exiting. We stood there for nearly ten minutes, shoulder-to-shoulder in the hallway, unable to leave because the doors were blocked. Big negative!

Clean facility and friendly, helpful staff. Havent really found a bad seat in the whole place. Awesome events. Getting in and out with traffic can be frustrating. Not great flow or direction. But over all the main arena is a large enough venue without losing connection to the events whether its a concert, the Komets or Mad Ants or even the circus. And the smaller events rooms work perfectly as well

I attended the heroes and legends professional wrestling event on Saturday October 27th 2018. There was a 6 dollar parking fee. I dont know how old the venue is but from the outside it looks almost new. The inside looks very well kept. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have about the event is every time we went out of the event and came back in we had to scan our ticket. Other than that minor inconvenience I thought the event was great.

Very efficient at getting people in and out. Friendly staff, great experience.

The coliseum is a nice facility and seems to be very well maintained. My only complaint would be the seating. The seats seem to be extraordinarily close and even seem to be a little smaller than other similar venues.

Wonderful exhibits!! Someone did a lot of planning and great execution. Loved the venders, especially the Scentsy booth and the caramel popcorn booth. I had a fantastic time!

We have seen 2 Disney shows at this Coliseum, going to our 3rd in March. I have not had any problems with seat views. If you are tall, the seats might be uncomfortable. They are a bit small and leg room is limited. Floor seats have a lot more room. No problem with comfort with those.

It was kind of small but has a lot of bathrooms and I went here to see a concert for In This Moment, Hailstorm and New Years Day and that was a nice experience.

It has been a few years since I attended any events here. Theyve done a lot of remodeling to improve the facilities. It was great that they were able to land such a big name concert here in Fort Wayne. Didnt have to drive very far.

We came from Indianapolis to see this concert and it was so worth it. Thanks Ron Zombie and Marlin Manson for a awesome show. I cant believe I got to simply touch the both of you that made my day guys!!!!

It was a great venue to see Paul McCartney. It is smaller and seating is great about anywhere you are located. The seats clear at the top section might be too high for me though.

Always a great venue for concerts and games. The seats could be more comfortable but Im always up to go to event here. The prices are reasonable.

This place is great for a hockey game or a event. During the hockey games the energy in the stadium is livid and a lot of fun for people of all ages. Plus if you have a event that needs to happen in a large venue it contains expo halls for any form or kind of event

It was a very clean and wonderful Setting to see a concert in, not too large and the sound within the arena was excellent. The staff was very helpful wherever you were in the building at any time. The Memorial Coliseum is such an amazing place for Fort Wayne. They attract the whole community with a variety of events from expos to concerts!

Absolutely great!! Went to a concert there and I couldnt believe how great my experience was. The drink was a little pricey, but I attended a concert, at the war Memorial. What else can you expect!!

Great place and home of the Fort Wayne Komets, hockey team, nice clean place with multiple spaces for different types of events.

The concert was great, the acoustics so-so. $12 Bud Light was a turn-off to concessions. Place seemed clean and well maintained.

We came to the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum to see Impractical Jokers. Traffic was extremely busy around the coliseum. We had VIP parking, which was really close to the entry doors, and we had our own exit gate to leave the parking lot. I would definitely recommend the VIP parking. It saved us from waiting in a ton of traffic after the event. The inside of the coliseum is just ok. I felt there was a lack of bathrooms, as I had to wait in line for about 20 minutes. The only food stand I saw that was open was for popcorn. We had floor seats for the event, and the chairs were really soft and comfortable, but didn’t have much leg room. The ushers were helpful in showing us our seats. Overall, I’d recommend this place.

Boat show was cool... would have liked to see more Fishing style boats.. but found my favorite boat of the show. This would be alot of fun! Will look into one of these for sure.

Great mid-market facility. It might not seem fair to compare to Indianapolis, but it is, as you can find some of the same shows in both cities. Allen County takes the edge is several categories: parking is reasonably priced & a relatively short walk. The facility itself is easy to navigate with courteous, professional staff stationed throughout. Ticket prices are competitive. In terms of concessions, Allen County is very reasonable, with a fair amount of options, quick service, and friendly staff.

The staff was extremely helpful with an issue that I had and several of their staff helped me. It is still a great venue for concerts.

Place is great and clean. This isnt there fault, but the gun show is a joke. Its like old friends from high school with over priced guns. I seen some sketchy deals with people. Having people redo paperwork ect. Its quite appalling.

My family and I just finished watching Disney on ice!! It was a wonderful show and the kids absolutely loved all of the songs and characters. Aside from the wonderful performance, the staff at the coliseum was very friendly and helpful. The ushers were there to help but not as much to be overbearing during the show. As with every large event ending and everyone trying to leave it was slow to get out, however the staff was there to help direct traffic and the crowd to their cars and out to the roads. Overall it was a great experience with an awesome staff.

The boat show was great! They had a good verity.
