This was my first visit to Sport Clips. Abby was my stylist. She listened to what I wanted and did a fantastic job! The massage and hot towel were very relaxing and felt great. I will certainly use Sport Clips again

I have been taking my husband to this Sports Clips since they opened in Poplar Bluff. I took him for a cut on Wednesday, February 3. My husband sat in the car while I went in to make an online reservation. I made the appointment and another client came in while I was standing there. This person admitted that he/she didn’t have an appointment but would tip the hairdresser well if they made an exception and took them in right away. After hearing this the hairdresser said she would motion for me in thirty minutes to get the haircut. While sitting in the car waiting with my husband this person without an appointment walked out to their car and then walked back in. Then my husband and I noticed that this person was directed back to a chair for a cut. I can’t believe this person without an appointment was moved ahead of us while we watched. I went back in and as we saw from the car this person was moved ahead of us in line and getting a cut. I canceled my husband’s appointment and we left.

Check in on line and still have long waits, get dropped off the waiting list due to the system timing out and having to start your waiting in line all over again. Unprofessional, staff talks way too much and harasses clients to purchase products they dont want or massage packages they hate. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

Dont waste your time with this place. Between the online appointments and online check in Ill just go the hometown barbers and be in and out by the time I download the app to make my appointment

Deplorable conditions all around. Customer service and talking shop have never been worse. The girl who cut my hair did not even speak to me, only to another cosmetologist. Another talked the whole time about her truck and life. Do we care about their lives? No, we are there to get a haircut and possibly converse on some light topics. The haircut...I’ve tried four times too many to get a decent cut. Look, even traveling out of town is a better value than this. Save your money but above all save your time, save yourself.

Awful! My 15 year old son returned home with an uneven haircut, it was barely trimmed and the back had not been cut at all! This was the second chance we have given this place. Save your $18.

This is the only place that I will take my boys and go myself to get our MVP haircuts..the steam towel can’t be beat! Jess does a fantastic job and the atmosphere in the store is great! We feel welcomed as soon as we walk in the door by the friendly stylists. If you want to get your hair cut and relax in a friendly, laid back environment, then you need to check this place out! They offer a double MVP for the price of the single your first time in, the hair and scalp treatment is to die for!

It was not the worst haircut I have ever received in my life, the experience could have been better however! First of all they take some time to cut hair, I waited on one lady for around 20min and my haircut was about 20min; they paid no mind to my crowns and just shaved them right down, so my hair was hard to style for a couple of weeks. Plus they’re pricey, plus the tip

Online login is a joke, not scrolling back 30 years on a calendar to give my birthday. Logged in in person had 20 minute wait came back 10 minutes later and the girl that clocked in was putting one of her friends in the chair. Have been using since they opened and the quality of haircut keeps going down. They need to hire better people they only have two decent stylists. This Sports Clips is not up to par with others.

The people here do their best and make sure youre happy when you leave. I love this location because of the people working there!!!

I always get my hair cut at sportclips. Everyone at the store does a great job. I reccomend sportclips to everyone. I think they have recently made their team even more efficient and stronger with nothing in their way of giving everyone the service they deserve. No weak links!

Best place for a professional cut

This Sports Clips has to be the worse anywhere around !!! We have been there 4 times since they opened in Poplar Bluff Mo and each time the cut just got worse and worse !!! NOT even, not cleaned up on neck and around the ears or hair line .... I took pictures today June 30,2019 and I will say I will never take my child back there again !! I would like to know who I need to report this to ?? Again I have pictures to prove this mess this time and a child could if done better !!!
