I tried to rate this with NO STARS but it wont let me because we walked in The Fort Oglethorpe location about 5 minutes ago. As soon as we walked in the Girl ask if we had masks. I had one in my pocket and took it out and she handed my grandkids a mask. But as I was putting it on I noticed 2 people getting a haircut without masks on and one guy sitting in the waiting area without one. If yall are going to require a mask then you should require EVERYONE to wear one not pick and choose who to make wear one. Needless to say I turned around and walked out and wont be back. WORD OF MOUTH GOES A LONG WAY NOWADAYS.. This was on May 15 2021 at 10:30 AM just in case the company wants to do anything about it.

I really like going to Sports Clips in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia.They are clean, efficient, kind, friendly, and do quality haircuts.I personally really like Kailey, because she makes sure to get the cut I want right.She never disappoints me, and is also extremely nice!The only thing I regret are the times I havent gone with Kailey, because once you find a stylist that cuts your hair the way you want be sure to stick with them!I highly recommend checking in online to avoid waiting, and if you find a stylist you like, it list them on the site if they are working that day.Hope this helps anyone considering going to Sports Clips in Fort Oglethorpe!

My son needed a quick haircut and our normal stylist was booked so we tried this place. After waiting 20 mins, I was told my teenage son had lice because he had a little dry scalp. He was very embarrassed and I explained to the stylist he has eczema and dry scalp. I didn’t want to argue so we just left. I’ve noticed this is a trend with all the places with Clip in their title that pay by the hour especially when it’s close to closing time. Please educate yourself on the difference between lice and dandruff.

Maddie is terrific! My hair isn’t easy to cut right, and she knows exactly what she’s doing. I can trust her, without having to feel anxious of what the result will look like. And she’s great company! Highly recommend

Slow I sit there for 74 minutes and still didnt get a hair cut. Had to go down the street to great clips.

I checked in online the app told me to get there at 6:05 so I did. I was then told that they closed at 6 and couldnt cut my hair when other locations were still open that I could have gone to instead of wasting my gas driving there and was offered nothing other than a quick sorry

Drove a long way to get here and arrived about 3:45 p.m on a Monday. Son said they opened at 4:00 so I waited around and decided to leave at 4:15 because theyre still not open. Only bad experience that Ive ever had with them so far but not sure if Ill be back. Complete waste of time and unprofessional.

My Dad and I was VERY happy & pleased with his hair cut & stylist. We was actually on a time crunch and she did everything we ask in a VERY professional & timely manner. Because of our great stylist we was able to get to our destination right on time. We will definitely be going back.

The posted sign on door said they opened at 9 they did not unlock the doors until 10:15.i entered signed in I was actually the first person to do so. They proceeded to take not one but two peaple ahead of me. I waited until they called the the next person and then left. Why I was waiting one stylist. Looked at me several times and I believeshe thought I came in to this set there.

My son Jacob has been coming to this location (Fort Oglethorpe) for the past few years. We went today to get his hair cut before school starts back. Courtney was his stylist this time, and she did such a great job. She paid great attention to detail, blended his sides perfectly. He loves his new cut.

I believe in trying a new place out a couple of times because first impressions can be deceiving. Ive been here about three or four times now trying to get a decent haircut and Ive come to the conclusion it isnt possible. I honestly dont think I even need to write this review because Im a walking billboard of the talent this establishment lacks.People are asking me where I got my haircut and are making note to not come here.I look like a cockatoo on crack.Maybe a pineapple that got thrown through a wood chipper.Save yourself some cash and volunteer as a client at your local community college and let the cosmetology students have a stab at it. Theyll do more than shave the side of your head and youll save 20 bucks.

Oglethorpe.GA on Saturday November 07, 2020 is one I would like for others to know about. 🇺🇸I was greeted by the staff in a natural professional way and Kailey asked if she could help me. I explained why I needed a haircut, filed out customer information, all staff were in mask, I checked my face mask for protection against COVID-19, and took a seat without having to wait.Staff member Krissi was finishing a haircut on a young gentleman which he was obviously pleased with. The atmosphere of the salon was interesting and conversation was pleasant jand easy to respond with others in the shop.Thank you Kailey for a perfect hair cut and listening to what I needed in a haircut. I love the MVP option. It is such a refreshing experience to have your hair cut, shampooed, and a short but highly effective neck massage. I had my hair cut by Rachel today, and I have never had a cut as good as the one she gave me today. She was constantly looking and adjusting to make sure she gave me the best cut possible. I will definitely be back to see her and to sport clips in general. 10/10 experience.

This picture is the Back of my friends hair after getting a cut here recently, I had been activating him at work about getting a haircut because his hair had grown out over his ears an he said ok I will an he said every place is closed when he gets off work and I said why dont u try that sports clips in Fort O....so he did an today on my day off came by work to get some food an I noticed his hair wasnt hanging from underneath his work hat. I said O! U got a hair cut an he said yeah n I said let me see looks good an he said no it dont an turned around an showed me the Back of his hair. I felt so bad for suggesting this place an he is such a tender hearted shy person I dont even think he will ask for his money back...im trying to figure out how in the world u make this kinda misteak, he is very tall I dont know if that could have played a roll but the hairsressor done it didnt mention it an let him walk out the door that way.....

It says 6 online, they arent doing beard trims and all the other ones are. Just a sad state of affairs. Stop being shook and be normal.

Sport Clips provides a valued service of providing quality hair cuts and a wide variety of products. I have been a customer for a few years and have tried several locations. I enjoy the Fort Oglethorpe location the best first because of my stylist Brandi who provides consistent hair cuts with consistent results. Second the ease of parking and access to the store vs other locations with very limited access and limited parking.

My son took a picture with him of the cut he wanted. The girl must not have looked at it!! His hair is horrible. I have to take him somewhere else just to have it fixed!! Dont waste your time by going here!!

My wife took our son today to have his hair cut. After the women started shaving the side of his head she called my wife up to say he had nits and couldnt finish his cut. After my wife examined his hair she found no nits and just dandruff which he has always had. She took him to great clips for a second opinion. After great clips carefully looked through his hair they agreed with my wife and he got the cut he wanted. We are pretty disappointed in her misjudgment, an experienced hair dresser should know the difference between dandruff and nits.

I liked sports clips before they included the online check in. Unless you remember to check in before you get there your going to watch one person after another walk right past you while you try and wait patiently. Im going somewhere else next time. This place to much of a machine now.

BEST PLACE EVER. My 4 year old autistic son does amazing there and that says a lot for this place. My local shop I would argue is the best. Got one girl there who I use for good now and she has most beautiful attitude and patience with my son and does a flawless job!

We’ve tried several hair cut chains for my son’s hair and we come back to Sport Clips each time. He’s exceptionally well behaved for the process, but they get him done quickly and efficiently, and his hair always looks good. They are friendly and work well with him, even if he’s being a bit grumpy.I would give them 5 stars, except it is a bit pricey. A kid’s cut is $17 plus tip - and it’s only the cut. The only other issue used to be the long wait times that would happen especially on the weekends - they now allow online check in, which helps a lot!

I get a great cut by Sarah on my short hair style. I like it smooth but the hair wants to wave, she knows how to tame it down. Very pleased with how friendly and welcoming everyone is. Keep up the good work, Sport Clips!

People always tell me that sport clips is too expensive. To that I say, you get what you pay for. Yes I could go elsewhere and get a $5 haircut, but it would look like a $5 haircut. I love coming here, its always clean, friendly and professional staff, and Ive never had a bad haircut. In my line of work, 99% of the people I come in contact with have never met me before, and if I dont look professional, then they assume Im not a professional.

Very friendly atmosphere with professional staff. No matter how crowded it is, you dont have to wait long and the staff always welcomes you with a smile. Ive visited many different locations over the past 5 years and this one is superior by far.

Never know when they are going to be open. Only reason giving a 2 is because the stylists are always friendly. Just cant say anything nice about the Ownership for mismanagement of there staffing levels.

The first time I went the experience wasnt the best but the haircut was ok so I went there again. I tried to make an appointment over the phone and they wouldnt do it, said I had to download their app if I wanted to book which is ridiculous in my opinion but I walked in and asked for the same stylist and they said she wasnt there anymore. I was already there so I let a different girl cut my hair and she jacked it up bad. She left wavy lines and gaps in my hair that I couldnt see very well In the lighting there but after I got home and showered they were pretty distinctive. They focus more on trying to sell you a bunch of overpriced shampoo to go with the overpriced haircut and upgrade you to all of their little gimmicks than they do on giving you a good haircut. It may be ok for some, but definitely not for me. They may have some other good people there but a chain is only as strong as its weakest link, I say go at your own risk with this place.

Took my thirteen-year-old for what we thought was going to be a regular haircut! We were very surprised to see after receiving his haircut Sarah took him to wash his hair and put him in a massaging chair with a warm towel around his neck and face we were both unaware that this was a service that they offered he was very happy after having his hair washed then she took him back to the chair and fixed his hair he could not quit talking about how nice it was to have his hair washed and how good it smelled Sarah did a fantastic job on the cut he looked so grown up and looking forward to taking my five year old he is excited to go as well. The hair cutter told me everything that I got last time. I said sounds great, and told her she needs to also blend my sideburns with scisssors. I sit down and start watching tv and I glance over at the mirror and am almost completely bald with my sideburns gone. This was the worst haircut I have every gotten and have been going here for 3 years. I will no longer be going here for my haircuts

I love jackie knight at sports clips, she washed and cut my hair and made me feel like a million bucks. also did my husbands hair ( mvp option), he loved it. i will be coming back in 6 weeks to get our hair done again like she suggested. i also got some great hair products to help maintain our hair, under her advice of course. im a sows ear turned into a silk purse, all thanks to her.

I took my son with me to get our haircut at 11AM. Long story short, we waited two hours as number five in line. When it was my turn, the stylists took a 20 minute break. After that, I was told that I would have to add my son to the bottom of the list to get his haircut..... no thanks.Will never go back.

The customer device is great, they leave you alone if you dont wanna talk. They can carry a conversation if you want one. They also offer a free trim lining with three weeks.

Kerstein, was awesome. Easily one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever gotten. I usually just take care of It myself at home because I thought I did as good of a job as most of the stylists in the area. Im not sure if the girl who cut my hair has the same issue with others but she was not personable, not good at her job, and frankly made me want to leave rather than stay and get a MVP. The girls name is Brandy. I will be looking for another location to get my next haircut.
