I dont usually leave reviews, but I just want to warn anyone who is looking for a plumber that they might want to look elsewhere. They put our toilet right in front of our bathroom door and did not really explain what they even did. They left as quickly as they came. Seemed to be pretty nice and professional guys. The electrical work they did seems fine. I have had better luck with a different plumber though that doesnt charge as much.

Great service. Had outside outlet installed and the service was great. Showed up on time and was very personable.

I just needed to uncap a gas line at 1 spot. (I don’t like to mess with plumbing or electrical). They said it would cost $180. That’s outrageous.

I called to have someone check our hot water heater. We had no hot water. They sent someone out within 2 hours and he was able to fix it immediately. He also showed me how to light the pilot light. I am very happy with their service and will call them for all my plumbing jobs.

Brad came out to give an estimate for a complete change-out. He was very detailed and answered every question I had. His quote came in below several competitors and with better equipment.Calvin and his team came out a few days later and had the entire system (Furnace and A/C) changed out in 1 day. Their work was flawless. Not one detail overlooked. They greatly exceeded my expectations.Borchelt has earned my business from here on out.

Our water heater went out at a very inconvenient time. They were able to come and make the repair in a matter of a few hours. And, their prices and professionalism is always excellent!

I told them about a suspected leaking water heater. They didn’t tell me what min charge would be- just came over for 5 mins and charged me $120. I expected a trip charge and more if there was more to discover or act upon- but $120 for five mins is excessive IMO. When I called about it, I was basically told I was lucky it wasn’t $180. I guess that’s how they keep the lights on.

I first used them for furnace service and they did great and help me fix some issues and replace filters. I then had a major issue with a in slab sewer line. Brad and the team worked with me to get the cost right. I was able to perform some of the demo myself and ended up saving a lot of money. They were supposed to fix my bathroom sink but it is still leaking. The pipes needed replaced and they said it was good to go. Upon using it when I got home - there was water laying under the pipes that had just been fixed this morning.

We had a really corroded, leaking soil pipe in the house we just moved into and I was super nervous about having to get this fixed. These guys made the experience a breeze and completed the plumbing work in a day (taking walls out, installing new pipe over 2 floors, reattaching everything, putting the base layer of the wall back up). We still need to get our decorative portion of the wall back on and the finishing touches completed via the construction company we contracted but the pipe is done very well and we can take showers without water leaking all over the basement now!They came back a second day to do other plumbing work that we asked for, which was also done well (pipe venting, frost-proof outdoor spigots and a couple other things). Also, I thought the pricing was very reasonable for all the work that was done.

I called for their plumbers to fix our leaking tub drain and put in a new main shut off valve. They were early and did the job quickly and professionally. Very happy with the service. Will definitely use them again.

Calvin came to my rescue on the Fourth of July! I had water coming from a clogged PCV pipe under the air conditioning unit in my garage. The water was then going under the wall and into my bathroom and closet behind it. He couldnt have been nicer, more thorough, or more professional. Called to get a quote on installing a sink in my new business. The sent a guy down to inspect and make a plan to install. I was told he’d be in contact with me. We have a fairly new generator we bought here. Today the electricity went out. The generator did not cone on. I called the emergency number and got a recording. I left a message now an hour ago. No response. I called back several times they actually turned off their recording. Unbelievable! We have used this company many times and had good service. But when in an emergency they failed in a big wa . I wouldnt recommend buying a generator from them after this experience

We have used them in the past and the work has always been done well and courteously. This time our experience was anything but. Brad was extremely rude and we didnt even get all of the information that we were promised. They have changed hands recently and have hired some new technicians. I guess customer service no longer matters to them.

Came out the same day and got the furnace going again quickly! Explained the problem and recommended cleaning schedule in an easy to understand manner. Reasonably priced! This is now our go-to company for any of the services they cover. Weve used this company several times and are always pleased.

I had a busted pipe in my garage they came out fixed the pipe for a couple hundred. I also had an issue with water backing up into our lower level bathroom and they replaced a sump pump and advised me that I might need a check valve for my main sewer line. They recommended a company and were very helpful and honest as well as very reasonably priced. Im very happy with their service and will be calling them again if I need work done.
