Kat is the absolute best hair stylist which is now in Fort Oglethorpe GA at Smart Styles. Kat listens to what you want and will try to accomplish your perfect look. Highly recommend!!

I guess SmartStyle likes to hire people straight out of cosmetology school. Which isnt a bad thing, but I do notice most stylists are inexperienced. Her technique was awful. the end result was a bit butchered but livable. Plus he wears a hat most of the time so...yeah.

We called this morning to get 3 of my children hair dye. Dixie and freida was so professional to handle such a big job my children hair turned out amazing and will be back in a month for a retouch dye and two weeks for a hair trim for my daughter. Everyone should go there

I love all 3 stylists and they all know their stuff. I get color and have been going here a year now

Ive been getting my hair cut for a while now at SmartStyle Hair Salon @ Walmart in Ft Oglethorpe, GA. Ive always been pleased with my cut and the service. Frieda cuts my hair and is very kind and personable.

I went there and it was great

The hairdresser did not seem to be qualified at her job at all and when I received my haircut, instead of styling my hair as other hair dressers would, she just shaved it all off. When my parents started to ask her what in the world she was doing with my hair, she just continued to shave it while talking to them. The haircut was done in three minutes and nothing like what I wanted.

I came in and the stylists were doing their thing cutting these two little girls hair, nothing out of the ordinary they said it would be a minute or two no problem so I sat down and waited. After one of the ladies finished with her customer she told me she was ready for me. I sat down in the chair and told her all I wanted was a basic trim off my neck off my ears and trimming up my bangs; she says no problem at all. Once she starts cutting my hair her and the other stylist will only speak to each other and left no room for anyone to join in on their conversation. After they got started talking they paid more attention to what they were saying rather than what they were doing (mind you at this time they were also trash talking a customer who had come in shortly after me asking about a wait time). In the end after all was said and done my stylist had ignored me the entire time and butchered my hair cut. My hair in the back was uneven and too high (well over a quarter inch higher than my hair line) where it had been trimmed around my ears one side was noticeably higher than the other, and my bangs were still down to my eyebrows. Also apparently the stylist attempted to put layers in my hair which ended up as a mangled mess. In short they were rude, unprofessional, unskilled, and blatantly dismissive. I will not be back and wouldnt recommend going.

Hours beside door clearly state closing at 6 pm on Sundays. At 5:33 pm gate was pulled to floor. Poor ethics.

I took my grandson for hair cut. He wanted it like one of Jacksepticeyes styles and they did just what he wanted. It looked awesome. Its the one in the suoercenter walmart on battlefield parkway in Fort Oglethorp, GA .

This is a great family hair salon. Yes alot of changes have taken place at this location but for the better. Offers 100% satisfaction. When you write a review you dont specify a certain stylist you complain on the location itself and thats what gives a bad review. When you leave your child in a salon and expect them to explain a haircut they want while you do whatever its no-one elses fault but your own. With the worst review on here he failed to mention that the family cussed and name called and all because she didnt specify. I cant speak for eveyone at this location but i am more than confident about what walks out of my salon Ive reached out to every customer complaint and was able to resolve most i dont tell you we will do a consultation i work with you until the hair is back where it was.

I got the worst cut ever from here. I specifically askbed the stylist if they were comfortable with thick curly hair. she cut my hair too short, gave me layers that dont blendthe top layer and bottom layer do not blend. over all the cut isnt even even in spots. I asked for it to be thinned, she just went around my head in different spots with no sytem at all so now I have thick hair in spots and thick in others. Im absolutely mortified to go in public as I cannot do anything with this hair, cant even pull it back. please tell your stylist to get up on how curly hair works and dont allow them tou screw up someones hair. I paid $30 including tip and some curl cream and Ive been unhappy every day since.

Went in for a color, came out with two tone hair. Plus my hair was gapped up. I complained on there web site and the manager offered me a free consultation. How is a consultation supposed to fix my hair?Dont waste your time or money going here!!!

Refused to color my daughters hair because of her personal opinion. Wouldn’t recommend and after reading other reviews I’m glad they didn’t touch my daughter anyway
