I have been looking for the perfect place to recreate the amazing nail designs I treated myself to years ago and finally I have found it! Diandra nailed it truly! This girl is an up and coming talent for sure. I am more than pleased and will show my nails off to everyone and recommend this location to everyone! They are open to your ideas and dont rush you in and out. And they have wine! Take advantage and treat yourself!

I went here because my birthday was coming up. I asked for French tips and this is what I got. I’ve literally been crying all day. I spent 106 dollars in this establishment and I don’t think that I got my money’s worth. The lines for my French tips are not clean at all and there is white residue at the top of nail bed. The shape is more rounded than square. My birthday is ruined. I can’t even begin on what my feet looked like. I am just so disappointed because I never get this service coming here.

Charm did my nails the best they were ever done before 10/10! Very satisfied and will definitely go back to get them done by him every month. Great pick for a new worker there ! Very nice guy and can hold a conversation and make the experience better than any nail salon out there!

Love love LOVE this place! i’m a single mom, i always bring my 3 year old son and the staff here is always so accommodating to him. nicest staff of any place i’ve been too! Amy is super talented and will take the time and patience to make sure your nails are perfect. She really takes pride in her work. Never have left unsatisfied.

This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had in ANY salon.Not only did they do the sorriest pedicure. The OWNER found it laughable as I tried talking to him.SERIOUSLY!! My feet leaving are just as dry as when I walked in. Only now my toes feel like raisins because they’re waterlogged & she hardly touched them until she attempted to paint them. Not once did she use a Nail file and he claimed she was his best nail tech.😂😂😏So disgusted!! I paid $50 for basically soaking in some water & being treated rudely.The exact opposite experience of what a real spa should be like! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

First time trying them out I was a walk in, there wasn’t a long wait the nail techs are very friendly! Tasha service was great I showed her a picture and she gave me the exact nails I wanted I would highly recommend it!!

I went in for a pedicure and getting gel nails done! The people were friendly and so sweet. I love the gel and my nails were done so well!The pedicure was probably the most disappointing and worst I’ve ever had. This was sad because of how nice and clean the place was. But the pedicure was sub-par. All of my old nail polish wasn’t removed and can be seen through the new colour. She didn’t cut my nails nor did she shape them. My feet weren’t cleaned well. My cuticles weren’t cleaned, and nail polish was kinda slapped on. I feel like all that I paid for was my feet in hot water, hot towels and nail polish not applied well. My problem is that I wasn’t paying attention during as I was responding to work nails.I’m giving 3 stars since I loved my finger nails! They also were all really nice. Just the woman who did my pedicure needs more practice.

Ann and the team at Luxe Nail Bar are fantastic!! I’ve gotten my nails done here for the past few months and have always been so happy with my results. I came in a day after a full-set appointment to get a polish change as I wasn’t in love with what I chose the day before, and Ann took great care of me in switching the polish and reshaping my nails. I won’t go anywhere else - the managers/owners and technicians are always so kind and meticulous in making sure their customers are happy.

Came to visit from North Carolina to see my sister who just moved to Fort Walton, we wanted to do something so we went to luxe nails and I got an acrylic set. They have such friendly staff !! The woman who did my nails was so sweet and after every step asked me if I was satisfied!! Moved quick but did my nails perfect!! Looks even better than the reference picture I gave her!!! If I lived closer I’d be a regular here!!!

Ive recently moved back to the Fort Walton Beach area and have been anxious about finding a new nail salon. I decided to give Luxe Nails a try since I had been to the one in Destin and really loved it. This location did not disappoint! They immediately took me in and provided one of the best experiences Ive ever had from my pedicure, eyebrow waxing, and finally my nails 💅! I most definitely recommend this location.

Today was my first time there, and I cant wait to go back. Beautiful and spacious. Very relaxing!Charm did my full gel set, and pedicure. Not only was he personable, but he was easy to talk to, and he made suggestions that were very helpful. My hands and feet came out looking fabulous! I actually think I fell asleep.during the pedi 😂I highly reccomend asking for Charm on your next visit to Luxe. Ill be back soon!

Honestly my favorite nail stop. They always look amazing I get tons of compliments and the staff is super friendly.

Asked for a gel mani, barely filed/shaped my nails. Cuticles look like they haven’t even been touched. She massaged one hand for just a minute or less and then massaged the other hand for literally five seconds. Seemed like she was in a rush just to go sit at her desk and do nothing. I asked for a deluxe pedicure and didn’t even receive lotion or a massage. Only massage I got was when she used the sugar scrub. She also didn’t file/shape my toe nails either. Both nail and toe nails were long enough for at least shaping.

Amazing experience. Charm who did my pedicure was amazing! I got the milk and honey pedi, smelled sooo good. He took his time with the scrub and massage. Definitely will come back!

This place is huge and very clean atmosphere. I Gotten my dip done from Sofi Nails in Crestview didnt even last a week so of course they are closed Sunday couldnt get it fix. So I had to drive all the way to FWB and lucky found this place got me right in and Anna got me fixed up!

I like the place and I was relaxed. They were professional and courteous while doing my pedicure. However I’m from Tuscaloosa, Alabama and the pricing of things I guess is different. Florida nail shops are way higher and that’s why I don’t get my nails and or toes done unless I have to go attend an event. Or I will just get them done when I’m out of town.

I went to luxe nail before an that i had a bad experienceSo my friend was like can you please take care of her. And the nail tech called me a liar sayin ove neber beem there before .Then shes was rough with my hands. ... Bad customer service . so we left bc my friend tlkd to the manager an she told her to never come. Back ...?? My nail poppeed off the next day an i called the manager in charge an let all this go on. Her name is tasha an the nail tec i had walked off an didnt even finish my nail she put point is y cant i come in there my nail broke the day after i didnt cause no problem bad business ill NEVER go thehHow u going to call somebody a liar

Terrible people!!! My mother HAD been going here for a long time. So she wanted to do something nice for me and get me a pedicure; I’m currently 6 months pregnant. It was my very first visit here and the woman that did my pedicure did not interact with me at all; didn’t speak to me or even look at me. When I inspected the work when I got home there a lot of bare spots on my toes; all I got was plain black polish. I showed my mom and she got in touch with her usual nail tech to get a touch up put together. She said she would the manager know and to just walk in. Once I got there and told them the situation they had a sour attitude. I felt very uncomfortable and very unwelcome. They touched up my toes but as I walked out the manager told me to call the salon next time for an appointment because when I walked in “everyone was very unhappy that I had showed up”; despite them being told I was coming in. After I walked out I sat in my car and cried and continued the whole way home. Being told that in front of everyone and being pregnant, it made me feel horrible. I can’t recall a time a treated so poorly. All for a touch up they messed up in the first place. When my mom told the owner what happened her normal nail tech she’s been seeing for years now refuses to see her.I cannot stress enough NOT to go here!!!!

Work done to my nails where sloppy. Wearing my nails for only a week one broke off. Excessive gel was used.My nails were lumpy. Poor work and I do not recommend this salon but what I do recommend is that they hire people who know what they are doing Never again

Got my nails done by a lady here who kept trying to upcharge me after messing up my nails. She then became rude when I told her I’m not paying extra for something I didn’t want. She switched the regular polish I picked out for gel and when I asked her why she tried to tell me oh you want it shinier and it’s the same price. She upcharged for shaping of the nail. Very unprofessional and rude when I confronted her. I will never be back here.

So Im trying to try out new places because I feel like my regular shop gets comfortable and they dont do as good as they use to. With that being said I Google nail and went by stars and reviews so thats how I choose Luxe Nail bar. My feet are super dry and cracked but I go every 3 weeks to a mo and get a pedi. I got home and was feeling my feet as the should be smooth and they are not. My heels and other spots still are horrible. Im very very disappointed for paying $50 for extra to help and they are still horrible.

This place has a nice setup very elegant inside. I gave 4 stars because when i entered the lady was not friendly but the gentleman that came to do my nail i am assuming the owner was so nice and took his time made sure my shape color was correct.He went over and beyond to make sure i received the design i got by Lacey and Karina.These two ladies were awesome. I have been in the area now for 2 years and i believe i have found a new nail salon home. Great place and atmosphere.

I came in as a walk in and asked for manicure. I do regular polish because its just what I prefer. Of course I had to go through questioning for that. The manicure was really her cleaning up my nails quickly and rubbing cuticle oil all the way up my arm because she couldnt get the lotion bottle to work. Other salons in the area do heated mitts and massage. I paid $20 for that. I dont mind paying $20 for a good manicure but I wont be back here.

Wanted to like this place because it had good reviews, but unfortunately I didnt not have the experience you would expect. Prices for each spa package are $5 over what they should be for the area and the service was just so-so

I’m from Philly and love to get my nails and feet done. I’ve drove by many nail salons but Luxe Nail Bar caught my attention. I called to see if they had an opening and went in within 10 minutes of calling. Tim did an amazing job on my feet and the other gentleman also did an amazing job on my refill and reshaping my nails how i wanted them. I already can’t wait to go back btw I also got my eyebrows done and I’m soooo afraid of letting someone new touch my eyebrows and the lady did a great job

They do an excellent job, its a beautiful salon and they go the extra mile but you pay for it. Theyre the highest salon Ive been to in a long while. But if you want to be pampered this is the place to go. $35 just for gel french polish just to be painted on my toes and $25 for just gel french polish on my fingers. No manicure. No pedicure.

This place is wonderful! The salon itself is kept clean and they have a lot of chairs/stations- the place is huge! Ive gotten a gel manicure from Ashley for a wedding and my nails held up well for at least 3 weeks- I work a lot with my hands at my job so thats a long time for me. Ive also gotten a pedicure and am happy with the customer service Ive received both times. Thank you Ashley!

I made an appointment for 4 pm and was asked if i was able to be early. I couldnt, which is why i made it for 4 pm. I came in and the owner couldnt do the design i wanted ( not intricate in anyway ) and then told me nobody could do my nails. I called and informed him i would be there at 3:55 pm 15 minutes prior to the appointment and he waited to tell me aft i made a 30 minute drive. The second time I’ve come here and left disappointed! Save your time and money!!!

Nail Heaven! Through the years I have prob had my nails done at every place in town. Over the last year Mrs Kim has been taking care of my hands and feet and she is amazing. I wont ever go anywhere else again! Luxe is gorgeous, VERY clean, and huge. I have never seen so many nail techs in one place! They offer free beverages (mimosa, soda, water, wine) and customer service is #1. Seriously, dont go anywhere else. They know what they are doing!!!

Walked in at the last minute stuff on our girls day out and was very rudely told I must have an appointment than she rolled her eyes!!

I called in an set an appointment. I asked for very specific nails for my homecoming dress. I got two completely different colors that did not match the dress one bit. Good quality of nails but they’re pretty rude to teenagers and kind of will put off your opinion. I told her I needed champagne colored nails, showed her that it matched my clutch and dress, she proceeded to then give me pink and gold nails. I asked if it would even match and she said “gold is gold honey all gold matches.” When there was literally no gold... literally none... so after 20 minutes of trying to get on the same page, I thought it worked and then proceeded to watch my money go down the drain and my nails not match for my last senior homecoming. And she knew it didn’t match. If she didn’t know it didn’t match, then it’s really sad a 17 year old knows her colors but a nail tech doesn’t.

The Volcano Pedicure with CBD is absolutely relaxing in every way! The rose scent is not overpowering and the collagen masque leaves you feeling soft from knees to toes!!! Great customer service, fast seating and complimentary beverage offered. Price and Value is reason enough for 5☆

Sonny did my pedicure and Ann did my nails and it was probably one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. They were incredibly thorough and professional. I would highly recommend coming here for all your nail needs!

Disappointed. Outrageous pricing.

This place is right by my house and they have a really nice set-up. They have matching dip and gel so you can get fingers and toes to match exactly. I made an appointment in March for my wedding and they lost it. Luckily I called to verify. They told me I could only have 5 of the 7 people in the building at one time because of covid. (I understand everyone has to make changes) while there 30 mins till they close I was told we couldnt wait for everyone in my group to get pedis together just incase someone came in. Well if my group had 5 and that was their limit why did it matter? The boss lady did not make me feel welcome more like a bother. Ill go back, by myself, never again with a larger group. Make sure you double check how they charge you. They tried to over charge some of my group.

Love Luxe wont go anywhere else

Nails are always done great here...but seems to be getting very dirty in the store. The vents on the nail tables were really dirty with old nail dust. Sad because it used to always be clean inside.
