Ive been using Premiere for about 3 years and have no complaints. Scott is always enjoyable to work with. Hes straightforward, honest, and is one of the few service men who dont ask to speak to my husband or patronize me. Hes serviced our 20 year old units, guided us through the replacement process, and now does the annual service for the new units. Cant recommend the company more.

Premiere installed multiple Fujitsu mini splits at our 125 year old home. They heat and cool and are super quiet. Pretty simple to take care of basic maintenance too. The installation went very quick and smooth.The guys are professional and on time. Great overall experience!

Scot upgraded my 50 year old thermostat to a new smart thermostat. He made sure to dot every i throughout the installation process, and even took the time afterwards to walk me through use of the thermostats phone app. He made sure I was satisfied with everything prior to leaving, and personally checked on me afterwards to ensure my satisfaction. Scott and his team did a great job! They were very helpful and knowledgeable. He installed a Nest thermostat and spent plenty of time showing me how it operated. He also told me about the rebate program with REMC. I have use Premiere in the past and they have always done a great job!

They found a leak co2 leak while they were installing our new units. They informed us a fixed it. The last people just put tape over it and hoped no one would notice. Premiere Mechanical literally saved my familys lives! I will never go with anyone else!

This is a great company to do business with. I had an older furnance that other companies would look at and tell me just get a new one. Premiere knew how my furnace worked. They would tune it up and I never had any more problems with it. I wont use anyone else.

My HVAC unit went out While I was out of town. I was in a bind. Several people recommended this company to help us and they worked with us over the phone with our housesitter to get a new unit put in. This took a lot of trust on our part but they definitely impressed us. Not only were they honest and upfront but they were very affordable and we got a great unit. Pretty much like every other high-overhead overcharging HVAC company. Needed a new blower motor and wheel for a furnace in a rental property. Basic parts that can be had online for about $150 total. Total invoice for the job that should have taken no more than an hour: $687. And that was after a 5% discount. When I inquired about the warranty to see if these were perhaps better quality parts to justify the higher price....nope...same as everyone else. One year warranty. Absolutely outrageous and unreasonable.UPDATE (4/11/2017): Blower motor failed within warranty - it was replaced. Another property of mine that also had a new blower motor installed by Premiere also failed, just outside the one-year warranty. Never again.
