Ive been coming to Diva Nails for a couple years now. I saw Jessica and then I saw Charm. Both of them were absolutely incredible. Such attention to detail. I would leave being so proud of my service. Today I came in and Charm was on vacation, so I saw Joyce. I genuinely feel like she could have cared less about my service. Her products, application, and work station were sloppy. She was rushed and there was a total lack of attention. The nail shape is terrible, less coffin and more lego.. The paint is messy. It already looks like i need a fill, and its the day of. I understand that all nail artist have different skill levels, but it isnt cheap for unsatisfactory service.... I am unsure on whether or not I will return. I want to support Charm, but this was not okay.

Got my feet done a few hours ago. Just got home and was finally able to take a good look at my toes. The pinky toe on my left foot already has paint coming off(I got Gel, so that it would last longer). It looks like they didn’t even put a top coat on. Also while getting my pedicure I noticed that one of my big toes was a little messed up. I saw that the lady noticed but did nothing of it. The lady who did my pedicure only spoke to me once. It was mainly the other employees who would converse with me. All around just unpleased with my experience. Maybe it was a one time thing, but definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Nice place to get your nails done. I didnt feel as immediately welcomed as some have said but once we got going it was pretty good. Very clean. My nail specialist was extremely careful as they usually draw blood on me at least one or two places and she did not! Got a very pretty jail French manicure on toes and fingers. Drank some nice water and white wine. I was a walk-in. Free parking in front and in back and you can come in either way.

Today was the second time that I scheduled an appointment and after I get there, I am told that the person who was going to do my services was out. Not an apology, just... I didnt make your appointment. after the first time this happened, I thought of giving them another chance, but this business was only able to confirm their disreputable for the customers and lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this business.

Go see Jessica! I was visiting Florida in October and wanted Halloween themed nails. Jessica made the shape, and design perfect. She took her time, and didn’t let me leave until my design was exactly how I wanted it. Can’t wait to go back!

The service I received here is perfect for my needs. I am extremely particular about my nails and I also like to try different designs when getting a pedicures. I also appreciate that all I’m served quickly quality of service is not degraded!

I had my nails done here and when I went back for a polish change they discovered I had a fungus! Gross! They did not sanitize the equipment they used on my infected nail... just put it back in the case!! Yep that’s what I said! They didn’t throw it away or clean it. Then they charged me fifty dollars to fix my nail and change the color of polish! I Won’t be back!

Linda was able to repair a finger nail that I ran through a table saw. It was healed, but the nail was torn up. It was catching, and snagging on everything. I was going to have to wear a band-aid for the next month to prevent it from happening. Linda worked here magic and now its whole, and smooth as a babies butt. Thank you Linda.

I had myself, my daughters, and wedding party come in to do our nails & toes for my wedding. They were all attentive and did an amazing job. They seemed a little scattered at times, but with COVID, who wouldn’t be. I’m not sure if my lady was the owner/manager, but she went above and beyond for my kids, as well as fixing my nails up to perfection. I definitely recommend!

My pedicure and nail design are on point. She didnt take the same care with the manicure (and actually kind of cut me with her heavy filing), but it still looks good. The massage chair was amazing and worth it all by itself.

Ive had alot of pedicures in my life, and have tried most of the nail salons in FWB but Carrie at Diva nails is the best. I highly suggest.

The people are very nice but the wait time was over an hour. They finally put me in the seat and had my feet soaking for 45 minutes and by that time my feet were just gross. My big toe needed a second coat and I could see her notice but not do anything about it. The price is good so it might be worth it for just a regular spa day but for special occasion I suggest going elsewhere.

Best experience I had longtime, my sister and I just move to Fort Walton looking for clean shop for pedicure, everyone Say go to Diva. Pedicure chairs have liner and what I notice tools are sanitation pouch. I dont care how much I just want clean tools and good work. Then they offer me wine man my day just got better. I got milk and honey pedicure and my sister got pomegranate talking bout happy feet! I had Lacy and my sister had Ricky they took there time make sure we got what we pay for. My feet feel smooth callus all gone and they offer military discount. Yall have to check them out!

The service was great. Victoria took good care of me and I enjoyed the service (love my pedicure!). Would definitely go back next time I am.in FWB.

I only get to visit here once per year but I always make a point of getting my nails done. They are so good, thorough and nice. Better manicures then I’ve had at some high-end spas. Highly recommend!

If I move here, this will be my nail salon. Clean non-chemical smell. Nail tech has lovely manicure and clean soft hands herself. Very helpful, open on Sunday

I had a mani/pedi done here and my pedi was decent. My mani was the worst I have ever had. It looked as though a child painted my nails. It was rushed through. I had two friends with me one of which began her mani before I started my pedi which I did first and then my mani and she was still getting her mani done by the time I was finished with both. I will never come back to this location.

Fabulous experience!!! Lacy did the best pedicure of my life!!! I choose the milk and honey pedicure... Lacy took her time and made it a great experience rather than just a quick toe polish. For my fingers, Lacy was patient and explained different nail shapes and polish choices. My nails look the best they have ever looked!!!

I usually go here to get waxing done and they do a great job I went yesterday to get my nails done and even tho I was being very difficult and impatient Jessica and the rest of the staff there were being very patient and nice to me! Great staff and service

Staff is wonderful and friendly. Jessica was very patient while I described the design I wanted because I didnt have a picture. The other lady who did my eyebrow waxing was very careful and attentive to my eyebrow ring. Conversations were also fun and exciting among everyone. I will definitely go back 😊 while the customer service and overall quality of work was stellar, sadly my nails did not last. They started lifting off my nail bed in 3-4 days. The amount of money I spent there that day, I expected a little better than that

I had to go back 3 times and they still werent right. They tore my finger nails up. They are so thin and weak now. They broke 2-3 days after I got them each time.

Top Service and cleanest shop in town, I recommend Full set ask for Linda or Jessica. Pedicure my favorite is Carrie, sanitation is my thing I notice only shop in town clean tools with autoclave Machine that what hospital dentist office use, I feel safe knowing that. To all the Debbie downer post negative review y’all can bring that negative Energy to another salon. I don’t want any drama Trying relax drinking my wine when I’m getting pedicure.

I came here a couple of weeks ago and had an amazing experience with Jessica.Tonight was a different story. I needed to get 3 nails fixed but I will never return again. I was made fun of as I walked in instead of greeted because the door was hard for me to open. As usual, one of the available techs looked reluctant for me to sit down, even though only one other client was in the shop at the time. Completely unprofessional.My experience got worse from there. He not only was rough with filing my nail bed, but when I politely asked him to be more gentle, I received a perplexed look from him. It was as if I had offended him with my request. It was at this moment that I knew he was doing my nails with a chip on his shoulder and he made it clear with what he did next.He then took a phone call and scheduled an appointment with another client on the spot as I was sitting in his chair.He removed 3 of my nails, and asked me to come back the next day to be taken care of by Jessica since I was asked who had done my nails in the past. I was told to leave....and come back on another day since a new client was on their way.These men (both of the men in the shop at the time) were a disappointing example of customer service, professionalism, and service. And employee attitude typically trickles down from the owner.If he knew that I tipped well, his attitude may have been different. Maybe he would have finished my nail fixes instead of scheduling a full set for someone else as I sat in his chair. Or maybe he would have been more kind in general.

Tina gave me an amazing pedicure and manicure. Flawless. Loved the cucumber scrub massage on my feet and legs.

Highly recommend this place. Great atmosphere, amazing people and wonderful conversations. They make you really feel comfortable. I needed help really bad and they turned my situation (nail set I got from my hometown.. it was jacked up) into something beautiful. Right in time for me to say my I dos. Now all they need is a hair salon section and theyd be your one stop shop!

Just Went To Wax My Face Didn’t Do All Of It Completely as they told me some of the hairs weren’t to long to do so so only parts of my face was waxed and was charged $40 bucks wow! I normally go to Pure Spa Perry Ave which they only charge $35 for the whole face I mean the whole face but they were booked and I couldn’t wait another day for waxing haha! So looked else where and they do a very awesome job so anyone out there looking for a good deal go to Pure Spa Divas was to much for not doing the whole thing. Oh and also when I asked for prices they said it varies from 25,30,depending how much hair but since I didn’t have much hair like usual they ended up charging 40 😳 I honestly thought it would have been 25 maybe 30 since it wasn’t much hair. But I was wrong. 😞

I’ve been there multiple times. I am very unsatisfied about their work and service. The first time I went there, my friends and I were rushed by one of the workers over and over if we have decided what we wanted, mind you we had only been there not even ten minutes. Even one of the other employees had to call her off. I recently went there with a friend to get dip nails, and they are horrible, they are bumpy, not even the whole nail is covered and they are starting to fall off and it hasn’t even been a week! They were $55 as well. Looking at my nails, I shouldn’t have even paid $30. It’s ridiculous. I do not suggest this place to anyone, it is a waste of money.

I went to get my nails done while on vacation this month and got the dip nails (which were way over priced than my normal place back home) but I figured I am on vacation and didn’t want to be too picky. The color was adorable but they looked grown out before I walked out of the place and not even two days later my nails started popping off completely and chipping. Very disappointed.

Loved stopping here!!! Carrie did an awesome job on my toes. They are extremely friendly and Linda the owner did a great job on my moms nails. Stop here for some pampering!

It started out great..my daughter getting her nails done and myself a pedicure..the girl doing my service was very pleasant and engaging...my daughter on the other hand had bubbles..rippling and no consistency with shape and or freehand design on nails..my daughter spoke to the girl that was helping me and said she would speak to the gentleman working on her..when we were paying he rung us up and my daughter brought up her problem with the nails and the man was simply rude with his addressing the issue..he also added that we were just looking for free services..REALLY!! He then address me as listen Mom and went on to tell how offended he was for calling out his workmanship..Im disappointed that the 6 or 7 layers of polish in my nails were left to air dry and didnt dry completely when they sent me on my way

The place was nice but the staff so so rude I left. I walked in to get my mother and I a manicure and they asked me what we wanted. I picked my nail color and stood there because no one spoke to me after that. The lady pushed past me and went to her station and just stared at me. I walked over assuming that that was where she was going to have me sit and asked if I had done something for her to be so rude and push past me. She said, what did I do that was rude to you!. I asked her about pushing past me and she just repeated herself. My mother and I ended up leaving. Not sure why or what happened for such a rude encounter.

Pink and white acrylics done exactly the way I asked! I like mine extremely thin and usually get hassled by nail techs about it, but not here. Two weeks later and theyve held up great! No lifting or chipping, which is hard to do with them so thin. Tried several nail places in town and have been repeatedly disappointed. After months of salon hopping, Ive finally found my go-to!

Visiting from out of state so this was my first time at the spa. My experience at Diva Nails was definitely one of the highlights of my vacation. Everyone was so very genuinely friendly and the service was fantastic. Special thanks to Carrie, she is amazing.

My acrylic nails ended up being lumpy and wavy and they didnt know what we wanted for our appointment so we never got our manicures. They were understaffed and called people in and the lady next to me had nice looking nails and the pedicures were nice.

This is an updated review. While this nail salon provides some of the best quality work in this county. Recently, the service has been less than desirable. It appears once you become a regular customer here respect gradually vanishes away. This is not the case for every technician, but just two-- the manager with glasses (possibly Hispanic) and Lacy.Heres my experienceat Divas Nail Salon:When I moved to this area 12 months ago, I was in search of a salon to meet the standards Id become accustomed in a big city. After finding Divas I was satisfied and happy with the quality pedicure, gel sets, shellac and color variety. Over time, Lacy and most definitely the manager, Jessica began saying unnecessary sly comments or using a tone unprofessional with me. Now while I am not in the 1% social class of the U.S. I tip WELL ABOVE AVERAGE consistently. I except respect. My last two experience have lacked that. I am not that desperate to continue to pay for disrespectful service.To David, the owner:You have a serious problem in your shop. There is no reason as a manager she should raise her voice at a client. Excuse me can be directed at anyone in the shop. Instead of raising her voice like shes a disciplining her two children, she should walk over to the client and respectfully ask her question or state we are ready for you now. But to holler at me and say Yeah, you. You want them done right well come on and hand gesture... is completely & unbelievable unprofessional and will result in you losing more clients than myself (if you havent already). Good luck in 2018.

It was our first visit here, everyone is so nice and they did excellent work. We all got pedicures.Updated, this is the 2nd time Ive made appts and theyre unprepared for us to be there and act like they have no idea that an appt was made. Terrible way to run a business.

Came across this place accidentally. Went in expecting a regular pedi and am thrilled to say I got set up with Lacey.... and had the BEST PEDI I have ever had!! Not only was the service amazing, Lacey was easy to chat with, funny and even brought out a blanket when I got cold! I travel to Fort Walton often and will def be back to Diva Nails and will be seeing Lacey again!!!

Diva nails and spa is the spot to get your nails, lashes, and wax did one of best shop in town. Call to make appointment very busy in the weekend, very clean and chill atmosphere. Complimentary drinks military and local discount!

Had amazing experience in town for short vacat husband and I want to relax get Mani and pedi. They treat us Like VIP we had wine and it was my husband first time he said I was missing out my hand and feet look so pretty lol we had good time. Visiting the area.to get married. Went to diva nail salonoto get nails. And boy did I get them charged me 65.00 .But when I called to inquire they said it was 30-35.. people were rude .had to go back ro get fixed cuz they were thick nails didnt even look close to real.Amy was.the only polite one there. . So what when your not from the area you get charged double? Was not satisfied. ..Dont Recommend This PLACE To NO ONE...RUDE ASS PEOPLE. EXPECT AMY..She did what she could but not great. .

Got full set of pink and white and delux pedicure, tell you what feel like they just put me together. Best pink and white set i had in years, I had really busy week so that delux pedicure sure help took all stresss away. Highly recommend Diva Nails!

The service here was pathetic. We scheduled an 11:30 appointment. They didn’t start our service until after noon. The service we did receive was rushed. Less than 24 hours later, 3 of us had nails that were completely clear of all polish (even though I paid extra for gel). A COMPLETE waste of time and money!!!!

I literally just called to ask for pricing and whoever answered said hello, let me ask my question and then hung up on me! If they cant offer great customer service thought the phone it is really not worth going to this nail salon at all!

I’ve been told some bad stories about this nail salon and had a bad experience myself a few years ago and have not returned. But since I had a Groupon, I decided to try it out again. The owner refused to accept the Groupon and even had the nerve to accuse it of being fake. Needless to say I will never be returning, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.Update in response to owner’s comment:The value you pay for a Groupon never expires, as stated clearly on the Groupon. Yes, the promotional value of it can expire, but the price paid for that value cannot expire. I know you had a VERY difficult time understanding that, and I’m not sure why because it is a very simple concept. But I will never return to the salon. Thanks

Overall terrible service and quality. Ive been a few times but after the last visit, I wont be back. There are a few good techs who do a good job and care about the quality of the service they provide, but my last experience (which was very unpleasant) was directly with the owner and Id rather give my business to another salon that actually cares about their customers.

Only gave it 3 stars because of the language permitted in here. I went as a mommy daughter date with my 7 yo & was appalled at the conversations going on around me. Also, they started me first and had my daughter wait for a pedicurist.

Whoever did my nails was new. My nails wouldnt dry... My hands were all cut up.
