I had been somewhere else and was not satisfied with my new set. Tammy took me in and gave me what I had initially been looking for. She was sweet, attentive, fast and did an excellent job. I have found MY place.

I went in for a pedicure and I must say, it was the best Ive had in a long time. Vincent took his time with my feet and did an awesome job smoothing out these rough feet of mine. The staff was very polite and friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming. This was my first time but will not be my last. I highly recommend 👌

My first visit after having four people recommend Tips & Toes! This place is awesome! I felt comfortable and welcomed before the front door even had a chance to close behind me. Mimi did my pedicure and did a great job she has strong hands! It was wonderful! Julie did my nails, and I have never had my nails look this good in terms of shape and inconsistency of shape! Julie is a Huge sweetheart, shes easy to talk to, and has a wonderful personality! (And if her husband is there you will have a great time, he is a riot! Love him!) Julie also did my brow wax and did a great job! In terms of Sanitation and Sterilization I was very impressed!The manager, and I apologize I forgot her name, is exceptional! Great sense of humor!

My first time visiting here. I went because of the high ratings on google and they didn’t disappoint! The woman who did my nails was super friendly, talkative, and over all great customer service. She made recommendations and asked me what color I was looking for and knew exactly what to give me without having to go through the color basket!! I told her short and she got the perfect length the first time. What a wonderful experience here.

I’ve been here twice. The second day i had my nails done majority if the decoration started to fall off.The second time i came to get them done they did not have anything that i was requesting. Not even straight tips. I also called ahead and informed them i would want an intricate design but was told “ the person cant do that design and im booked “ so i had to find something else on the spot. I told the nail tech my nails were damaged and he continued to file heavily anyways. My nail bed is so thin i doubt i will be able to even have them redone for my birthday tomorrow. This is honestly so upsetting. I WILL NOT RETURN even if this is the last shop in fort walton beach. I asked him to remove the tips and he did so angrily and almost even cut my finger. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ‼️‼️

Got a full set and the the gel didn’t go all the way to my cuticle line, they weren’t painted enough- very see through, paint started chipping two days after and nails started lifting, overall seemed like a rushed job and then got over charged by a lot. I wouldn’t recommend

I was in need of a pedicure while my husband and I are visiting the area from NC so I made him go with me to get his 1st pedicure this afternoon. They did a fantastic job. They were very detailed and friendly. The business was very clean. My husband had several in grown nails. One was very deep but she took the time to get it out. They didnt rush and made it a wonderful experience. My husband wasnt thrilled at first about going but said he loved it when we left. I wish we lived closer this would be my go to place. I highly recommend tips and toes!!

I’ve been going to this place for a while now. I mainly get pedicures and they NEVER disappoint. I tried the Sugar Spa pedicure today and the young lady that did it was amazing, I wish I caught her name before I left. I would highly recommend this place, best in the area. I’ve witnessed the nail work too, it’s awesome.

Friendly staff but I expected more. My daughter and I got our nails done. Both our nails have sharp edges and bubbles in the nail polish. I had one nail come off and another is about to come off. I expected them to last longer than a week. We arent satisfied sadly.

I stopped in today for a mani pedi. The gal up front was super friendly, and I was able to understand her clearly, which made me feel very at ease. She let me know that the gel pedicures had gone up in price due to supply things, which I appreciated on the front end. The guy who took care of me was gentle and thorough. It was a great experience. I also saw them do some super cool designs. I’ll be back sometime for those. :)

Went in for a full set of tips. Didn’t really feel like my real nails were cleaned up at all, just had the tips glued on. The lady doing my nails was in a rush and distracted with what was going on around her, and would stop during my session multiple times to collect money from customers. I wish I would’ve felt relaxed and pampered but I felt like I couldn’t wait to leave. Other nail salons I’ve been to offer hand massages, drinks, Etc. There wasn’t any of that. I’m also glad I somewhat cleaned up my own nails before coming here. Don’t think I’d be returning!

Came in to Tips and Toes Spa with my nails looking horrible and let me tell you... they perform a miracle on me. I have always been rough on my hands so getting a manicure is a must. But I have been disappointed with my regular place so it was time for some place new. Tips and Toes Spa is that place! My daughter and I had our nails done and we will be going back on a regular basis now! Friendly staff that actually talk to you, yes they are a keeper!!!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now. Mandy does my Mani’s and Pedi’s. I always call ahead and make a same day appointment. I love her she is great! My feet and hands always look and feel great when I leave! They serve complementary drinks and that’s a huge plus also. The few times I’ve gone other places in the past I always leave disappointed and wished I’d waited to come here. (Like on a Sunday when they’re closed) Everyone is friendly and nice and the atmosphere is perfect.

My sister comes from South Carolina to visit and each time we always come here to have a pedicure. We had the volcano pedicures this time and it was marvelous. The massages of our legs were so good. My sister said the lady who did hers had magic fingers. We always have flowers put on her big toes and everything turned out wonderful. For four years weve done this about every six months and we will continue to come here. Thank you very much

My husband and I both got the volcano pedicures, he got the CBD treatment added. By far the best pedicure I have EVER had! Wish we lived closer so I could come back here all the time!

My friend recommended me this place and I’m enjoying my experience. The employees are just doing work. Not like other nail salons I’m used to in the west coast where workers talk across the room with each other constantly. The music is relaxing. Came to get pampered and getting exactly what I came here for! So relaxed and the tech that did my nails listened to what I wanted, I brought in a picture and she ensured I got what I asked for. I’ll definitely return in the future.

I received a powder dip ($50) on my nails that the tech said would last about 4 weeks and on the 4th day one feel off. At 2 weeks 5 of them had fallen off. Called salon to see if they could help me and they said that his only last about 2 weeks on natural nail. When I said what tech had told me the response was well she shouldn’t have told you that. I clearly would not have had this done for the extra $15 it cost compared to gel polish. My last gel manicure I had lasted 4 weeks. Very disappointed that there was no help in resolving my dissatisfaction with the service I received. Won’t be going back. Not much customer service my opinion.Update 2/21/19. Was notified by Nikki to make an appointment and they would do my nails at no charge. Nikki was very kind to me, professional, and did a very nice manicure with gel polish. I would go here again. I feel like the customer service I received was excellent!

I tried this place for the first time today and I will be coming back! Very clean, nice atmosphere, and I don’t know how they do it- but it doesn’t even have that “chemical” smell like some salons have, which is really nice. My tech was amazing and her service was worth every penny! She was really gentle and I could hardly feel her trimming cuticles and shaping nails. Polish is perfect and the massage was completely relaxing. They even have a sign-in system where you can select your service and request a particular tech from an iPad which is a nice feature as well. 5 stars!!

I so happen to stumble upon this place looking to relax and get a gel mani. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with friendly (mask covered :) ) faces. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the lady who took care of me but she was GREAT!!! Very friendly, professional and charismatic!!!! Originally, I was only going to get a gel mani but as she stared and we got to talking and I expressed how I was trying to grow my nails out and take better care of them, she explained in great detail the difference between gel and powder and the pros and cons but, not in a way to try and just get a more expensive mani out of me. The facility was clean and it was clear so were their tools. I thoroughly enjoyed my much needed pampering (being that I had just left work after a stressful situation). If I were here longer I would most certainly go back and could even call this my go-to spot! Thank you very much for the great job and without knowing be just what I needed in that moment :D

I was in town for my bday and didnt have time to get my toes done.we just driving around looking a good supper place... and saw Tips & Toes, it was late friday afternoon like5pm.So ran in and ask if I could get my toes down, they said yes... so within 15 min a man named Long took care and it was the best Pedi I have ever had because I have a few problem with my toe nails and he did what no one else has ever done... which was to do what needed to be WITH NO PAIN at all. I will return when I am in town. Thanks Long!!!

I have lived in this area for about 6 years now and have tried over a dozen nail salons. Tips & Toes Nail Salon hands down is the best Salon around. Theyre customer service is exceptionally above the Rest. Very clean atmosphere and relaxing and up-to-date with all the new trends nail lover look forward to. I saw the reviews and had to check this place out. I walked in without an appointment and they welcomed me in and sat me immediately. Thereafter, I had one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. Very thorough and all the tools used were sterile. I will definitely be returning.

Currently sitting in the chair right now. We are from Michigan so aren’t familiar with the businesses. We called ahead to make sure there was room for two pedicures. They told us to come on in. As soon as we walked in, everyone greeted us, had us pick our colors, and sit down. I am 100% in love with the sugar scrub they are putting on. Will definitely come back next time we are in town!

I would not recommend this place. I asked for pricing for ombré and he told me it would be $60 but if I wanted plain color it would only be $40. How does that makes any since.I left this place with my fingers blue from the powder and tissue all over them.

Someone recommended this salon a couple years ago for prom and I have never been disappointed with them. Im a very picky person but its about the only place I trust to get my nails done and they dont charge an arm and a leg. And the staff is definitely the best.

I heard about this place through Toyota. I was hoping to have superior work & top notch service via the other reviews but unfortunately i wont be back as these are probably one of my sloppiest set of nails ive ever had. Im new to the area & was really looking for a permanent nail salon. I understand i came in an hour & a half before close but for 50$ I expected to be happy for longer than a couple hours. The Unicorn coat i paid extra for is chipping off. One is not a smooth finish. The diamonds i paid extra for..a few have fallin off. Its only been 2 days. They just look sloppy. My mom thought i did them myself 😔The zen music in the background was wonderful, i really wanted a pedicure while i was there but the techs were finished and ready to go home. The salon was nice, and so was my nail tech.

Did a good job. Average nail salon, but pricey. It was $110+ for mom and I. We both got manicure and pedicure, and she got gel polish for both. I dont ever get my nails done, so this could be normal price, but when I looked at the menu, even with the gel polish, it didnt quite seem to add up.
