We were driving across country and with 900 miles to go we heard that scary brake pad on rotor sound. Everybody in town said theyd be able to get to it in a week but Hectors mechanic said he could get it done and have us on our way within the hour. He conferred with Hector, the owner, who agreed. Hector could have charged us the crazy rates the others had quoted starting at $200 as we were definitely in need and had no position to bargain. I was stunned when he said $35 and even more amazed when his mechanic finished in 30 minutes. I do all of my own brake jobs as I dont trust anybody and the prices are crazy but if I lived in Fort Smith Id have Hector do it every time. Tonight I write this from my home and I thank Hector and his mechanic for doing great work at an extremely fair price.

Went in for an alignment as my car was severely misaligned with the steering wheel to one side. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Good work for cheap. Excellent service.

Heard good things about this place. Last visit 6 yrs ago had terrible experience. Repairs wher costly due to failed lubrication after a simple brake change. Decided to give them another shot, called 3 times and no answer

Best service ever! Fair price! But make sure its Hector, one of his employees reset my turbos on my miayta then my engine blew consequence? Maybe but didnt have any engine rrouble before it was a new clutch it works great but still waiting on my car to be fixed elsewhere.

Not pleased when a family member took car for repair & car caught on fire while being worked on. Burned complete interior, broke windshield, car was total loss & was offered $500 for damages, then they kept the car.🤔 🙁

I have been going to Hector for almost 20 years before he had the shop he has now. Im a woman and I have always went by myself to get my car fixed. He has always been honest,nice, great customer service. I dont take my car to anyone else. Thank u for the great work u do for me.

Go to Hector if you want new things wrong with your car when you get it back! He has inexperienced people work on cars to learn, is extremely unprofessional. EVERY time I get my car back from this place something new is wrong or the problem I had is worse! Replacing the brakes should be simple! But theyre falling off a week later! Ruining my alignment and everything. Before too long hes gonna have to deal with some lawsuits. This has been going on for too long. Worst mechanic shop Ive ever been to in my life. I dont even want to take it back to get something done for free because hell mess something else up. Dont go there if you actually want your car fixed.

Got air conditioner did for a cheap price

Yes, its cheap. But thats it. Terrible service. Was told our vehicle was fixed, took a cab over, (we were stranded in town from out of state) when we got there our vehicle stalled in the parking lot. So they replaced a different sensor. They got it running but barely. The son informed us that that was best they can do and sent us on our way. I wouldnt trust them to work on my bicycle.

I started taking my car here after a buddy of mine who works on dragsters told me about it. My first experience I brought my car in after pulling a part from a junkyard nearby, thinking that would make it cheaper. Hector swapped the parts and found another one for the other side for a little more than it costed me just to pull the part! It would have been cheaper to just go to him and avoid the junkyard altogether. I was shocked.Since then, Ive used Hector 3 other times and its always been quick, affordable service. Hector is a really good guy from my experiences. The only issue Ive ran into is having to wait a day or two before bringing it in because they are so busy sometimes.

Honest mechanic. He has been my mechanic for 10 yrs and I had never had an issue with him. Being a woman and not knowing much about cars many mechanics take advantage of the situation. Not him. He is very straight forward about whats wrong with the car and what he will do to fix it. Very reasonable prices. Great man.

My car broke a serpentine belt on the interstate, I called an auto parts store and they had the part but did not do repairs. I found Hector via the internet, he came towed me and did the repair I was done in a little over 2 hours. Worked perfectly and the price was very reasonable. Thanks Hector for the great job.

I will give it a 0 =ZERO stars . This man deffinatly dont have respect for no one . I took my car to get my balljoints changed he told me he will charge me 100.00 to change the upper and the lower for both sides that i will have to buy the parts . I thought was a good deal so i went and bought the parts it cost me for my car 120.00 to just get the ball joints so i took them to him and left the car there . Once the car was ready i went to pick it up i asked to see the old parts and he only showed me 2 balljoints I never thought about it. 2 days later my car was squeaking and i took it back he then told me he only changed 2 balljoints . And i asked him i paid him to change all 4 like he told me . He then said he was not for sure it all 4 were change inasked him to check for me and he screamed at me and told me to come back in 2 days that he didnt have time . I left never went back took my car to a REAL mechanic and came to find out only 2 out of the 4 were changed . So that being said . I bought 4 ball joints witch cost me 120.00 paid this man 100 to replace all for like he told me he will do . And i ended up getting ripped off . So pretty much i over paid him, he stold 2 brand new ball joints and only changed 2 out of the 4. He is a total rip off . I wonder how many ppl he does this to. Over charges them and maybe lies about the stuff he replaces, he might not even replace the stuff that needs to be replaced but just charges u for it . He needs to be taking to court and have that buisness shut down since he dont charge or pays taxes for service so u caint even get a receipt unless u pay taxes thats when he will give u one

Decently priced, and as with all discounted things you get what you pay for..work may or may not be done..they will fix specifically what you ask them to and not tell you the part that goes along with it is also broken which will warrent another visit to the shop
