Dont take your vehicle to this place with incompetent mechanics. They had our truck for 8 months. They replaced the motor. The kid they had work on it left the main seal out. It was stuck in second gear, they pinched a wire. $8000. Then wanted another $1100 when we finally got it back. Oh and the horn honked when you leave it running and open the door, it never did that and they left the fuse box cover off and didnt replace it.

The guy was really helpful when I called to ask a question on non starting issue and ask other questions that needs to be addressed. He seem very honest and straight forward with his answers If I need further assistance, I will take it to them to diagnostic and fix the issue. Thank you for your kind and supportive response.

We were visiting our daughter in Fort Smith in our RV. The RV broke down and we needed a repair. They went above and beyond to help us. Turned into a nightmare when the part wasnt available for shipping because of Covid 19. Had to go home without the RV but eventually the part came and we were able to get it back. Thanks guys for all you did and a job well done.

Levi is a great guy, and will do anything to make sure that his customers are beyond happy with the work that is done with their vehicle(s). Never to busy to help anyone out, and do his best to figure out what is wrong. I will recommend Levis Diesel to anybody that needs work done on their vehicle.

Levis shop has worked on two of my vehicles. My truck was the first to get worked on, a 2002 Ford f350 7.3 powerstroke. And the second one was my wifes car, a 2013 Chevy Equinox . My truck had bad injectors which he told me that they where only good for about 220,000 miles. The truck had 234,00 on it. That problem got fixed in a timely manner considering he only had himself and one other mechanic on duty. My wifes equinox had a blown rear main seal. He had two mechanics on duty at this time and it was a very quick turn around. All my life I always fixed my own stuff until it was something I didnt know anything about. Levi told me the problem and then he fixed it right the first time. I would highly recommend his services to anyone around the river valley when it comes to mechanical problems on a vehicle. Not to mention his labor rates that are cheaper than anyone I called.

Beware of this guy. I had took my truck into a couple places and they couldnt figure out what the noise is that i was hearing. I was referred to Levi by a friend. I called and talked to Levi about my issue and he asked me to bring it in so he could here it. I showed up and Levi jumped in the truck with me to try and hear it. As soon as the truck made the noise Levi acted 100 % positive that it was coming from the rear end. He told me that he would take the rear end apart and check everything out and give me a call when i bring it back in. He said that he was busy and scheduled me an appointment a week from that date. I took the truck in and dropped it off. It was getting later in the evening and i had not heard anything so i called them. I asked for Levi but his mechanic said that he wasnt there so i asked him about the progress. He told me that they took the rear end apart and didnt see anything wrong so they are going back together with it and he was going to talk to Levi about it when he came back in. A couple hours later i got a call from Levi saying that they took everything apart and didnt see anything major but they did replace the bearing and seals and that i owe him $660. I told Levi that i had called earlier and talked to his mechanic and he said that it all looked fine and didnt say anything about replacing the bearings and seals. He said that they shouldt of said that and all he can do is gripe at them. I almost went and picked up my truck then but i gave him another chance. I shouldnt have. He then called me and said that my blocks for my lift on the rear end is wrong and it is causing not enough yoke in the transmission. He said that it would cost me $300 to do that. I thought probably not but i wanted my truck fixed so i went for it. Didnt fix it. Then he said that the only other thing that he thought it would be was the transfer case. He said that he would try to find a used one and let me know. It took him two days to call me back and say that he found one. Again, i want my truck fixed so i told him to go for it. It took him two days. Still did not fix it. My truck was there for a week and a half. He jut kept telling me that he tried. My final bill $1400. My noise is worse now than what it was when i took it in. Beware of this guy. He will try to convince you that he knows whats going on and will continue to charge you while he guesses at the problem Its not a good way to do business. I know that i will never get my money back but i just hope that i can keep at least a few of the people away from going there so it will cost him so much more than the $1400 that he charged me. I know that he will go on here and try to lie to make it look like Im wrong because that is what kind of dishonest person he is. Dont believe him.

My truck needed the distributor replaced. Book time is 3/4 hour. It took one and a half days to get my truck running due to incompetent mechanics. The distributor was pulled without anyone paying attention to where the rotor was pointing or the relative position of the distributor. One mechanic crawled up in my engine compartment several times to work on it. He broke spark plug wire holders and several other plastic pieces. Someone smoked in my truck. No one has ever smoked in my truck.. They had to replace the MAP sensor. The price from a local parts store was cheaper to me than what Levi said he was charged for the one he installed in my truck. Ive worked on vehicles all my life and I wish I would have done this work myself but Im 72 and just dont feel like doing it anymore. Ive learned my lesson. Dont go to Levis!
