This place has never disappointed me. I am moving so I decided to go one last time and showed Jessica what I wanted. She was clear on what she could do for me and really took her time looking at my reference photos. She gave me exactly what I was looking for and really put in work to do it. I appreciated that she didn’t rush and I could tell she took pride in her work. I’m very impressed by her care and service to me. She made the length and shape I wanted and took her time doing so. My nails are absolutely beautiful and I’m so happy I got to get some fun nails. Im so picky when it comes to nails salons. It’s either bad communication or they rush to get me out of the door. Polish never makes me wait, they are clean, very communicative and friendly. 10/10. I will miss coming here. Thank you guys and thank you again Jessica

Professional and accommodating, I had so much fun. They were able to work me in for an appointment at the last minute. Made a natural recommendation for one of my fingernails that happened to be split. And everyone was so friendly. Would highly recommend.

Lida was great. I bite my nails and pick my skin. She was very nice and told me not to be embarrassed. She put a couple extra coats of gel so that it hopefully stands up to my anxiety.

This place is okay, not somewhere I would go out of my way for. The staff was not friendly, and they seemed to get irritated when I was asking questions about the services. Nails didn’t look any better than other places I have been. Save your money, and go somewhere else!

I came here while on a vacation. The salon is really cute. But just three days after services my gel polish started chipping. Now less than a week later, I have chipped polish on majority of my nails. :-(

The person I use to go to is no longer doing nails, so we tried Polish for the first time and I am very pleased. Great prices and the staff were all so friendly. Very clean facility and we left with very nice nails. We will be back!

I just left and I am so happy. I have had my nails done many times and this is by far the best!! I wrote Polish on FB sent a pic of what i wanted to try (dip) and got an immediate response. Set me up with a time today 3/24 at 12:30 and when I walked in I was greeted and they got to work. I had never had the dip before and Nathan explained everything that he was going to do, then I think it was his wife did the shaping and dip and she is wonderful. Talked me through what she was doing and made sure I was happy with everything before moving on to the next step. I have never had a more pleasant experience! You guys are my new place!!! See you in a few weeks. :)

My wife and daughter arrived for their appointment time, only to find another person already being taken care of by the artist they had chosen. They claimed to have misheard the other customer’s name at check in and did not verify anything about the appointment itself. Rather than acknowledging their error and rightfully move the artist back to my daughter, they left my daughter to receive her manicure from someone else completely. This individual was very slow and unprofessional, often getting up in the middle of the work to answer the phone or just disappear completely. The manicure itself ended up taking nearly two hours from the originally scheduled appointment time. While the nails ultimately turned out fine, the somewhat hidden up-charges ballooned the final cost of the manicure by almost double. Make sure to get a clear indication of total costs before you even sit down.

Efficient, friendly and great outcome! After several fails at other salons, including cuts and poor workmanship, Polish is a wonderful find.

Tried to post a review on the Facebook page and it won’t show up? So here I am on google.I really wanted to love this place. But I don’t. The lady who did my nails wasn’t friendly at all, barely spoke to me. Her electric file thing flew off my nails more than once and I actually have a cut on my thumb from it. I just got my nails done 3 days ago and TWO of them snapped off last night already 😣 the other staff their all seemed very nice and the place itself was nice and comfortable. Lots of color choices. The shape of the nails were perfect.But I’m upset I JUST got my nails redone and now I will have to go find another salon to get them redone 3 days later.

My first time visiting polish and it was long overdue. From the interior to the service it is 5-stars accords the board. Gabby (I hope I’m spelling that right) was so lovely and accommodating and did such a great job on a personal design. She loves a challenge, so if you have a hand-painted design you want to try, request her! Very very clean, professional, and just the cutest most aesthetic space. They offer phone chargers, WiFi, a variety of beverages (both alcoholic and not) and great attitudes. I will be returning!! Definitely worth the value, and I would recommend checking out their Instagram page to see some of their nail artwork! Just stunning. I thought it was a great experience until I got wax burns. I specifically asked for hard wax because of bad experiences in the past. I was told the wax was a hybrid but that it was good. It was hurting pretty bad right after, but I thought that was normal. I’m now three days after and it still hurts. I won’t be back. Either the wax was too hot or the chemicals were too strong, either way, this is not how it is supposed to go.

Best nail salon in FWB!

I went for the first time today and was so impressed. My pedicure was done by Nora and I chose the raspberry sorbet, smelled so good!! The chairs are super comfy with phone chargers right there! Charity did my dip and took extra care she hand filed my nails and applied extra top coat, made nails look sparkly and beautiful. Everyone is so nice! Highly recommend!!

I drive 30 min to come here when I need my nails done. I highly recommend booking with Erika. Shes great at what she does and also very friendly.

Literally the best nail salon in the area! My husband gets his nails done by Erica every 2-3 weeks as he is a mechanic and his hands get really beat up. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks by either Charity or Nathan, but everyone here is fantastic! They are always so friendly and even if you are away from the salon for a while, they will greet you by name when you return. I had stopped getting my nails done for a few months and felt like I had never left when I started going regularly again. I have never seen the place dirty or messy. Such an upbeat vibe and super modern. They offer so many options for polish colors, nail shape, gel, acrylic, dip, you name it! I won’t go anywhere else but here!

Wonderful atmosphere, comfy seating and great manicure!!! Love how my nails turned out. Reasonable prices too!There is a huge need for a front desk person. The phone was constantly ringing for appointments and people needing gift certificates and to cash out that the woman doing my nails couldnt just sit and focus on a single customer. This would make a huge difference for the employees and customers!

Tiffany did an amazing job on my nails. (Ombré dip). The team and the salon are just beautiful. Modern, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. The massage for the pedi was also AMAZING, and very sanitary...which is always how I judge if I’ll be back or not to a nail salon. 10/10 rating!! Highly recommend coming here, best spot in all of Niceville/Destin/Fort Walton area. (I know because I’ve tried them all).

I was in Ft Walton Beach for a few weeks for work and decided to drop in for a manicure and pedicure. They were pretty busy on a Saturday morning but were able to get me an appointment an hour or so later so I came back. My nails were in terrible shape and they did a great job and made everything relaxing and almost 2 weeks later not a single nail has so much as chipped!

I love them. Staff makes u feel welcome and a part of their family. Hands down my PLACE.

Does not know how to paint toes and didn’t do what I asked for. Left polish around my toes. My eyebrows don’t look like they been waxed.

I went for a Brazilian wax and the lady was extremely nice. She clearly needs to work on her methods and Im fairly sure she was using the wrong kind of wax for the job. Ive been getting Brazilians regularly for at least 4 years and it has never taken so long or been that painful. I understand it bleeds slightly if you go more than 6wks and will be a little extra painful, but it was still bleeding after an hour or two. The was also bruise-like blood pooling under the skin in spot where she went over too many times. Obviously, would not recommend.

I was excited to try since the reviews were good. The atmosphere was nice. People were friendly. My technician did a great job on cleaning the cuticle beds but the mini massage was lacking. The reason for the 3 is the paint job was horrible, looks like I did it.

Omg, this place and this energy, it is amazing! They listen to what I have to say! I didnt cut once! My nail technician Charity was fantastic, and took her time! She made my nails even and gorgeous! It was worth every penny, that I even made an appointment in two weeks!!

Honestly one of the best nail salons I’ve walked into. Especially when everyone greets you and make sure you are comfortable with what ever service you request. They take their time to make sure you have a good relaxing time. Can’t wait to be back in town.

Great place. Been 3 other local places and by far the best. This will be my home town nail salon. Very very clean. Its small in size but service is wonderful.

First time and definitely wont be the last. I moved to this area about 7 months ago and have tried several other nail salons between Destin and here and today I think I found my new place!! They were super personable, place was adorable and well put together, prices are great, and products they offer awesome. My daughter and I will be returning for sure!!!

I came in on Friday with my sisters and mom to get our nails done before my Sunday wedding. We arrived late and I apologized a few times, but they said it was no problem and they still fit us in, which we really appreciated.I told the lady to fix four imperfections on my French tip nails, and she didn’t seem to understand what I was saying. I also told her to reshape a nail but she just filed it shorter. I was not happy when I left... and now the next morning; the clear part of my nails are cracked.

Sue & Moe were amazing, got a charcoal pedicure LOVED it! Great facility, not too expensive either! Definitely recommend this place! Tiffani did an amazing job on my Frenchtip dip manicure! Amazing staff! Can’t wait to come back! ☺️
