We were using a different local company and kept having the same issue multiple times a year. We decided to try Northeast Mechanical Services and they were able to quickly locate the root of the issue and resolve it. I am SO thankful. We will be customers for life.

Our AC went out during 90 degree weather. Northeast was very communicative and efficient. Took him not even 10 minutes to get it up and running again. He also replaced our filter. I would recommend doing business with them to anyone. I even signed a contract to have them come out and service our furnace and AC for a year.

I called another HVAC company at 3:00 p.m. on a Friday and was told Id be charged higher weekend/emergency fees for same day service on our furnace which was not working correctly the weekend before a frigid January forecast. Hung up and called Northeast Mechanical. NE was able to come out that day and fixed our problem for a very reasonable fee. Had glorious heat all weekend -- very pleased with my experience!! Would definitely call them next time I need repairs or routine service!!

They sent a tech to my house while I was at work. The technician said we needed a new part and they would get back with us on a price. Days later still no response so my wife called them back and they sent out a supervisor. The supervisor quoted around 700 dollars to my wife. We decided to get a second opinion. Good thing. I dont know if they just mis diagnosed the problem or were trying to take advantage of a woman but all I needed was a Thermostat. That second opinion saved me 600 dollars.

Jimmy was the MAN. From call to finish it was only 2 hours.
