We came in for our weekend trip and my tech Iriselle did such an amazing job. My feet have never been so soft the next day. She helped me choose the right color and she was so patient with me. Im glad I chose this nail salon.

I went to get my nails done on Saturday 9/12/20 by racheal and she did a wonderful job. My nails started to lift about two days later. I couldn’t get them fixed right away due to the hurricane. But I called today, almost a week later to let them know that my nails had lifted and some came off. The lady asked if I could come in at 10. I get there and the lady took me right away. She removed my nails and redid everything at no charge even added color. I asked her name and she said Kim. She was very thorough and precise with fixing my nails and giving me a beautiful new set! I will definitely be returning and recommending this salon to people!

The salon was very clean. However, the gentleman who did my nails did not do a great job. I only came to the salon to get a fill and a color change, which took a total of two hours. He shaped my nails crooked and used four coats of gel polish. The pricing is excellent, but the overall staff seemed rude. He was the sweetest employee of the salon! He even walked me to my car after my appointment because it was raining.

It took a little convincing from Mom and cousin for me to go to a shop to get a pedicure. Honestly, Im glad I went. Ive been twice already and will be here routinely. I work all the time and I know my feet needs work but they were very professional and really took care for me. Always had a smiling face and made it very pleasant and welcoming. I was very pleased with the results and even decided to start experiencing footwear without socks. Definitely recommended!!!

I went in got a pedicure in the lady Nicole who did mines did a horrible job she was in a rush to them I went the other day to get a pedicure in the lady was rude it was only 430 in said we are to busy come another day and the man came outside in said he will do it I will never go back to them ever again

I have been using this salon for years. Started with Britbey and now I use Pin. Cannot say enough about these two womens professionalism and thoughtfulness. Would recommend either one for your pedicure or manicure.

Kim makes sure the place is spotless and well-run.

It took a really long time for very poor work. Over drilled my nails. Gel polish was super uneven and rough feeling, but it took so long, I didn’t bother to ask for anything to be fixed. The files and buffers have clearly been used on a lot of people before me. I could not tell which brushed by the sink were clean and which were dirty.

As always the service was very good and staff pleasant.

Three stars bc the nails do turn out well and the pricing is good, but they aren’t gentle and you will probably leave with an open wound on your hands if you get something that requires a nail file. The woman who did my dip nails continued to dip my nails after it was evident I had an open wound on both of my thumbs. It’s day two and it’s red and painful.

My Nana had a manicure yesterday and had regular nail polish applied. They dremmeled her nails and did not buff them. They applied 5 coats of polish on her nails. My Nana went to Kohl’s and her nails started chipping immediately. She went back to show them and the Asian woman flipped out saying Nana had a choice of gel or dip. Nana does her nails at home and lasts over a week. They cut her toe during pedicure too! Very unprofessional and not accountable!

I am very happy with my experience at ocean nails. Everyone was very friendly. You get slightly spoiled at ocean nails. Angel and Gabby helped me. They get busy . I recommend making an appointment.

This is in response to the nana review. The customer unfortunately has bad arthritis so she touched them before she left. We recommended that she get gel polish for this reason and so it would be dry immediately and she declined. Two things that were incorrect... nana wasn’t ever cut at any time and her nails were buffed. U take a fine sand band on an automatic nail file and softly clean the nail then buff it. That’s exactly what was done to nanas nails.When nana came back into the shop a few hours later she was told by two people no problem we r sorry we will fix it and she refused??? She didn’t want the nails she messed up n the shop fixed properly she didn’t want to wait then. But some1 that’s wasn’t even here and clearly doesn’t no what happened decided to review?

The ladies there do a great job and they are very friendly. Mrs Kim does an amazing job and all the people that work there they are great also I will never go anywhere else.they make you feel very welcome

Omg love this place !! It was my birthday and I got a free mimosas I was super excited ! I love me some mimosas! Layla was my Tec and she was AMAZING ! She is from Miami so she knows the latest trends ! My nails are still in tack and I work in retail so I’m harsh on them. They are the appropriate length for work! She will slay them. They spend too much time talking to each other and texting on thier phones. In such a hurry to get finished they end up burning you and not getting your nails even. you are just another number to them, they are rude and have terrible customer service. i dont know, maybe i am old fashion, but i believe when you are working with clients and for tips, i think you are the only person they should be worried about, not constqntly talking to each other or on thier phones texting the ENTIRE time. Very Rude

Having had an amazing previous experience at this salon, I decided to book an appointment for two pedicures and dip nails. When my guest and I arrived for our appointment, we got a rude attitude right off the bat. They only had 2 people working (from what I could tell), and the place was empty. A man had walked in behind us with what I assume were holiday gifts for them, and they sat him down immediately for his pedicure. The older woman who I assume is the manager, kept yelling to the technician can they wait?, they meaning myself and guest. This man was obviously some kind of VIP top priority to them. The tech filled up our tubs, and I noticed that there were no liners in the tub. I looked around and all the other tubs had liners in them, even the one that was currently in use by the man. I asked the technician why our tubs did not have liners in them, to which she replied You have to request liners. Thats a health concern for me, so I asked her if she could please put liners in our tubs. She very rudely pulled the plug to drain the water and marched off to get liners. From the 10 minutes I had spent with her, it was pretty clear that she was not interested in doing her job in the slightest, with a bad attitude on top of it all. We ended deciding to leave and take our money to a different salon that didnt treat us like we were a burden. Needless to say, I do not recommend this salon and I personally will never go back!

Got eyebrows waxed here. She went over the same spot twice maybe but my skin was ripped off all around my eyebrows and then she put aloe Vera gel on after which made it burn like crazy. 6 months later and the scars are still slowly fading. If I could give this place no stars I would.

I’ve been getting gel mani/pedi from Brittany for a year now and she’s a superstar. Salon is clean, friendly owners, good equipment. Parking is good.

I went there first time last night. Got dip nails. Hour later white spots all over nails. Went back to point out and was dismissed that thats just what powder does. Will not be going back. Owners tells me to come back if problem - I did come back and was dismissed.
